Adaptation of new perspectives in regards to the teaching-studying-evaluation process, emphasizing the student, focus on the results of studying, promotion of a balance between individual work and group work, appliance of inclusive didactical strategies, are just some of the strategical points that will ensure the quality of higher education in accordance with the European and international standards. The range of didactical strategies is very large, we have as aim to harness just some of them relevant within the process of teaching and evaluation of a language. Among the most successful motivational and formative-educative-compensative strategies we can mention the following: catechetical conversation, case study, simulation, audio-video technical resources, objectives and content adapted to the instructed class.

Our intention is to promote the communication in the context of inclusion of children with special educational needs, a premise for children with higher risk of exclusion (orphans, abandoned, suffered violence, gifted, etc.). In this article have been analyzed the barriers encountered during implementation of inclusive education, proposing concrete solutions to optimize the communication process from the perspective of social interactivity. Although, definitions given to communication are many and varied, more or less all of them target the following elements: transmitter, receiver, message, channel (transmission method) and of course the result, from which the actual investigation has started. One of the research’s assumptions is that didactic communication is the primary form of educational communication, a complex process seen as a sine qua non condition for a successful implementation of inclusive education in the society. The steps taken to prevent and eliminate the dysfunctions in didactic communication, adjustment of methods of intervening to the specifics of concrete situations, stimulation of usage of adequate communication forms, also the promotion of methods based on cooperation and collaboration will ensure the adaptation of children with special needs and educate a cognitive, affective and attitudinal society.

The realized pragmatic analysis emphasizes the way politicians are perceived, the way they present themselves, but also how they characterize the political opponents, harnessing the credibility of the emitter of an electoral message. This study is meant to analyze in detail the following aspects: context, situational context, ways of interaction, pragmatic acts, language functions with pragmatic accents, manners of speech to ask for a vote by means of addressing to the electorate, but also the candidate-electorate relationship, exemplified by political texts of leaders of the 2014’s Electoral Campaign in Republic of Moldova. In the end, has been concluded that communicational dynamism is the result of change in attitude of the electorate, the word becoming the weapon that sensitize the electing public. By means of style, structure, content, but also the frequency of diffusion of electoral messages adapted to the political context, it is possible to manipulate such that the elector to be convinced that his attitudes and decisions are the most naturals and originate in the pursuit of personal interest.

An international scientific-practical conference was organised called "Modern problems of geograp... more An international scientific-practical conference was organised called "Modern problems of geography: Integration of science and education" at Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences academician H .A. Aliyev Institute of Geography on November 29-30, 2022, in order to prepare the scientific basis of the measures implemented by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan to strengthen innovation, to attract the potential of natural-geographical conditions to the economy. The conference's primary purpose is to bring together scientists, researchers, and public and private sector workers to analyze the improvement and development of higher education institutions, as well as to share new research and ideas and find solutions to problems. About 150 participants from 14 countries (Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, Georgia, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Bangladesh, Australia, Moldova, and Yemen) submitted their scientific papers to this conference, 102 of the sent articles accepted by the scientific staff to be presented at the conference.
