DLA MILSTRIP Order Entry System (MOES)

MOES – Supports the online entry of MILSTRIP requisitions for authorized DODAACs, for direct pass through to DLA Transaction Services. Enter new requisition documents, process a DLA Requisition Exception Data Transaction, Document Identifier Code (DIC): YRZ – supply exception transaction, or enter a freeform MILSTRIP.

MOES entries are accomplish by single-entry, bulk-load or freeform MILSTRIP (80 record positions/column) methods.

MOES transactions begins with the selection of the appropriate DIC

  • A0_: Requisitions
  • A3_: Passing Order
  • AC_: Requisition Cancellation
  • AE_: Supply Status
  • AF_: Requisition Follow-ups
  • AP_: MOV Responses
  • AP9: MOV Receipt Confirmation
  • AS8: MOV Shipment Status
  • BMV/AP8: DAAS MOV Response
  • DHA: Demand
  • DRA/B: Receipt Acknowledgement
  • DW_: Pre-Positioned Materiel Receipt
  • FT6: ICP-IMM Follow-up
  • FTA: MRP Automatic Return Notification
  • FTC: CAR Cancellation
  • FTE/FTG: Customer Asset Report
  • FTF: Customer ICP-IMM Follow-up
  • FTL: Supply Status MRP
  • FTM: Shipment Status MRP
  • FTT: ICP-IMM Follow-up MRP
  • FTR: CAR Reply
  • FTZ: ICP-IMM Materiel Receipt Status

MILSTRIP multiple transactions can be submitted and are entered directly within MOES, Bulk Upload or in a Freeform fashion.

Please be aware that the MILSTRIP you send will not be validated. You will need to use the correct Distribution Code, Media Status Code or other code to ensure that you receive a status, including a rejection.

Note: Please limit the file size to 50,000 MILSTRIP Transactions.

MILSTRIP RECORD POSITIONS. Each MILSTRIP transaction contains coded data that is captured within a maximum of 80 record positions, or spaces. Each of the record positions can either contain a letter, a digit, or the record position can be left blank. The first 3 record positions represent the DIC; it determines the type of information that will be contained in the other 77 record positions.
