analysis of
contents page

Images
On a contents page there will always be images going down one Colum its usually 2 or 3
pictures on a contents page, with information going down the other Colum. Also on a contents
page manipulated images will appear. Also there will always be one main image, so that the
reader will have a connection with image and focus on just that image.

Layout and structure

:On a contents page you should have clear structure and
understanding so that the reader can navigate easily when reading the
contents page. Also words get separated on a contents page to make
the page look more busy and interesting. Also on a contents page the
words should be nice and bold so there easy to read, also it should
have clear gapping between the words. Also on the content it will have
the page number and the issue size. Also it will include a barcode
which is normally at the bottom left hand side of the page.

Colour scheme

a contents page will always include a colour scheme that will give you an idea of the sort
of genre the magazine will be. Also the colour will highlight the theme of the magazine.

Also the colour scheme will follow form the front cover all the way through.

Masthead
:the masthead is in the top left hand side of the page which is a typical spin style.
This is a good impression for the reader as they can relate to previous copies, and
an overused logo will emphasize and match the magazine.

Genre
The genre of the magazine should match the colour
scheme of the magazine so that the reader knows what
type of magazine it will be.
