Publikacja jest próbą ukazania form realizacji baroku na zachodzie Wielkopolski, za sprawą działalności opatów cysterskich klasztorów w Paradyżu i Bledzewie (Michała Józefa Gorczyńskieg i Józafa Loki) . Poszczególne rozdziały mają za zadanie omówić szczególną rolę obu klasztorów w okresie natężenia ruchu kontrreformacji i obu opatów, sprawców rozpowszechnienia stylu barokowego na terenach przynależnych klasztorom w Bledzewie i Paradyżu. W dalszych częściach zaprezentowano poszczególne obiekty ze wskazaniem przypuszczalnej atrybucji. Wymieniono artystów pracujących na zlecenia obu opatów, byli to twórcy pochodzący ze Śląska: architekt Karol Marcin Frantz, rzeźbiarze Johann Caspar, Johann Wilhelm i Christoph Hennevoglowie z Neuzelle oraz malarze Feliks Anton Scheffler i O. Florian Wunsch. Na koniec określono wymowę ideową dzieł oraz omówiono wpływ, jaki spowodowała aktywność obu cystersów, na obszary leżące w sąsiedztwie ziem klasztornych.

The directories and schematisms catalogue of Polish Cistercians located in the reference library collection of Diocesan Archive in Kielce (1788–1816)

Streszczenie:
W Archiwum Diecezjalnym w Kielcach znajduje się zbiór kalendarzy i katalogów różnych diecezji i prowincji zakonnych Polski, w którym znajdują się druki XIX-XX wieku oraz kilka starodruków. Częścią tej kolekcji są kalendarze i katalogi cystersów (pięć starodruków oraz sześć druków dziewiętnastowiecznych). Przedmiotem badań niniejszego artykułu są rubrycele i schematyzmy cystersów. Badane druki cysterskie pochodzą z przełomu XVIII i XIX wieku. Był to czas zaborów, zmiany granic na ziemiach polskich. Rubrycele i katalogi przedstawiają zmieniającą się przynależność jurysdykcyjną polskich klasztorów cysterskich. Omawiane druki składają się z kalendarza (rubryceli) oraz katalogu (schematyzmu). Rubrycela – kalendarz liturgiczny stanowi cenne źródło do badań nad służbą Bożą u polskich cystersów. Cennym źródłem historycznym jest katalog klasztorów i osób drukowany, jako współwydawany z Directorium. Dodatkowym źródłem jest wykaz zmarłych drukowany od 1803 roku. Spośród 11-u cysterskich druków zachowanych w Archiwum Diecezjalnym w Kielcach siedmiu nie odnotowano w Bibliografii polskiej Estreicherów (pięciu starodruków z okresu staropolskiego i dwóch druków dziewiętnastowiecznych).

Summary
The Diocesan Archive in Kielce stores the collection of calendars and catalogues of different dioceses and monastic provinces of Poland, containing 19th and 20th centuries prints and several old prints. Part of this collection are Cistercian calendars and catalogues (five old prints and six 19th century prints). The subject of research in this paper are Cistercian ecclesiastical directories and schematisms. The researched Cistercian prints come from the turn of the 18th century. It was the time of annexations and boundary changes in Poland. The directories and catalogues represent the changing jurisdictional affilliances of the Polish Cistercian monasteries. The discussed prints consist of the calendar – directory and the catalogue – schematism. The directory (directorium) – liturgical calendar – is a valuable source for research about the divine service of Polish Cistercians. A meaningful historical source is the catalogue of the monasteries and people, printed and co-published with the Directorium. An additional source is a list of deceased printed from 1803. From the eleven Cistercian prints preserved in the Diocesan Archive in Kielce, seven are not listed in the Bibliografia polska by Estreichers (from the Old Polish period five old prints, from the 19th century prints – two).

The Cistercian monastery in Obra was suppressed by the Prussian government in 1835-1836, forty years after the last partition of Poland. This meant the end of the presence of the Cistercian religious order in Obra after six centuries of tradition which to a great extent shaped the village and surrounding areas. The pastoral work in Obra needed to be reorganized and the diocesan clergy took over the former Cistercian responsibilities. Diocesan priests became pastors of the parish for nearly 100 years, until 1926-1927, when another religious congregation – Oblates of Mary Immaculate – established themselves in the monastery and the parish. The article describes in detail the events related to the suppression of the Cistercian monastery and its consequences – both material and personal – for the parish. It was to be an introduction to an extended period of 90 years of diocesan pastoral ministry in Obra.

"Between Reception and Attribution. Compositions by Esaias Reusner Junior and Jacques de Saint-Luc in the Works by Johann Christoph Lichtensteiger from Grüssau (Krzeszów) Cistercians’ Collection of Lute Tablatures" (Summary):
The only source which may indicate Johann Christoph Lichtensteiger as the author of lute works is the lute manuscript PL-Wu RM 4139 from the collection of Grüssau (Krzeszów) Cistercians which contains compositions for ensemble but only the lute part has survived. This manuscript allows us to attribute two suite cycles to J.Ch. Lichtensteiger. In musicological research so far, his name has appeared in the context of landgrave Karl von Hessen-Kassel’s court where he probably met the Silesian lutenist Silvius Leopold Weiss twice. The story is connected with some assumptions concerning a competition between the musicians that was parodoxically finished in Lichtensteiger’s favour. However, the sources of inspiration for Lichtensteiger’s works are much more certain. They were compositions by the Flemish lutenist and guitarist Jacques de Saint-Luc and the Silesian lutenist Esaias Reusner junior. It may be supported by the found concordances to some parts of Lichtensteiger’s compositions. One of the compositions ascribed to him by a scribe of the PL-Wu RM 4139 manuscript is an example of not only the attribution of the compositions but also the reception of other lutenists’ works which was quite common in the 17th and 18th centuries. However, it is significantly interesting that the reception concerns one of the Silesian lutenist and the composition’s attribution to Lichtensteiger is possible only thanks to the Silesian lute tablature manuscripts of Grüssau (Krzeszów) Cistercians.
