Clean, fixed and gives splendor. False and authenticity in the patrimonial representations of the party Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to offer a critical reflection on the heritage representations of the fiesta in the light of anthropological theory, ethnographic practice and my direct involvement in patrimonialization processes. I show, through some ethnographic vignettes, the production process of an idealized and sweetened image of the fiesta as a hygienist operation and outline some of the local responses to these images, which do not necessarily correspond to the multiple festive experiences of the participants. In conclusion, it affirms that the greatest virtue of ethnography, as a cultural representation system, when it comes to intangible cultural heritage, is its complexity and its capacity to analytically address the problem of representation in its own representations.
Abstract. The main aim of this article is to analyze the heritage processes, carried out by cultural institutions, as an instrument for the «management of diversity». In this way and indirectly, it is intended to show a possible way to take the reflection on cultural diversity and other associated phenomena, such as interculturality or multicul-turalism, beyond migrant subjects or ethnicized and racialized groups, over whom the research on diversity are usually revolved around. The text begins by explaining the link between heritage policies and the " management of diversity " , and the notion of culture behind this link. Next, I consider the role of cultural heritage in the definition and conformation of certain collective subjects. And, finally, heritage processes are shown as privileged contexts for cultural reflexivity and the possibilities of involvement of critical social sciences in these processes are examined.

The focus of the report is on the institutions and the main action is to analyse the documents produced by national and local public institutions (laws, regulations, plans, acts, resolutions) concerning Gitanos, both as regards the language used and the measures proposed, housing policies in particular. On the issue of housing the policies of social inclusion play a certain role. Stereotypes can be used for trade or in situations of conflict in which questions of identity are played out. The analysis of language and institutional measures include the study of the reasons and sources of the language utilized, of the measures proposed and of the actions and it could clearly show what the stereotypes in action are, and how they produce effects on reality and on the everyday life of Gitano people.
