Marvel The Transformers comics
After a fight with Bludgeon in Dallas, Decepticon traitor Carnivac stumbled across the Mexican desert until he reached the town of Los Gravos. Survival Run The other Decepticons followed him, and the town became the stage for another battle, during which a local Mexican named Jose rammed Octopunch with his truck. Spinister also threatened to kill many of the town's inhabitants, but Carnivac took the shots intended for the humans. A Savage Place!

The Natiltec tribe lived on the Yucatan Peninsula around 1000 BC, at which time two groups of Transformers, the Maximals and the Predacons arrived there and engaged in a series of skirmishes. The happenings would later be inscribed into the wall of a cave beneath the Labná ruins. He was confronted by Prowl and Bumblebee at the airport of Mesa Verde, which caused vast destruction when a tanker filled with jet fuel exploded. Thundercracker was eventually taken down by Grimlock. While on the run from Cemetery Wind, Optimus Prime made his way south to Mexico. He was eventually tracked down and caught in an ambush led by James Savoy and Lockdown. Although badly injured, Prime escaped by trans-scanning a dilapidated truck and fled north to Texas, where he went into hiding once again. Age of Extinction

- In real life, Mexican company IGA produced various variants of Transformers toys in the 80s. It also shared some unique McDonald's toys with Venezuela in 2008.
- According to Beast Wars Universe, the Nemesis crashed into a mountain in Mexico as a result of "Nemesis Part 2".[1]
