Locate your previously attended institution(s) below to request your Official Transcripts be sent to us. When clicking the appropriate school, you will be redirected to their Transcript Request page and given further instructions. If your institution is not listed below, please complete our Transcript Request Form and we will request the transcripts on your behalf.

Official Transcripts submitted electronically must be e-mailed to luoverify@liberty.edu directly from the school’s own system in order to be considered official. Transcripts may also be mailed to:

Please Note: An acceptable official college transcript is one that has been issued directly from the institution and is in a sealed envelope with a signature across the back. If you have one in your possession, it must still be in its original sealed envelope with a signature across the back.
