WHO has designated COVID-19 as a health problem with a global emergency
status with the highest level of vigilance. Indonesia has a very strategic area. The entry and
exit of Indonesian citizens and foreigners who carry out economic, educational, political,
cultural, tourism, and other activities in Indonesia are hazardous for the spread of Covid-19.
Indonesia is a country with two confirmed cases of Covid-19. Covid-19 has an impact on the
health, tourism, economic, social, and other sectors. Prevention of dissemination is by
responding to Covid-19 through early detection, human surveillance, environmental
surveillance, transport equipment inspection, and goods inspection.

In this paper, a new integral transform called Roh it transform is presented for the analysis of a Permanent Magnet Moving Coil (PMMC) instrument. A permanent magnet moving coil instrument is an electro magnetic device that is used to measure small values of electric currents. When some current is passed through the permanent-magnet moving-coil (PMM C) instrument, its coil may suffer a few back and forth oscillations about its final mean position before coming to rest. The PM MC instrument is also known as moving coil galvanometer and its mathemat ical analy sis is usually done by an ordinary calculus approach. This paper presents the use of Rohit transform fo r mathemat ical analysis of a PMM C instrument and hence, for obtaining its response. The response obtained provides the deflection of the coil of the PMMC instrument fro m its mean position. In this paper, the response of a PMM C instrument is provided as a demonstration of the application of the new integral transform called Rohit transform.

This article aims to understand the responses of Buddhism to environmental degradation by analyzing the conceptual framework of the Five Niyāma, namely:- 1. Utu-niyāma 2. Bīja-niyāma; 3. Citta-niyāma; 4. Kamma-niyāma; 5. Dhamma-niyāma. Such framework is a foundation of valuable knowledge found in the commentarial works. The researcher used this framework to expound the phenomena of a rapidly degraded environment. Each facet of the degradation is a natural linking network, with the main cause from human being. Starting from the world’s overall heat degradation (Utu-niyāma); degradation of heredity caused by human’s intelligent innovation of genetic engineering in crops and animals (Bīja-niyāma); mental degradation that has been overlooked in this era (Citta-niyāma); moral or action degradation to reduce humans to be a lower-human (Kamma-niyāma); natural and environmental degradation in which people live their lives (Dhamma-niyāma). These are a journey from “change” towards a decadent point called “degradation” by using human being’s cravings as a center of nature and the cosmos.
An answer or guidance to cope with these problems is tangibly reflected through the law of kamma (Kamma-niyāma). Such a principle works basically on action and its particular results. The Buddhist view on action is of universal responsibility, human beings are regarded as nature and a part of nature in the same time. In addition, the law of kamma also demonstrates significance of nature, as well as expression of respect and gratitude to the natural environment, in order to live together harmoniously and permanently between human beings and nature. By truly understanding the working of kamma one has to understand not only on the desirable actions and results, but the undesirable facets as well.

In the paper “Theatre Heterotopias: Sea on Stage”, the sea is discussed as a heterotopia per the term by M. Foucault, as a liminal ‘other place’ on stage, challenging the perception of theatre and reality. Sea redefines both the physical and the conceptual space, and as an element or an environment with transformative power that calls for a response installing, per Waldenfels, a presence of otherness. It evokes the question of (in)visibility, as examined by Merleau-Ponty, and of below-the-surface, neighbouring with Andrew Sofer’s Dark Matter. The possibilities of presenting sea as an ‘other’ space on stage are endless, from symbolic or abstract representation to the playful use of props, and from audiovisual projection to the literal use of water. Real water on stage challenges the boundaries between performance and reality; its special relationship with the body of the actor stimulates liveness in its double meaning (live material and event) triggering unusual audience response. In order to explore how the presence -or absence- of sea on stage affects both the concept and reception of the space and the bodies of the performers, examples from international productions such as Ariane Mnoushkine’s ‘Le dernier caravanserail’, Bob Wilson’s ‘Odyssey’, Eric Stube’s ‘Lady from the sea’, Simon McBurney’s ‘The Encounter’ and Ivo van Hove’s ‘Persona’ will be analysed, in relation to aesthetics and performance practice.

Schistosomiasis, a severe disease caused by parasites of the genus Schistosoma, is prevalent in 74 countries, affecting more than 250 million people, particularly children. We have previously shown that the Schistosoma mansoni gut-derived cysteine peptidase, cathepsin B1 (SmCB1), administered without adjuvant, elicits protection (>60%) against challenge infection of S. mansoni or S. haematobium in outbred, CD-1 mice. Here we compare the immunogenicity and protective potential of another gut-derived cysteine peptidase, S. mansoni cathepsin L3 (SmCL3), alone, and in combination with SmCB1. Anemia is common in patients with the combination of chronic heart failure and chronic kidney disease and is associated with increased mortality. Recent clinical studies suggest that recombinant human erythropoietin (EPO) treatment has desirable as well as undesirable effects, related to its hematopoietic or nonhematopoietic effects. Therefore a translational study is needed to elucidate mechanistic aspects of EPO treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the application of learning brain-friendly through the whole brain teaching a positive effect on the character of creative students, to study the response of the students, and to determine whether the students' response to the application of learning brain-friendly through the whole brain teaching positively correlated with the character of creative students in mathematics. The research method used is quantitative. The instruments used are student questionnaire responses related to the application of brain-friendly learning through the whole brain teaching and observation sheet on student creativity in the learning of mathematics after the implementation of this method. Results of research with correlation analysis show that the greater significance of the alpha value (5%), which means accepting and rejecting H0 Ha which means students' response to the application of brain-friendly learning through the whole brain teaching is not positively correlated with the creative character of students in the learning of mathematics. The average score of the students' response to this methodology very well categorized in the amount of 85%. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has proven to be tenacious and shows that the global community is still poorly prepared to handling such emerging pandemics. Enhancing global solidarity in emergency preparedness and response, and the mobilization of conscience and cooperation, can serve as an excellent source of ideas and measures in a timely manner. The article provides an overview of the key components of risk communication and community engagement (RCCE) strategies at the early stages in vulnerable nations and populations, and highlight contextual recommendations for strengthening coordinated and sustainable RCCE preventive and emergency response strategies against COVID-19 pandemic. Global solidarity calls for firming governance, abundant community participation and enough trust to boost early pandemic preparedness and response. Promoting public RCCE response interventions needs crucially improving government health systems and security proac-tiveness, community to individual confinement, trust and resilience solutions. To better understand population risk and vulnerability, as well as COVID-19 transmission dynamics, it is important to build intelligent systems for monitoring isolation/quarantine and tracking by use of artificial intelligence and machine learning systems algorithms. Experiences and lessons learned from the international community is crucial for emerging pandemics prevention and control programs, especially in promoting evidence-based decision-making, integrating data and models to inform effective and sustainable RCCE strategies, such as local and global safe and effective COVID-19 vaccines and mass immunization programs.

Objective: To estimate the association between ABCG2 C421A polymorphism and response to imatinib in chronic myeloid leukemia.
Methods: A systematic review was conducted to evaluate the effect of ABCG2 C421A polymorphism on imatinib response. The
databases of PubMed, Embase, Web of science, CINAHL with FullText, and Cochrane Library were searched for all published
studies from inception to December 2015. The following terms were used with functions of ‘AND’ and ‘OR’: ‘chronic myeloid
leukemia’, ‘CML’, ‘drug transporter’, ‘ABCG2’, ‘BCRP’, ‘polymorphisms’, ‘SNPs’, and ‘imatinib’. The studies reporting the
association between ABCG2 polymorphism and imatinib response were evaluated. Results: A total of 7 studies were included in the
present meta-analysis. The pooled analysis showed that ABCG2 c.421CC genotype was significantly associated with poor response
to imatinib under the dominant model (CC vs CA+AA; OR: 0.56; 95% CI: 0.41, 0.77; p = 0.0004). The subgroup analysis of Asian
studies demonstrated a significantly lower response in c.421CC genotype than in c.421CA or c.421AA genotype (OR: 0.52; 95% CI:
0.37, 0.73; p = 0.0002). In subgroup analyses of 5 studies, the patients with the c.421CC genotype exhibited higher risk for worse
response than the patients with c.421CA or c.421AA genotype (heterozygote codominant model: CC vs. AC; OR: 0.49, 95% CI: 0.33,
0.73; p = 0.0006; homozygote codominant model: CC vs AA; OR: 0.43; 95% CI: 0.25, 0.75, p = 0.003). Conclusion: The ABCG2
c.421CC genotype was significantly associated with poor response to imatinib compared to the c.421CA and c.421AA genotypes in
chronic myeloid leukemia, especially in Asian patients.

Dengue is still a substantial vector-borne viral disease threat and burden of public health importance worldwide. This situation is complicated by dengue virus unprecedented resurgence and persistence of varied serotypes in endemic-prone areas, and man-made and natural activities consequences that promote vector emergence, transmission dynamics and spread across the Asia-Pacific region. There is an urgent need to strengthen operational and contextual surveillance-response research in improving early detection of active reservoir detection, novel drug in case management and quality evidence-based response including the deployment of dengue mass vaccination. Moreover, sustained mapping and watching of dengue risk factors or determinants, performance and outcome indicators of control or elimination programs effectiveness in defining minimum effective data towards community knowledge-based decision-making policy and effective response packages is imperative. Moreover, implementation of a robust, integrated dengue early warning surveillance, monitoring and response systems metrics is required for evidence-based, timely and cost-effective contextual mitigation strategies, and innovative interventions.

In decision support system, many methods which conducted based on decision tree. The algorithm that has implemented, one of them is ID3 (Iterative Dichotomized 3) algorithm. To predict the future situation is complicate and need the time. Student response is one activity to measure the growth of knowledge and adaptation children in the environment, especially in education. In association with that statement, the purpose in this research provides explanation about the decision tree that has been predicting student achievement response with ID3 algorithm. Response is the subject in the playgroup school that has measured to see the speed of cognitive response in every child. The system has been classifying student that has a high response. On 45 student data which used three parameters, the system has been selecting where the children who have strong response. Parameters are used to classify the student in this research such as attendance, personal attitude, and creativity. Meanwhile, the target parameter in this research is response parameter. In algorithm ID3, the total student has to 45 students precisely. Including the data, the data has been created by the parameter above have measure such as bad, medium, and good. The result of the system that has been constructed is the decision tree rule based on IF-THEN inference and stated good or bad response. The accuracy of the system has created is 100 percent. In the conclusion, the using of ID3 algorithm in this research, it can be noticed that personal attitude have significant influence to a children response in cognitive perspective.
