At first glance, one of these printing products plays an important role, especially since every event requires its presence. It feels incomplete if holding an event without this one object, it could even be that the activity is not optimal. Its use is now well known in all aspects of life. For example, for announcements or appeals to support recitations or any activities at the mosque. This study aims to determine the community's perspective on the use of banners in this recitation event by using istihsan analysis. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection using interviews / interviews and observation. The subjects of this research are several residents in Cisaranten village. The conclusion of this study is that the use of banners in recitation activities is seen from the istihsan aspect, this is a type of istihsan with Nash.
