The propagation of Cavendish (Musa acuminata L.) seedling conventionally relatively took a longer time, not uniformed in quality and possibly has a disease that is derived from unhealthy mother stock. This research aimed to find the effect of IBA and BA on difference concentrations on the growth of plantlet, also to determine the optimum concentration of IBA and BA on the growth of Cavendish bud plantlets in vitro. Microalgae Chlorella vulgaris is a microscopic green algae that has known potential as a source of food and medicine (functional food). However, the pharmacological capacity of this microalgae species against disease due to metabolic disorders is still not understood. Thus, this study aims to evaluate the effect of C. vulgaris extract on animal models of Drosophila melanogaster (Drosophila) which are fed high-sucrose diet (HSD). Wild type Drosophila was used in this study for 7 days of observation. Drosophila was divided into four groups consisting of the first group that was not treated as a control. The second group was treated with HSD (30%), the third group was treated with C. vulgaris extract (120 g/L) and the fourth group was treated with double treatment (HSD and C. vulgaris extract). The inter relationship between religion and mental illness is very complex. Religion can be an effective therapy but it can also be the trigger of mental illness. This study aims at exploring religious and spiritual issues among psychotic patients. This study employs a qualitative case study method. The subjects were 7 patients who suffered from a first episode psychotic disorders. They were recruited based on the diagnosis provided by two mental hospitals in Yogyakarta. Data were collected through interviews and observations, either directly to the subject or to the family caregivers. Several themes in this study showed that religion had a role in triggrering psychotic disorder through internal moral conflict and external conflict between particular religious groups and traditions. Some religious issues were also present in the symptoms of psychotic disorder particularly in the content of delusion and hallucination. Pollination is an important factor in the formation of the oil palm fruit. Establishment of oil palm fruits decreased resulting in reduced production of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) as a result of natural pollination process are less effective. The aim of research to find a solution increases the amount of oil palm fruit with artificial pollination. The method used is an experimental method in the form of completely randomized design (CRD), with three replications: a1 = size of 10 mesh pollen and pollen a2 = size 12 mesh with pollination time (09: 00-10: 00 pm), (12 : 00-13: 00 pm), and (16: 00-17: 00 pm). Tests using Anova and advanced test using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results showed pemanfaataan size of pollen size of 10 mesh and 12 mesh in artificial pollination significantly affect the formation of the amount of fruit in the bunch. It was described by the percentage of successful fruit formation over 80% with an average normal shape.

Rauwolfia serpentine [L] Kurz ex Benth is a valuable plant yielding alkaloid of reserpine. The aim of this study was to find the most effective way of reserpine production. Growth regulators {naphthalene acetic acid [NAA] and Kinetin}were applied to promote and to regulate the growth of explant of R. serpentine cultured in vitro. The study was conducted at the laboratory of Bandung Institute of Technology [ITB]. Nine formulations of NAA and Kinetin were the treatments that were repeated twice in completely randomized design. Weight of callus was measured at one, two, three and four weeks after induction of explant. Reserpine analysis was performed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography [HPLC]. This research report is also complemented by a review analysis of potato seedling development in the last five years. There is considerable interest in the potential that can be developed, productive aged farmers, and adoption of new technologies. Factors exerting a strong influence include capital, technology, adequacy of seed, the proportion of certified seed, and farm credit. The purpose of research to know the influence of age of rootstock and budding method to the success of citrus (Citrus sp). Research method using Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 2 factors. The first factor is the age of the Understump (rootstock) consisting of 5 levels, namely the stem age of 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 months, while the second factor is the budding method consisting of 2 levels, namely T (T-budding) budding method and the budding (Chip-budding). The results showed that the treatment of budding method and the age of rootstock did not interact in all observation variables. The treatment of budding method and the age of rootstock independently had a very significant effect on the high percentage of shoots, no significant effect on the stem bud diameter and significantly affect the number of leaves. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan ukuran serbuk sari terhadap potensi jumlah buah dalam satu tandan, persentase keberhasilan pembentukan buah, dan bentuk buah kelapa sawit dengan cara penyerbukan buatan. Metode yang digunakan merupakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan percobaan berupa Rancangan Acak Lengkap, yang terdiri dari 2 perlakuan ukuran serbuk sari dan 3 ulangan. Three experiments in three different biophysical environments were conducted in Jatinangor, Sumedang District, Jatitujuh. Majalengka District and Bandung District of West Java Province, Indonesia. The experiment were conducted to evaluate the environments, seasons, manure, nitrogen and potassium effect on the physiological aspects and yield of ramie plant (Boehmerianivea L. Gaud).The locations diverse at different elevation, rainfall type and soil type and atmospheric regimes. The experiments passed the years 2000-2001. The experiment in Sumedang regency was continued with two other experiments in 2007, and experiment in Bandung district was conducted in 2014.The field experiments design used in all the locations were randomized block design arranged in factorial pattern with two factors and two replications. Climatic analysis is done by comparing the atmospheric data of 2000-2001 and the data of 2002-2007 and the data of 2014. Assumed that all the local atmospheric data are atmospheric data under influence of climatic global change. Results of the experiments were: Jatitujuh region is not suitable for ramie cultivation. Dosage of waterw3=35%-40% of Field Capacity affecting sufficient growth on plant.The minimum dosage at which plant survive to produce yield is representing the most efficient input of production.Water supply for ramie plant could be designed to the most efficient volume to maintain the need of metabolism.

Someone still has the opinion that Islam discourages the development of science. This accusation is absolutely not true. The process of conclusion making in the science and the religion is something different. Religion is based on faith and science is based on human investigation or rational and logical facts. Quranic verses contain hints and a lot of scientific facts, but they are not scientific theories. Reading in the meaning of studying the nature is the first order from the Almighty God to prophet Muhammad. Nature and all creatures are created in balance. Creatures are all in pairs. Nature is prepared and maintained in systematic mechanism. Photosynthesis is considered to be the first chain of living mechanism of creatures which depend on food and on the supply of fire (energy) as stated in verse 80 chapter Ya Sin. The photosynthesis proses is the process of synthesis of carbon dioxide and the water. Water has unique physical and chemical properties. We can heat it, evaporate it, freeze it and use it for solving or combining other things. All living creatures require water, and almost the processing happening need water. Through the scientific observations and the natural evidences revealed, now we believe in the Qur'an that it is true all the times. Man is ordered to utilize their all capacities of mind and intellect lo reveal the secret of the nature and the whole universe.
