In the context of Malaysia, the most common types of cyber attacks are denial of service, intrusion attempts, spam, vulnerability report, fraud, malicious code, and content-related attacks as reported by Cyber Security Malaysia. However, since 2011,  cyber attacks such as intrusion attempts, denial of service and spam are decreasing steadily as a result of security measures that have been taken by companies or internet users. Nevertheless,  cyber attacks which are steadily increasing are cyber harassment, intrusion and fraud. Approximately 5,328 fraud incidences were reported in 2011 while in 2020, the number of cases rose to 7,593 cases. Out of these cyber attacks in Malaysia, the most proliferating ones have been identified as fraud incidences. Thus, it is highly needed to come up with and propose the best fraud risk management strategy to handle fraud incidences among internet users and internet providers through the utilization of business intelligence tools, and quality enhance...

Objective - Entrepreneurs today strive to manage their business successfully, which they may accomplish by reducing costs while maintaining optimum productivity. A trendy choice for entrepreneurs today is to use co-working space instead of renting the space independently, which can incur heavy overhead. Thus, this study investigates the relationships between SMEs' intention to use co-working space and rental fees, location, and training provided by co-working space owners. Methodology/Technique –The sample consists of 267 young entrepreneurs in Malaysia. Questionnaires were distributed to the sample, and the items focused on the intention to use co-working space, rental fees, location, and training provided by co-working space owners. The sample used a Likert scale with ratings from 5(Strongly Agree) to 1(Strongly Disagree) to rate the items. Finding – The analysis shows that rental fees have a positive, significant, and weak relationship to co-working space, while location and ...

This study focuses on intellectual quotients (IQ) dimensions of oil and gas managers in approving or disapproving certain projects. The questionnaires were distributed to one thousand project managers, however, only three hundred and ten responded to the survey giving 31% response rate. Sixteen items identified to measure the project managers IQ with Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.951, as such the elements is related to each other, and can be used to measure the dimension on intellectual quotients. The top three most important elements of IQ include abilities in communicating one’s knowledge, reasoning using past experiences or procedures, and comprehending quantitative concepts. There is a positive and significant relationship between IQ of project managers and project success. As shown, there is a significant and  positive relationship between IQ of project managers with the ability to complete the project on time (r =0.398**; p=0.000), within cost allocated (r= 0.526**; p=0.000), and qual...

Auto identification and data collection technology is known as radio frequency identification (RFID) helps to automate business processes and allow identification of large number of tagged objects such as books by means of radio waves. It is used in supply chain management in tracking the movement of inventories, equipments, devices and others. Most libraries automate the tracking of books and documents by utilizing the RFID technology in managing the movements of books from shelves and others. This paper is highlighting the application, requirements, benefits, challenges and other issues by incorporating RFID in university/institution library management.

This paper is a review on theories used in previous studies for decision making in project management studies. A mapping of most frequent theories being used forwarded for discussion. Theories identified are resource based theory, action based theory, utility theory, contingency theory, game theory, fuzzy theory, and reliability theory. Reviews from past studies forwarded from various industry, on strategic risk management, project management and project management were highlighted, and some of the theories being used across the board. Those are the theories that might be relevant to be used for project management studies in order to ensure project success and eliminate project failures in the future.

Abstract—this paper is a literature reviews of risks and projects risk management for oil and gas industry. Overview of the oil and gas operations such as upstream and downstream activities forwarded and elaborated for further understanding. Literatures on risks, definition, types of risks forwarded in this paper to illustrate the importance of risks management. Poor risks management normally lead to project failures, hence project risks management discussion forwarded in this paper. Usually, project risks management for oil and gas industry will
be centered towards upstream activities, if wrong decisions were made it might cause losses of trillion or billion or millions of USD. Hence, this paper is to highlights possible areas to be explored for oil and gas practitioners and academics to further enhance their operations, and eliminate losses due to poor project risks management.

There are so many fraud cases happening in Malaysia. In addition, online fraud cases are also increasing, therefore, a study to identify the perception of an employee on the importance of quality information towards fraud risk management should be investigated to protect companies from online fraud cases. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to explore the opinions of the employees on the quality of information regarding fraud management in their workplace. This study investigated the quality of information, and fraud management, whereby the quality of information is divided into accuracy (QIA), completeness (QIC), current (QICR), and format (QIF) of the information. The independent variables are QIA, QIC, QICR, and QIF, and the dependent variable is fraud management (FM). The questionnaires are divided into two parts, whereby part A is on the personal information, and part B is on the items used to measure QIA, QIC, QICR, QIF, and FM. The questionnaires were distributed randomly within two weeks, and about fifty-six voluntarily participated in the survey. After performing reliability analysis, the Cronbach’s Alpha for all variables is more than 0.800. The findings from the Correlation Analysis highlighted that there are positive and significant relationships between QIA, QIC, QICR, and QIF with FM. All hypotheses are supported; therefore, quality information is perceived to be important for online fraud management at the workplace.

This research seeks to identify the critical success factors for sustainable infrastructure project delivery. It will focus on 18 infrastructure priority areas framed into three categories which are energy and environment, people and communities, and connections. The successful delivery of infrastructure projects presents a unique set of challenges that must be addressed to ensure the sustainability and success of infrastructure construction projects. The research will help define the true nature of the challenges and potential for change to help close the infrastructure deficit gap. Furthermore, this research will explore the various cross cutting factors such as skills and human capacity, energy efficiency and environmental sensitivity, state of existing infrastructure, accessibility, climate change adaptation, governance and ownership that contribute to the successful delivery of infrastructure projects. This study identifies and discusses the essential components and critical project management success factors for sustainable infrastructure (CPMSF) that may help ensure the successful completion of the project. This paper forwards the framework that has been provided for this investigation.
