More than 8 years working with SAMIN, a child protection NGO based in Yogyakarta and a research associate with INSIST and Migunani Research Institute Yogyakarta. During his career, he has focused on designing and managing interventions with Human Rights/Child Rights and Gender Perspective Approach and efforts to empower disadvantaged groups. These include projects on basic social services such as health services/psychosocial recovery, design and develop a Child Protection Database System and PMES tools, and being actively involved in community-based risk reduction programs. In addition, he has experience in facilitating trainings, developing documentation and information systems for women and child rights, and as a facilitator in Participatory Rural Appraisal and Participation Action Research.
