    Surely you also realize that when you feel happy and cheerful, you will feel light and relaxed. You feel connected. You feel like you are alive! That is your natural state of being. That is what your life is intended to be about. Try to live in a state of wonder, wonder, and gratitude. These positive, uplifting emotions are good and they will increase your vibrational frequency. Where there is love and happiness, you are close to God, you are a magnet that attracts all the good and rich things this world has to offer.

    Negative emotions such as anger, hatred, jealousy and fear will only create the opposite effect. They will lower your vibrational frequency, making you feel anxious, stressed, and barren. They can cause physical illness and disease. Negative emotions inevitably create a feeling of separation and disconnection. They are like a stone wall - an obstacle blocking the joy that is who you truly are. Those emotions will block the flow of positive energy in your life and they only have one effect which is to attract a lot of other negative energy sources.

    So if you're stuck in feelings of anger, fear, resentment or betrayal, now is the time to let them go. Get rid of those old thoughts and behavior patterns, live in the present. If you keep focusing on your pain or anger, you will only create, or even more, negative, unhealthy situations in your life. You need to make room for the positive emotions and experiences you want to attract.

    Anger only makes you meaner. Forgiveness pushes you to grow even more than you were before.

    Forgiveness is a very necessary action and it is the process of transforming you. You must be willing to forgive any person or situation that has caused you pain, set them/them free. If you keep holding on to those old negative thoughts and emotions, you will only harm yourself and attract more negativity. They say being unwilling to forgive someone is like drinking poison but expecting the other person to die! So bless that person, or that situation, and wish them well, that they may be well. Forgive them or them. And if necessary, be willing to forgive yourself too.

    By showing gratitude for your positive past and releasing your negative past, you can make room for a brighter future. True forgiveness is like a powerful detergent, it will cleanse you clean and set you free. It is an incredibly powerful process, one that can instantly take you from a place of pain and anger to a higher vibrational frequency of love.

You need to focus on the opposite of what you don't want. In the example above, it would be better if you said: I want to be loved more and accept things as they are.

    Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you will start to see positive results.
