O objetivo desta investigação foi verificar se as produções científicas relacionam innovation and competence, e quais relações são decorrentes destes conceitos. Como método utilizou-se uma revisão não-sistemática da literatura e as bases... more
O objetivo desta investigação foi verificar se as produções científicas relacionam innovation and competence, e quais relações são decorrentes destes conceitos. Como método utilizou-se uma revisão não-sistemática da literatura e as bases de dados: Emerald, Scielo e Science Direct. Entre os resultados obtivemos vinte e quatro artigos, que demonstram existir relação entre os conceitos. As relações encontradas foram: inovação aberta, inovação como emergência, inovação radical, inovação como competência, redes de inovação e inovação empresarial. Sendo com maior frequência encontradas as relações: redes de inovação e inovação empresarial as quais ganham destaque por sua preferência entre os autores.

This study aims to analyze the uses of industrial heritage as a possibility for tourism. The theme is new and offers a range of alternatives for tourism as it includes, in this field, demonstrations of industry histories and their relationship between the city’s past and future. The tourist possibility focused on industrial heritage shows the construction of historical heritage, its memory and identity. The object of study chosen is a former metallurgist founded one of the main industries in Brazil, located in the northeast of the state of Rio Grande do Sul and that had a strong influence on the economic development of this region. The methodological approach is descriptive and used to support the theoretical studies about heritage, memory and identity, as well as cultural tourism. O turismo detém importância relevante na formação do produto e renda global, destacando-se pela sua tendência de crescimento contínuo. Nas cidades, este setor de atividade econômica tem vindo a ser reconhecido pelo seu papel no desenvolvimento sustentável, o que apela à sua integração no âmbito do planejamento e gestão turística. Assim, às políticas públicas, tornam-se instrumentos importantes para fomentar o turismo urbano. Este estudo tem por objetivo realizar uma análise comparativa entre os planos de turismo criativo, implementados nas cidades de Brasília e Recife, ambas no Brasil, buscando evidenciar semelhanças quanto aos seus elementos estruturantes e, em termos de planejamento público e privado.
