Maggie Nolan
I am an Associate Professor of Digital Cultural Heritage and the Director of the AustLit database at the University of Queensland.
My research interests include representations of race and ethnicity in Australia, with a particular focus on hoaxes and imposture in Australian post-war literary history.
I am also interested in cultures of reading and reception, and the role of book clubs in contemporary life, and have collaborated with Dr Robert Clarke (UTas) on this project.
I am also currently working on a project with Professor Ronan McDonald, (University of Melbourne), and Professor Kath Bode (ANU) on Irish-Australian literature.
