Efforts are carefully being intensified to calculate , in this paper, the explicit formulae for the number of distinct fuzzy subgroups of the carte-sian product of the dihedral group of order 2 6 with a cyclic group of order of an m power of two for, which n ≥ 6.

This preliminary report concerns the archaeological activities of the Italian Expedition on the mounds n.7 and 8 (TB7, TB8) in the area of Tūlūl al Baqarat (Kut, Wasit). TB7-TB8 are the most ancient sites among the Tūlūl al Baqarat mounds. They appear as flat and rounded tells, close to each other and most likely part of the same archaeological settlement. An intensive survey was conducted on the sites followed by the opening of four soundings in the central and north-western parts of TB7. In the central sector of the site (S1, S2, S4), the excavations revealed the evidence of an artificial terrace with side rooms and jutting walls while in the north-western sector (S3) the remains of a multifunctional building (Building A) were investigated. The materials collected so far in the different trenches suggest a main chronological frame of the site within the Early Uruk period.

The tympanic membrane displacement test (TMDT) is an attempt to record intracranial pressure (ICP) reflective of an intracranial pulse pressure amplitude wave (IPPA) transmitted to the inner ear and tympanic membrane with a probe placed into the external ear canal. Twelve tinnitus patients, divided into two groups, who were resistant to attempts to achieve tinnitus control or relief were selected for the TMDT. The group 1 TMDT recordings were obtained on one session test date, and group 2 (n = 6) recordings were obtained sequentially on different session test dates. Patient selection with the medical audiologic tinnitus patient protocol (MATPP) identified all to have a nonpulsatile, predominantly central-type severe disabling subjective idiopathic tinnitus (SIT) resistant to attempts for tinnitus relief with instrumentation or medication. We extend the logical model of agency known as the KGP model, to support agents with normative concepts, using obligations and prohibitions as examples. The proposed framework illustrates how to integrate normative concepts and roles within the KGP model in such a way that these concepts can evolve dynamically. This document (D2.1) states the Geothermal Information Delivery Manual (IDM) for drilling processes involved in the GEOFIT project. The IDM for drilling processes specifies an integrated reference tool to collect the information and data from the different processes involved during drilling operations performance required by the GEOBIM model proposed in the project. The specification of an IDM for GEOFIT project and the need of providing an integrated model for drilling processes is one of the main outcomes of this deliverable as it is a very complex environment. Since 2003 the Pyla- Koutsopetria Archaeological Project has systematically investigated a small region near the modern village of Pyla in southeastern Cyprus. Within this study region, the Hellenistic site of Pyla- Vigla is set atop a promontory of the same name, a toponym meaning “lookout.” Dating to the late 4th and early 3rd centuries B.C., the site was founded and occupied during a turbulent period in Cypriot history, one that saw the transition from rule by local city kingdoms to outright foreign imperial domination. Pyla- Vigla represents a key strategic position for warring Hellenistic kingdoms with interests in Egypt and those seeking to achieve superiority in the eastern Mediterranean. Recent archaeological work by the Pyla- Koutsopetria Archaeological Project has shed light on the lives of those living at a Hellenistic fort in Cyprus. Aim To point out the similarity of Meniere disease and spontaneous intracranial hypotension and difference of their treatment. Methods A case of a 54-year-old male patient with previously diagnosed Meniere's disease and newly diagnosed spontaneous intracranial hypotension syndrome is presented. Additional neuroradiological examination, Brain contrast-enhanced MRI and MR myelography were used for diagnosis. Results Due to deterioration of vertigo, hearing loss and tinnitus in the right ear the patient was referred to the additional neuroradiological examination which confirmed the diagnosis of spontaneous intracranial hypotension syndrome. Brain contrast-enhanced MRI showed increased pachymeningeal contrast enhancement, and MR myelography identified the location of CSF leak. The patient was successfully treated conservatively. Background Aminorex, (RS)-5- Phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazol-2-amine, is an amphetamine-like anorectic and in the United States a Drug Enforcement Administration [DEA] Schedule 1 controlled substance. Aminorex in horse urine is usually present as a metabolite of Levamisole, an equine anthelmintic and immune stimulant. Recently, Aminorex identifications have been reported in horse urine with no history or evidence of Levamisole administration. Analysis of the urine samples suggested a botanical source, directing attention to the Brassicaceae plant family, with their contained GlucoBarbarin and Barbarin as possible sources of Aminorex. The design of CLIC is based on a two-beam scheme, where the short pulses of high power 30 GHz RF are extracted from a drive beam running parallel to the main beam. Švédův Stůl Cave in the Moravian Karst has been excavated several times since Martin Kříž started the first excavation in 1886. Two parts of the site were re-excavated in 2019. The primary aim was to conduct classical as well as innovative and experimental sedimentological and geoarchaeological investigations of sediments from the discarded spoil heap outside the cave entrance (trench C–D). Intact sediments with a small number of lithic artefacts and a large number of animal bones were also excavated during the 2019 excavation (trench A–B) located under the trench excavated by Bohuslav Klíma’s team in the 1950s. An attempt is being made using pXRF, benchtop ED-XRF and ITRAX techniques to link some of the sedimentary material in the spoil heap (C–D) with the stratified sediments in trench A–B. Researchers long struggled to develop a poverty measure that incorporates a need for health care or insurance and that values health insurance benefits as resources—a health inclusive poverty measure (HIPM)—but could find no valid approach (National Academy of Sciences 1995). Korenman and Remler (2016) showed that such a measure is made possible by guaranteed issue and community rating regulations, provided one accepts that health insurance is a basic need. Remler, Korenman and Hyson (2017) used the same HIPM framework to estimate the impacts of private and public health insurance, non-health means-tested benefits, social insurance and federal refundable tax credits on health inclusive poverty in the US under the ACA. Hypoparathyroidism (HPT) is a rare disease with leading symptoms of hypocalcemia, associated with high serum phosphorus levels and absent or inappropriately low levels of parathyroid hormone (PTH). In patients with thalassemias it is mainly attributed to transfusional iron overload, and suboptimal iron chelation therapy. The main objectives of this survey were to provide data on the prevalence, demographic and clinical features of HPT in thalassemia major (TM) and intermedia (TI) patients living in different countries, and to assess its impact in clinical medical practice. A questionnaire was sent to all Thalassemia Centres participating to the International Network of Clinicians for Endocrinopathies in Thalassemia and Adolescence Medicine (ICET-A) Network.Seventeen centers, treating a total of 3023 TM and 739 TI patients, participated to the study. The remains of cape Stoba shipwreck lies in the waters of the island of Mljet at the depth between 21 and 28 m. It was investigated for the first time in 1975 (by Maritime Museum in Dubrovnik) and the research was resumed between 2009 and 2013 by the Department for Underwater Archaeology of the Croatian Conservation Institute. Research has shown that the cargo is composed of nine types of Middle Byzantine amphorae datable in the 10th-11th century AD, produced in the area of the Marmara, Black sea and Eastern Mediterranean shore. Some of them present graffiti written in Old Bulgarian letters or runes, like those on the amphorae of Serce Limani wreck. The secondary part of the cargo was composed of glass vessels, perhaps originating from the Palestinian area. Integrated Ocean Drilling Program Expedition 342 was designed to recover Paleogene sedimentary sequences with unusually high deposition rates across a wide range of water depths (Sites U1403–U1411). The drilling area is positioned to capture sedimentary and geochemical records of ocean chemistry and overturning circulation beneath the flow of the Deep Western Boundary Current in the northwest Atlantic Ocean. In addition, two operational days were dedicated to a sea trial of the Motion Decoupled Hydraulic Delivery System developmental tool (Site U1402). The expedition was primarily targeted at reconstructing the Paleogene carbonate compensation depth (CCD) in the North Atlantic for reference to recently obtained high-fidelity records of the CCD in the equatorial Pacific.
