Standard Data Elements - Employee Performance Management

Standard Data Elements identify the minimum data fields required to support the inputs and outputs noted in the use cases and capabilities.

The HC FIBF Standard Data elements are a subset of the Human Capital Information Model (HCIM). Comprised of metadata and information packages, the HCIM is the “Rosetta Stone” to achieving interoperable human capital systems that enable paperless data sharing across the Federal human capital community.
