Soft power relies on culture, values, economic and preventive diplomacy rather than coercion or coercive military and economic force known as hard power. On this theoretical basis, the article examines the artillery that Morocco deploys on the African continent in terms of soft power, which seeks to establish itself as a regional power. The article makes an assessment that capitalizes on the main actions undertaken by Morocco in strategic areas such as security, economy, culture, immigration, education and training.
