This study aims to determine the leadership role of the principal in changes in the school organization. This research uses a qualitative approach with a meta-analysis method which is carried out by analyzing data obtained from several previously existing studies. The results of the data analysis show that the principal as a leader of change in the school organization has a very important role, namely: (1) building and growing awareness of all elements of the school regarding the urgency of change; (2) create and develop a vision, mission, goals, strategies, and policies for school change by including the participation of all elements of the school; (3) communicate the vision, mission, objectives, strategies, and policies to obtain improvements and feedback; (4) provide support, motivation, and empowerment of school resources for a smooth process of change; (5) planning and striving for the realization of short-term benefits of change; (6) consolidate all elements of the school to r...

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi mutu terhadap upaya peningkatan kompetensi lulusan, pembudayaan literasi sekolah, dan pemantapan karakteristik pendidikan terhadap mutu sekolah. Penelitian ini dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai penelitian kuantitatif dengan hipotesis. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengawas SD dan SMP di Kotawaringin Timur Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Uji instrumental dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data inferensial dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda. The purpose of this study is to find out teachers and school culture in optimizing learning at limited face-to-face meetings. To meet these objectives, the barriers and solutions by teachers and school cultural support in optimizing limited face-to-face learning are outlined. This research has an approach in descriptive research. The steps of descriptive research carried out include determining the formulation of the problem, selecting the data needed, determining the data collection procedure, and making research conclusions. Data were collected from various research results and journal articles. The results of the study show that various obstacles and solutions for teachers and school culture support optimizing learning in limited face-to-face meetings.

The two factors require principal to take their role differently. This study aimed to describe model of digital principal instructional leadership in new normal era. This was a quantitative study by using structural relation model, involved 290 teachers as sample of this study. Data were analyzed by using structural equation model (SEM) of AMOS 24.0. The study findings provided solid evidence that model of digital principal instructional leadership in new normal era is supported by field data. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategies of modeling, monitoring, professional dialogue, and the effectiveness of the principal’s learning leadership to teachers during the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. A quantitative approach was used in this research. The population of this research is the principals of public elementary schools in Malang City, Malang Regency, and Batu City, East Java Province, Indonesia, amounting to 1,323. The sample selection used was random sampling, with a total of 290 people or 22 percent of the population. Data analysis used path coefficient analysis. The results showed that strategies of modeling, monitoring, and professional dialogue affected the effectiveness of learning leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This study aims at determining the implementation of principal supervision for the achievement of graduate competency standards, parental participation, and the effectiveness of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study was conducted on 110 senior teachers at elementary schools in two districts in East Java, Indonesia, specifically Blitar and Mojokerto. The approach used was the survey method. The sampling used was multistage random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the variable implementation of school principal supervision, achievement of graduate competency standards had a negative correlation to the effectiveness of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The competency standards of graduates that should be used as a reference for the development of process standards, educational assessment standards, standards for educators and education personnel, standards for facilities and infrastructure, management standards, and financing standards were temporarily diminished by teachers and schools during the pandemic. The variable of parental participation has a positive effect on the effectiveness of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Who is the controls information, he can controls the world. Therefore, the students must be able to process information into something useful for the learning process. The use of information technology in learning influences hidden curriculum factors that will be given to students. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of hidden curriculum (X1) and character building (X2) variables on self-motivation in college students (Y). The samples are 38 student activists joined under KSR PMI State University of Malang unit and were taken using quota random sampling. The research instrument used is rating scale multiple choice questions. To determine the contribution of hidden curriculum (X1) and character building (X2) to self-motivation (Y), clustering techniques are conducted using the K-means algorithm. The result shows significant effects of hidden curriculum (X1) and character building (X2) variables on the self-motivation in college students (Y). Effective contribution from both predictors (X1 and X2) to self-motivation (Y) is 60.53%, while 39.47% is influenced by other factors.

The aim of the research is to describe the condition of assessment developing standardization result of applying management based on the school. An approach to quantitative research is descriptive design and the correlation. It is located in Batu of East Java province, in the elementary level. The population were 65 schools, the samples were 21 taken by group sampling technique proportionality. The target audience includes 2 partner schools, namely SDN Sentul 1 and SDN Sentul 2, Purwodadi District, Pasuruan Regency. This activity involved the Community Service Team consisting of 4 lecturers and 4 students as resource persons and assistants, and teachers in 2 partner schools who served as librarians in each school. The method of implementation is the classical approach and individual approach. This library management assistance activity produced results in the form of a library management system in the two partner schools properly and correctly. Based on the results of the evaluation, it can be concluded that this service activity was successful in achieving its objectives.
