Final Reports
Principal Investigators (PIs) and study personnel must provide Lyon College’s Institutional Review Board (IRB) with final compliance reports once the project has concluded. The deadline for submitting final compliance reports is 2 weeks after the expiration of IRB approval (as listed on your approval letter). Final compliance reports help ensure that projects followed federal, state, and institutional guidelines and were performed per the protocol described on the approved research proposal.
All final compliance reports are submitted through Laserfiche using the Final Compliance Report Application. A link to this form can be found below. Do not exit the form until you have completed all the required sections and submitted your proposal. Progress on your form will not be saved.
