Increasing health care marketisation may be, in broader sense, perceived as a mechanism providing the foundation for seeking new ways to rationalise operations in this area. These efforts aim to increase the efficiency of the health care sector, to better adjust health care services to social needs and to improve the management of scarce resources. The core of the process is treating a health care organisation as a partner for other actors and examining its strategic partners. The study aims to present the relationships among the characteristics of the environment, organisational structure and innovation management.

This study explored the perspectives of regulators, private healthcare providers and healthcare seekers on the complementary role of private sector providers in the Upper West Region of Ghana. We adopted a mixed method approach where key informant interviews were administered to regional and district directors of health services as regulators, and managers of private healthcare facilities as providers, while semi-structured questionnaires administered to healthcare seekers. The World Health Organisation's framework on the three overall goals of a health system: improving health, responding to client expectation and financial fairness of care formed the basis for the collection and analysis of data. The data was collected in April, 2014. Overall, all three stakeholders acknowledged that private providers complement the services of public healthcare providers in the Region. Faith-based providers use their links with foreign partners to provide specialist expatriate services, a great relief to care seekers who cannot afford such services at tertiary public facilities outside the Region. Private healthcare is perceived to be responsive, both ethically and in relation to expectations of care seekers. Professionalism and quality in private facilities present them as preferred alternatives to public provision. Private care is also tailored to reflect the different social preferences of care seekers. Private provision in the Region is also perceived to be fair in terms of compliance with financial standards, costs and value for money. Pada zaman yang semakin modern ini, perkembangan teknologi dan informasi semakin pesat. Kita tahu bahwa dengan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi ini muncul sebuah produk dengan mengenalkan aplikasi berbasis online untuk memudahkan masyarakat agar lebih efisien dalam melakukan aktifitasnya. Salah satu akibat dari perkembangan teknologi yaitu dengan keluarnya aplikasi transportasi berbasis online contohnya seperti ojek online dan taksi online. Kita semua pasti mengenal yang namanya aplikasi online Grab dan Gojek. Mereka adalah beberapa aplikasi berbasis online dengan menawarkan jasa transportasi yang paling dikenal oleh seluruh masyarakat Indonesia. Dengan adanya hal tersebut pastinya terdapat kekurangan dan kelebihan sehingga mempunyai dampak yang ditimbulkan dari munculnya aplikasi tersebut. Keberadaan jasa transportasi berkaitan erat dengan kegiatan perekonomian dan pembangunan dalam masyarakat. Jasa transportasi mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting bukan hanya untuk mobilitas manusia dan pengiriman barang, tetapi jasa transpotasi juga membantu dalam tercapainya alokasi sumber daya ekonomi secara optimal di bidang ketenagakerjaan, jadi kegiatan produksi dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif dan efisien, kesempatan kerja dan pendapatan masyarakat meningkat, kemudian kesenjangan antar daerah dapat ditekan menjadi sekecil mungkin (Riswanda, 2019:2). Seiring dengan berkembangnya alat berupa telepon pintar atau biasa kita sebut dengan smartphone yang mempunyai fitur teknologi aplikasi menghubungkan pengguna smartphone ke internet, yang mendorong perkembangan teknologi aplikasi dan pada akhirnya dimanfaatkan untuk media bisnis. Teknologi ini digunakan untuk memesan barang dan jasa dengan memakai sistem dan jaringan elektronik untuk menghubungkan dengan konsumen. Aksesnya yang mudah dan cepat, menjadi nilai plus dari teknologi aplikasi ini. Karenanya, penggunaan teknologi ini juga tidak terlepas dari berbagai unsur seperti penggunaan uang elektronik, penyimpanan data elektronik ataupun unsur-unsur yang merupakan bagian dari perdagangan elektronik atau e-commerce. Terdapat beberapa kelebihan transportasi online menurut Hendrayanti (2018) yaitu sebagai berikut : 1. Lebih mudah dan praktis tidak perlu menghampiri pangkalan ojek ataupun menunggu di pinggir jalan untuk mendapatkan angkutan umum konvesional 2. Selain itu, para penumpang juga tidak terlibat dalam proses tawar-menawar karena tarif yang sudah ditentukan berdasarkan jarak tempuh. 3. The electricity generation in Pakistan is predominantly based on oil and gas. Three major hydroelectric power stations cater for the base load. Sky rocketing oil prices warrant the adoption of a balanced fuel mix for power generation based on indigenously available and exploitable fuel sources. The framework for the development of most economic, least cost fuel mix for power generation in Pakistan is presented. The framework builds upon the indigenous availability, technical and commercial feasibility, capital and fuel costs, environment impact, and indigenous capabilities to handle various power generation technologies. The framework suggests that price distortions between different categories of consumers be removed and import of oil for power generation be considered only after exhausting the locally available options.

This paper forms part of a performative attempt for intervening in the organizational dimension of CMS. Its aim is stimulating the imagination of CMS scholars by prototyping and depicting a new form of critical engagement. Suggests and applies a toolbox conceived as four bricolaged “paragrammes”, a “concept which entails something written down ('gramme') but not used as written ('para' as in paraphrase, parody and paradox). It is not an exemplar, a model or a set of instructions, but a set of ideas which acts as a prompt and guide for action” (Gabriel, 2002). The toolbox pays attention to the symbolic structures of the organization, its forms of self-questioning and problematization, the way it gives rules to itself, and how members’ values are oriented to those rules. Instead of looking for a dominant factor, it understands the organization as a tensional and paradoxical relation between those aspects, and explores possibilities to intervene in management practices in such way that self-realization and micro-emancipation is promoted.

This study aims to explain how globally circulating management innovations are adopted by the firms operating in less advanced settings based on an integrative framework. The framework incorporates certain characteristics of national business systems, particular inter-organizational ties developed with transnational or local carriers, and the potential absorptive capacity of the local organizations. By this way, it includes the effects of temporal interactions between different adoption decisions. The components of the framework are operationalized and tested within the Turkish setting by using the adoption data of three different management innovations: TQM, six sigma and lean production. The data is collected from a sample of 375 large-sized firms using a telephone-based interview protocol. Trust has been an important deterrent to opportunistic behavior between organizations and a substitute for hierarchical governance with market and efficiency implications (Larsson, 1998). The focus of this study is to discuss the trust relationship in the R&D alliances. In order to explore this theme, this study employed the case study methodology. The data collection methods include the deep interviews and document analysis. We choose is the inter-organizational bicycle R&D team called A-Team. Through thematic and conceptual analysis of the interview data, we present and describe how the A-Team built up the trust mechanism.

The concept of global network - always associated with traditional firms operating in traditional markets - can now be extended to new sectors such as cultural institutions and, more specifically, museums. In recent years, in fact, a limited number of organizations - defined as hyper-museums - has started to use management tools coming from traditional business practices in order to acquire or maintain a competitive advantage in their sector. 
This new approach has lead, in some cases, to the introduction of internationalization strategies and, in others, to the definition of out-and-out international networks of museums and cultural institutions, aimed to provide collective competitive advantage in a more and more multifaceted and heterogeneous market - as the cultural one has become at the turn of the XXI century.
From long-term loan agreements to joint research centres, from co-creations of new venues to collaborations on educational and curatorial projects, from co-productions of traveling exhibitions to international field-specific networks, museums are now trying to face financial difficulties (public funding cuts and decrease in private donations) and, at the same time, to match up the requests coming from both local communities and international stakeholders. 
This has been done by promoting innovative inter-firms strategies and, so, by testing traditional business models in a completely new environment, with various and dissimilar results. The objective of the paper is to describe and report some of the European, American and Russian most significant examples of this phenomenon in order to offer a possible representation of a recent but, most likely, market-changing event now happening in the perturbed cultural sector.
