Un centinaio di schede catalografiche digitali, realizzate in TEI, di manoscritti greci delle biblioteche di Cambridge, prodotte nell'ambito del progetto “Polonsky Foundation Greek Manuscripts Project” (https://www.lib.cam.ac.uk/collections/departments/manuscripts-university-archives/subject-guides/medieval-manuscripts/polonsky), una collaborazione tra le Università di Cambridge e Heidelberg per il restauro, la catalogazione e la digitalizzazione dei manoscritti greci delle biblioteche di Cambridge e della Bibliotheca Palatina (2018-2021).

The paper deals with the reconstruction of a manuscript, Taur. C.VII.16, which was heavily damaged by the fire. Whereas it was assumed until now that, due to the damages, the manuscript had completely lost one of the two works it contained (the Homeric Centos of the Empress Eu- docia), the paper aims to demonstrate that this text survived the fire and was restored and – incorrectly – identified as another manuscript, Taur. B.VII.31.

The National University Library of Turin holds more than 300 Greek manuscripts. The fire of 1904 not only destroyed over a hundred manuscripts, but damaged the surviving ones. Moreover the catalogues of this collection are mostly out of date, therefore a modern one is needed. The article briefly outlines the characteristics of the Turin Greek collection and the project of the new catalogue, and provides two examples of description.
