Being outdoor and practicing outdoor sports has many benefits for psychological and physical well – being, health and physical activity level. The purpose of this study is to determine students’ habits for being in nature and exercising outdoor in natural environment, as well as identify student’s opinions and interest for participation in outdoor activities. Study sample was conducted of 77 respondents, students at Goce Delcev University in Stip, Republic of Macedonia. Specially designed questioner was applied. Based on the results, students prefer to be in nature whenever whether conditions allows and mainly in spring; choosing different forms of outdoor sports, mainly hiking, running or cycling. Students have different interest for winter outdoor sports and adrenalin sports. Obtained results suggest on great interest for outdoor sports. The use of the information and communication technology (ICT) is not an aim in itself in the learning process. E-learning has become a prerequisite for achieving the vision that favors the integration of ICT in education. The European Union, national educational policies, practitioners and scientists focus on teaching as pivotal prerequisite for quality education. This paper analyses the manifestation and assessment of preciseness at 6 years old children and possibilities for its development applying PE contents noted in PE curricula in primary education in Republic of Macedonia. Preciseness was analyzed using 6 motor tests, four tests for estimation of preciseness with throwing and two applied for preciseness with leading. Tests were applied on a sample of 123 six year old male examiners, first grade pupils in five primary schools in Republic of Macedonia. Using adequate statistics methods and procedures we determined the manifestation of preciseness in latent motor space, as well as tests characteristics: discriminativity, reliability, validity and represenatativity. According the obtained results, applied tests have a good validity and poor reliability of applied tests. ABSTRACT Restlessness, inattention, excessive activity of children are characteristics that are increasingly noticed in the behavior of school children. What is important for the teacher, and for professional school services, is their awareness and knowledge of the category which these symptoms belong to. In practice, there are often cases where these symptoms may occur among children who are restless, with behavioral problems, but these symptoms may also occur among children with hyperactive behavior. Their clear delineation and placement in the appropriate category of children are the first steps in the identification of children with hyperactive behavior, which is a requirement for a timely and appropriate treatment of these children. Hence the role of professional services in the school is of invaluable importance and therefore their education and training to work with these children are essential.

ABSTRACT This paper deals with the problem of leaders and leadership in the educational context, particularly the leadership role of primary school teachers. Albeit we do not doubt that leadership is an essential teacher quality, a claim which is elaborated in this paper, nevertheless, it is beneficial to discuss the problem taking into consideration scientifically proven facts, as follows: the role of the teacher impacts the success/failure of any reform in the educational sector, the democratization of the educational environment, the success of the students, the professional development of teachers and their self-confirmation. This paper presents our analyses of the legal and sub-legal legislation regulating primary school education in the Republic of Macedonia. The purpose of the analyses is to scan the legislation for requirements which apply to leaders in the educational context. In order to confirm our hypothesis that teachers play a key role in the development process of school organization, we have analyzed the development plans and other pedagogical documentation of twenty-four primary schools. Man is imperfected human being, but at the same time and being with ability and potential for continuing progress and improvement. From another side modern man live in modern centuries with rapid science and tehnology progress. That kind of progress contributes to faster obsolete previous knowledge and increasing quantity of new knowledge. That indicates a need for constantly learning which will help every individual in every moment to achieve different and useful knowledge. This can be achieved by life-long education which will improve quality of leaving on every individual, allowing develop and progress in every stadium of life and in every life situations. Life-long learning should help not only to achieve new knowledge, but also to develop efficient technique of thinking, to develop ability of learning and successful problem solving, and capacity for independently achieving new knowledge.
