About Lyon's Information Technology Team

The Lyon Information Technology team is a group of dedicated technology specialists who are working to provide the very best in customer service. 

 

Our Mission 

The Information Technology Department supports Lyon College's Faculty, Staff, and Students by providing reliable, secure, and relevant Technology solutions to further the College's mission of providing a challenging liberal arts curriculum.

 

How to Contact IT

There are four basic ways to contact IT:

  • Via the support portal: https://support.lyon.edu/ 
  • By Email: Support@lyon.edu
  • By Phone: (870) 307-7555
  • In-Person: Student Assistance is available 8-10, M-F and 9-5 SS on the main floor of the Library, at the circulation desk.
    Primary IT Offices are located at 2150 Bearette Street, open 8-5, M-F.
