Tandan kosong kelapa sawit merupakan  salah satu bahan baku potensial yang tersedia dibeberapa negara di dunia, mulai dari Indonesia yang menjadi peringkat pertama penghasilan kelapa sawit yang terbesar di dunia, kemudian di duduki oleh Malaysia diperingkat kedua, selanjutnya di ikuti oleh Thailand, Kolombia, Nigeria, Papua Nugini, Ekuador, Honduras, Cote Divoire, dan Brazil. (Badan Pusat Statistik, 2016).
Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki luas daratan mencapai 1.925.675 km², kemudian untuk dataran tinggi seperti, bukit-bukit dan pergunungan dimanfaatkan untuk penanaman pohon yang bermanfaat mulai dari kelapa sawit, pohon karet dan lain sebagainya. (Badan Pusat Statistik, 2016).
Dalam konteks masa depan, tandan kosong kelapa sawit akan memainkan peranan yang penting dalam industri pulp, khususnya negara-negara berkembang yang mempunyai suplemen batas kayu, sementara bahan selain kayu banyak tersedia. Spesies kayu telah menjadi bahan baku utama untuk memproduksi pulp selulosa, sebenarnya 90-95% dari semua bubur kertas telah diperoleh dari bahan tersebut. Padahal, penggunaan kayu sebagai bahan baku pulp sudah sangat terganggu persediaan dan menyebabkan deforestasi besar-besaran dan penanaman kembali, dan karenanya ketidakseimbangan ekologi.

Abstact Research on the utilization of waste oil palm empty bunches as raw materials other than wood for making art paper has been done. The objective of the study was to determine the effect of acetic acid (glacial) concentration on yield, moisture content, and strength test of tensile strength of art paper. Then to study the effect of time on the quality of the art paper produced. A total of 250 grams of raw material TKKS that has been mashed, then heated with acetic acid (glacial) with the concentration variables 60, 70, and 80% in the digester. Further heated for 60, 80, 100, 120, and 140 minutes. The obtained residue analyzed the amount of rendement and moisture content in the shaped pulp. Then printed sheet of art paper measuring 21 cm x 29.7 cm. After the sheets have dried, a magnetism test of the quality of the art paper has been obtained. The result of the research showed that the optimum rendemen value at the cooking time of 60 minutes was 71.6% with the concentration of acetic acid 60% and for the lowest content was found at 80% concentration with reaction time 140 minutes with 43.8%. The lowest amount of water content of 8.03% was obtained at cooking time 140 minutes with 80% acetic acid concentration and for optimum value of moisture content was obtained at 60% concentration with cooking time of 60 minutes equal to 23,42%.

ABSTRACT
Cybercrime is a kind of crime that happens in cyberspace world, it happens in the world of computer (network or system) and the Internet. It is obvious that, many people have a limited knowledge of cybercrime, and this kind of crime has the serious potential for severe impact on people’s lives and society, because our society is becoming an information society in everyday life, full of information exchange happening in cyberspace world. People are committing cybercrime because of the cheapness of technology today by storing data in small space, millions of people operating system in the same time through internet, very easy to destroy evidence with no time, and slightest negligence of the user creating chaortic conditions.
Cooperate officers of the company, government, people and business people needs cyber legislation to curb the problem of cybercrime. It is difficulty to implement cybercrime laws, due to the jurisdiction maintainability, investigation outside the limits, loss of evidence of the computer data, and cyber army will need high technical persons. Damages of computer data causes computer and computer program not to function or working properly, and destroys data itself. Data used in cyberspace is like property when it is used in traditional way. This study paper will talk more about " Damage to data."

In this article, I discuss the fact that doing “anthropology at home” involves the same core anthropological methodology as undertaking research abroad. This implies that while doing anthropology at home may have some advantages concerning field practicalities but is equally challenging. There are certain ethical and methodological essentials involved in every anthropological research undertaking. Through my personal experiences of conducting ethnography in Pakistan, I explain that doing anthropology at home does not make exceptions for the researcher in terms of these ethical and methodological aspects.

"In the digital world, which is currently evolving and changing at such a rapid pace, the security of digital
information has become increasingly more important. Great development of secret contact and communication in
the world, the necessity of communication security is becoming more and more significant. Cryptography has
specific role to protect secret files like secret documents from unauthorized access. Cryptography algorithms are
classified in to two types, Public-key producing and symmetric-key producing algorithms. In this paper, I suggested
a new robust cryptography algorithm to increase security in the Symmetric-key producing algorithm. The main
features of cryptography algorithm defined in this article are the ability to encrypt the secret file in successive stages,
changing the physical structure of the secret file, no limitation for the number of keys, Creating five keys at each
stage of cryptography, storing a part of secret file at one of the keys at each stage of cryptography, Interdependence
of all keys in all stages of encrypting and decrypting, To make the keys interdependent and to encrypt the secret file
by each of them, there are 2 independent algorithms to select the type of algorithm needed to make the keys
interdependent by the user, bigger changes in the physical structure of the encrypted file In case of wrong decryption
and to make the resulting keys and encrypted file unique after the cryptography process."

In recent years, educational technology and innovative programs have been introduced
to many education systems. Although these technologies have a great potential to improve teaching,
learning and management processes especially at higher education, many obstacles and resistance
hinder their implementation. In order to shift towards an entrepreneurial higher education institu-
tion, organisational culture needs to be adapted to the present conditions. Given the importance of
the subject, there is a need for a deeper look into the nature of organisational culture in the context
of its relationships with innovative and technology-based development for educational institutions.
This paper attempts to show and critically analyse the role of organisational culture on the develop-
ment of innovation and technology-based projects (ITBP) at the higher education; particularly by
considering the perceptions of the researchers. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 34
researchers from different fields. Interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA) was used in this
study. Academic people (89%) from well-developed organisation in terms of physical components
had better results in developing innovation and technology when compared to the academic people
from non well-developed cultural organisation. Furthermore, values of the organisation are signifi-
cantly important in order to increase the depthless of the innovation and technology-based projects
development.

Resumo Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa exploratória e descritiva que identificou o nível de concordância dos Executivos e Gerentes de TI do Rio Grande do Norte em relação às diretrizes da Norma NBR ISO/IEC 17799 (Tecnologia da informação–Código de prática para a gestão da segurança da informação) na dimensão “Controle de Acesso”.

"Crime opportunities are neither uniformly nor randomly organized in space and time. As
a result, crime mappers can unlock these spatial patterns and strive for a better theoretical
understanding of the role of geography and opportunity, as well as enabling practical crime
prevention solutions that are tailored to specific places." (Ratcliffe, Jerry; 2009)

To calculations for GIS patterns when considering cyber crime is spatially appropriate but the most manageable aspects for me is to trace a route because spatial recognition is well camouflaged in many circumstances. Off the land crimes are more difficult to decipher from an IT perspective if spatial mappings are considered yet, once the egg (or seedling) of transmission is found, relative spatial mapping can follow. For the purpose of this paper, a route will be traced and spatial mapping will not be a considered method for research.

Attempting to trace a route from the entertainment of video and online video games to the potential hazards leading to criminal acts and theft is the potential of this paper. The route is expected to channel resolutions to help resolve potential hazards to identity theft and black market bartering and illegal trade. Whether the expectations are met the potential still exists and the outcome will show a clear channel with intent for illegality.

When discussing routes, especially when discussing criminal activity, it focuses on creating one to describe a path or sequence. In this scenario, the route is already created and functioning and the research is facilitating information to tell on the router or routers. Not in jest, the route of the sequence rely and the relaying of initial routing and the attempt is to give proper consideration to the process.

Restructuring of higher education and its management is one of the liveliest debated topics in Turkey. In this paper, this issue is approached by focusing on university-industry relations. Technological advancement and globalization have substantial effects on the structure of the university and the industry. This paper not only
aims to make suggestions that could be useful in the on-going debate about restructuring of higher education management in Turkey, but also to analyse critically and deeply what the roles of the higher education managements have on clustering, how they affect the success of the clustering, particularly what kinds of roles they have that they can affect significantly their stakeholders, universities in the region, international and national companies, small medium enterprises (SMEs), researchers, academics, start-ups, spinoffs, suppliers, and non governmental institutions, particularly in the field of health in which the translational research is the main area of activities. The author concludes that the mentality and the strategic approach of the higher education managements play an important and crucial role in developing sustainable partnerships like clustering, which requires long-term, intensive collaboration.

Abstract: Information Security (ISEC) is the key to the effective management of any organisation in today's industrial and commercial sectors. It is now at the hearth of most business operations. In this paper, some information security management concepts and their applicability will briefly be discussed and put into context. The approach in this paper is based on ISO/IEC 17799 Standard, specifically e-mail procedures and tools.

mexicana -y particularmente de la tecnología- en estos momentos, estriba en contribuir con su grano de arena al fortalecimiento de cooperativas, empresas sindicales y formas campesinas de producción.
Consta de cuatro capítulos.  Los dos primeros abordan la demostración de que es urgente orientar la ciencia y la
tecnología a la satisfacción de las necesidades básicas de la población, y de que para ello es necesario que exista una política que explícitamente se plantee como objetivo medular

apoyar a lo que ahora se denomina sector social- estriba en la carencia de metodologías, procedimientos e instrumental, acordes con las características del sistema de ciencia y
tecnología del país y con las especificidades de las unidades productivas del sector social.  La SEGUNDA parte del libro es eminentemente propositiva. Consta también de cuatro capítulos. En el primero, exponemos una suerte de marco general, que permitiría el
surgimiento de nuevos aspectos metodológicos a considerar, Tratándose de planes, programas y proyectos de apoyo tecnológico al sector social. Los tres capítulos restantes van a presentar baterías de recomendaciones generales, problemas susceptibles de surgir en el intento de ponerlas en práctica y sugerencias que pudieran aplicarse para resolverlos (a partir de la práctica seguida en experiencias reales que se han investigado para ello), en las etapas de formulación, ejecución y término de proyectos de innovación

En este artículo se realiza una invitación a la reflexión crítica acerca de la evolución de la Tecnología Educativa y del contexto en el que se debería desarrollar su investigación. Una reflexión que se centra sobre todo en el ámbito de la educación superior, la Universidad, como lugar natural para investigar y difundir lo que supone la incorporación de estas tecnologías en la enseñanza y por extensión en la sociedad. Observar desde el andén, como las TIC han logrado situarse como una especialidad en sí mismas creando un distanciamiento de la Tecnología Educativa, dejando tras de sí un empobrecimiento conceptual y de justificación pedagógica de aquellas dentro de la acción didáctica.

Through several key case studies of terrorism in its relationship to the media, this research examines the essence of an icon today in a hyperworld of digital icons and their iconic events. As we experience these events exponentially, systemically in — and through — new media and news media, we are forced to examine links and connections between the traditional understanding and historical roots of the icon, iconography, and iconology, and new digital iconics acting with agency in cybersemiotics, where the static expectation of an image today is no longer defensible.

Because of exponential audience receptivity — through ubiquitous global media ownership and promulgation — the image or icon becomes an iconic: a relatively omnipotent, highly revered structural phenomenon of exponential potential. I define an iconic as an instantiation, a media moment in the global consciousness that rises to new stature due to its placement in that consciousness through a gestalt of its visual rhetorics in sync with tenets of digitality. I illustrate how the effects of this metamorphosis are far-reaching and powerful, and so far, they have been best realized in mediated messagings associated with rhetorics of terrorism, especially as terrorism archives in cyberspace through the permanence of iconics as a viral phenomenon.

This research also suggests that as an extension of the symbiotic relationship between terrorism and the media, iconics contribute to the proposition that the cyber network is borderline autopoietic, and they act with agency within the virtual. Their permanent presence can be understood to constitute an armory of available weaponry that the system or anyone connected to it can wield at will, should there be access and privilege. Consequently, as cyberspace becomes the next battleground for human values and objectives, the cyber network with its steady iconic creation machinations, omniscience, and ubiquity render new ethical and technological challenges.
