Este trabajo presenta los resultados de la investigacion UBACYT N°20020090200239 “La formacion docente en ciencias juridicas: el analisis de los incidentes criticos en la ensenanza”, que se propuso relevar, sistematizar, analizar y formular categorias  teoricas especificas en el marco de la conceptualizacion de la docencia como practica reflexiva. Se partio de la recopilacion de trabajos realizados por los abogados de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires que han cursado el Profesorado en Ciencias Juridicas.

Control of the source and analysis of the polarization properties of the reflected light in a laser rangefinder based on triangulation offer a potential solution to the problem of distinguishing the primary laser stripe from unwanted inter-reflections caused by holes and concavities on metal surfaces. In this paper, the established polarization theory of first and subsequent inter-reflections from metallic surfaces is reviewed. This provides a point of comparison for ellipsometric measurements which verify the particular applicability of the microfacet surface model in our context. We demonstrate how a conventional laser rangefinder can be modified to discriminate between primary and secondary reflections. However, our experiments on third and subsequent reflections show that more complex models are required to provide complete resolution of the problem. Pädagogisches Handeln vollzieht sich immer als eine ambivalente, komplexe Aushandlungspraxis (siehe u.a. Helsper 1996). Äußere Rahmenbedingungen, beteiligte Personen, Besonderheiten des Feldes und stets unterschiedliche Handlungsoptionen gilt es dabei auszutarieren. Dies setzt in allererster Linie ein Verstehen und eine ‚begründete Reflexion‘ der Situation voraus. Um der Komplexität pädagogischen Handelns gerecht zu werden, wurde ein methodisch geweiteter Verstehensansatz entwickelt, der versucht, (pädagogische) Situationen aus drei Perspektiven zu betrachten. Dabei wird zunächst ein „subjektiv-intentionaler“ Verstehenszugang gewählt (Weber 1984), woraufhin eine auf den „objektiven“ Sinn referierende Perspektive eingenommen wird (u.a. Oevermann 2002a). Schließlich wird ein „subjektiv-affektiver“ Verstehenszugang eröffnet (u.a. Lorenzer 1983). Entlang der Entfaltung dieser drei Verstehenszugänge zu (pädagogischer) Praxis wird gezeigt, inwiefern (a) Ambivalenzen pädagogischen Handelns methodisch offengelegt und (b) PädagogInnen dabei unterstützt werden können, ihr Handeln zu reflektieren. Dies wird anhand von Ausschnitten aus Beobachtungsprotokollen, die in pädagogischen Einrichtungen erhoben wurden, diskutiert, wobei sowohl Strukturen (Fallbeispiel 1) als auch pädagogisches Handeln (Fallbeispiel 2) reflektiert werden.

Der Beitrag der Dissertation „Theoriebasierte Betreuung vom Schulpraktikum im Lehramtsstudium Englisch“ zum wissenschaftlichen Diskurs liegt in der Verbindung von Theoriebereichen der Professionalisierungsforschung und angewandten Linguistik mit Untersuchungen zur hochschuldidaktischen Begleitung und Betreuung im ersten Unterrichtspraktikum des Lehramtsstudiums, dem fachdidaktischen Tagespraktikum, an der Universität Potsdam. Ein interaktionsanalytisches Vorgehen wurde eingesetzt zur Weiterentwicklung des hochschuldidaktischen Settings einer disziplinenverbindenden, fachwissenschaftlichen Begleitung von Praktika im komplexen Kontext Schule. Die Implementierung entsprechender Formate ins reguläre Studium wurde in einer über drei Jahre angelegten iterativen Studie turnusmäßig evaluiert.

The dissertation “Theory based mentoring during the practical internship of future English teachers” contributes to the research in the field of professionalization in teacher studies programmes. The areas of professionalisation and applied linguistics are combined with research conducted in university mentoring during the first school internship for student teachers. The researcher uses an interaction analytic approach to develop the didactic setting of the mentored internship. Student teachers pass the complex situation of the internship more focused and with higher learning outcomes than their peers without the new training. The iterative study with three adaptions takes place over a course of three years.

The objective of this investigation was to describe the theorical bases toward to an approximation of appiying the “investigationaction-thought in the teaching process during educational practicing (2003-2004) by the Universidad del Zulia’s interns, in ‘Educacion Basica Integral’ Mention developed in Primary Schools integrated to the program ‘Escuelas Zulianas de Avanzada’, specifically in ‘23 de Enero’ and ‘Gabriela Mistral’ located in Maracaibo. The theorical bases studied were Argyris and Schon (1996) with the Theory of Action, Elliot (1998) with Investigationaction, and Tonucci (1999) Investigation in the classroom, among others. The inhial methodology was the documental investigation and then applied as an approximation to then investigation- action ion the school context. The result was a process offormation in the students and teachers in practice supported in educational investigation, with planning, action and thought looking forward to promote change from the school.

The fundamental link between logical and semantic inquiries is emphasized, and by relating some of Frege's ideas on the concepts of logic and truth with others of Davidson's on the Tarskian structure of interpretation, an attempt is made to clarify the Fregean point of view about the nature of the logical-semantic reflection.

Le propos de cette these est de reflechir sur la notion philosophique de Maine de Biran : l’ "aperception immediate". L’aperception immediate, c’est le moment ou je m’apercois de moi, ou je saisis immediatement l’evidence de mon existence. Biran a relie ce moment au mouvement volontaire, le mouvement dont le but est le mouvement lui-meme. Quelle est la signification philosophique de cette correlation ? Dans cette these, a l’entremise de Felix Ravaisson et de Kitaro Nishida, nous trouverons que le mouvement volontaire chez Biran est d’abord la reflexion, qui nous fait reconnaitre nous-meme, et puis il est ultimement considere comme creation, l’acte de s’engager dans le monde reel et historique.

Pädagogisches Handeln ist hochgradig komplex und ambivalent. Am Beispiel einer Wohneinrichtung für Menschen mit ›geistiger Behinderung‹ zeigt Hendrik Trescher, wie vielfältig die Herausforderungen pädagogisch Handelnder im Alltag sind. Dabei problematisiert er, wie der ›pädagogische Kern‹ des Handelns immer wieder durch innere und äußere Vorgaben bedroht wird. Er diskutiert theoretisch wie praktisch, welche Konsequenzen dies sowohl für pädagogisch Handelnde als auch für ihre Adressat_innen hat. Neben der Analyse diverser Dokumententypen, darunter Interviews, Beobachtungen, Grundrisse und Dienstpläne, werden Fragen der Weiterentwicklung und Umgestaltung von Wohneinrichtungen – auch vor dem Hintergrund eines Inklusionsparadigmas – diskutiert.

Jean-Paul Sartre believed that consciousness entails self-consciousness, or, even more strongly, that consciousness is self-consciousness. As Kathleen Wider puts it in her terrific book The Bodily Nature of Consciousness: Sartre and Contemporary Philosophy of Mind, ‘all consciousness is, by its very nature, self-consciousness.’ I share this view with Sartre and have elsewhere argued for it at length. My overall aim in this paper is to examine Sartre's theory of consciousness against the background of the so-called ‘higher-order thought theory of consciousness’ (the HOT theory) which, in turn, will shed light on the structure of conscious mental states as well as on Sartre's theory of (self-) consciousness and reflection.
