Request to Reopen Application
Use the Request to Reopen Application form if the Copyright Office contacted you, and you would like to request your application be reopened.
Please note: The Copyright Office will only consider reopening your application if:
- You did not respond by the correspondence deadline because of extraordinary circumstances, or
- You responded by the deadline, but the Copyright Office may not have received your message.
