Iroq davlat madhiyasi

„Mawṭinī“ (arab. mwṭny, lit. „Mening Vatanim“) — Iroqning milliy madhiyasi, 2004-yilda qabul qilingan.

Qoʻshiq ilgari 1930-yillarning oxiridan Falastin arablari qoʻzgʻolonidan 1996-yilgacha, mamlakat rasmiy davlat madhiyasini qabul qilgan vaqtgacha Falastinning norasmiy madhiyasi sifatida xizmat qilgan.[1][2] Oʻshandan beri u rasmiy davlat madhiyasi bilan almashtirilgan boʻlsa-da, koʻplab falastinliklar hali ham u bilan qattiq tan olishadi va uni oʻz mamlakatlarining norasmiy ikkinchi milliy madhiyasi deb bilishadi, bu arab milliy madhiyalaridan biri hisoblanadi.

2009-yilda „Mawtini“ madhiyasini ijro etgan AQSh harbiy guruhi

Bu falastinlik shoir ʾIbrāhīm Ṭūqān tomonidan yozilgan mashhur sheʼrdir. 1934-yil va livanlik bastakor Muḥammid Flayfil tomonidan bastalangan. U Falastinning de-fakto milliy madhiyasi boʻlib xizmat qilgan va 1996-yilgacha rasman „Fidā'ī“ bilan almashtirilgan. Biroq, koʻplab falastinliklar hali ham uni „Fidaʼi“ bilan birlashtiradi va birinchisini oʻz mamlakatlarining norasmiy ikkinchi milliy madhiyasi deb biladi.[3]

2004-yilda u milliy madhiya sifatida qayta qabul qilindi, bu safar Iroq tomonidan Muvaqqat koalitsiya maʼmuriyati rahbari Paul Bremer buyrugʻi bilan Iroqning milliy madhiyasi sifatida qabul qilindi. U „Mawṭinī“ (hozirgi milliy madhiyaga aloqasi yoʻq) oʻrnini egalladi, bu esa oʻz navbatida 1981-yildan beri qoʻllanilayotgan va shu tariqa Saddam Husaynning Baʼs rejimi bilan bogʻliq boʻlgan eski milliy madhiya „Arḍulfuratani“ oʻrnini egalladi.[4]

1950-yillarning oxiri va 1960-yillarning boshlarida, respublikaga aylanganidan soʻng, Iroq Lewis Zanbaka tomonidan bastalangan „Mawṭinī“ deb nomlangan milliy madhiyadan foydalangan.[5] Garchi u hozirgi Iroq milliy madhiyasi bilan bir xil nomga ega boʻlsa-da, bu butunlay boshqacha qoʻshiq. Hozirgi Iroq milliy madhiyasidan farqli oʻlaroq, bu versiya instrumental boʻlib, soʻzlari yoʻq.

2003-yilda Iroqning Baʼs rejimi agʻdarilganidan soʻng, 1950-yillarning oxiri va 1960-yillarning boshlarida Iroq milliy madhiyasi sifatida ishlatilgan eski „Mawtini“ qaytarib tiklandi va vaqtinchalik milliy madhiya bilan almashtirildi.

We do not want, but we will bring back
Our storied glory, our storied glory.

III
My homeland, my homeland,
The sword and the pen, not the talk nor the quarrel
Are our symbols, are our symbols.
Our glory and our covenant, and a faithful duty
Moves us, moves us.
Our glory, our glory,
𝄆 Is an honorable cause, and a waving flag. 𝄇
O, behold you, in your eminence,
Victorious over your enemies, victorious over your enemies.
My homeland, my homeland!
