The aim of researcher with this study was to develop valid and consistent measuring instrument, regarding "Social Adjustment is a Perceived-Influence of Classroom Discipline". The readers of this article will find all the steps which a researcher should to follow at the time of preparing a selfdeveloped questionnaire for data collection according to his needs and requirements along with applying these steps for the current research. All the students of Govt. secondary schools in district Bann, KPK, Pakistan was the population of the study. The instrument was validated according to beneficial views of ten experts in which five were educationists, two were linguists and three were experts in statistics. To check the consistency between the statements, researcher unsystematically select fifty respondents. The whole scale produces .834 Cronbach alpha during SPSS processing over the given values. At lost the researcher get a tool consisting 30 items after the deleting of invalid and unreliable statements regarding Social Adjustment is a Perceived-Influence of Classroom Discipline in the community at secondary school level.

AV aids are very important in the learning process. It prepares students for useful learning. There is no doubt that learning materials have great importance in education. Due to this the researcher conducts a study regarding "impact of AV AIDS on the academic achievement of students". A descriptive nature study was conducted. All the 10th class students of Gov secondary schools were the study population. As a sample 500 respondents were selected from 12 Govt. secondary schools, by applying a simple random sampling technique. The researcher delimited the study only to 10th grade of the 12 females and males' schools. To collect the data, a self-made tool was used. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS. John Curry formula was applied. Frequency, percentage, and linear regression were used for analysis. It was revealed that students' academic achievement has a positive relation with AV aids.

Without proper building, the teaching-learning process is incomplete. The importance of school building has been acknowledged as a basic building block of humanity from past till now as teachers and students' stay is mostly in school building during study hours; and there is close relationship between school building and students' academic achievement. In this study, the researcher has also focused on the school building and its effects on the academic achievement of students. The main objective of the study was to know the impact of School building on Secondary School students in Southern districts of Khyber Pakthunkhwa, Pakistan. The study was descriptive. Dichotomous questionnaire was used to collect data from the respondents. Despcritive and inferential statistics were used to attain the desired objective the study. The results of the current study show that there is a significant relationship between students' academic achievement and school building.

The aim of the present study was to find out the impact of Punctuality on the social adjustment of the students at the secondary school level in district Bannu. This research study was descriptive in nature. The whole population consisted of all the 8073 male Govt. secondary schools level students in district Bannu. According to John Curry (1984), formula respondents were taken 500 from the selected population. The population was first divided into two strata (urban and rural), in which the urban population was 1828 and rural population was 6245, the researcher took 113 respondent from urban which is 22% of the whole sample and 387 from rural which is 88% of both the populations respectively. The data was collected through a self-made questionnaire having five points, to determine the level of responses coming from respondents as strongly agree, agree, undecided, disagree and strongly disagree, carrying values of 5,4,3,2 & 1 respectively. The data was properly analyzed through SPSS version 16.0. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression. Both the discussion and results clearly displays the exceeding level of impact which punctuality shows on social adjustment of the students in a secondary school level in district Bannu, it means that, when there is strong discipline and everyone perform all the selected tasks within the selected time, it will bring positive changes in the behaviors of students due to which they adjust themselves in the community.

To highlight the important role of teachers' supervision by head in Secondary School is the main purpose of this paper. Nature of this study was descriptive. Attempt was made to examine the impact of teachers' supervision by heads' on Secondary schools performance. The secondary schools' teachers and 10 th class students' record made the population of the study. The sampled respondents were 330 out of 1650. Questionnaire of five point Likert scale was utilized for data collection. Analysis of data was made through SPSS (Version 16.o). Through utilizing Linear Regression; the impact of teachers' supervision by heads on Secondary school performance was analyzed. The results showed that there is clear impact of teachers' supervision on Secondary school performance.

School library is the most essential to learning. School library play important role as a set for cheering improvement, interest, and difficulty solving. School library is a medium for literacy and reading and for instruction and scaffolding investigation learning. School libraries formulate a distinction to students understanding and attainment and give help for teaching and learning throughout the school. It is a central part of the school population and reflects and welcomes this community. School library is the place for knowledge and thoughts, and play fundamental part in supporting and developing pleasure of reading and multiple illiteracies. So without school library the educational program may not runs effectively.

The main focus of this article is about that students can get a better social adjustment in society due to cleanliness, because cleanliness is half of the faith. The study was descriptive in nature. All the 8073 male government secondary schools' students of district Bannu was the population of the study. The sample was taken according to John Curry (1984) formula Rule of Thumb. Stratified random sampling technique was used. Data was collected with the help of self-made questionnaire. Researcher tested validity and reliability of questionnaire. After reliability 30 items were remain. Descriptive statistic (frequency and percentage) were used to identify cleanliness at secondary school level and inferential statistic (regression) was used to know the perceived effect of cleanliness on social adjustment of the students at secondary school level in district Bannu. For examples debates, speeches, games, drawing and painting etc.The study was descriptive in nature. The population of the study consisted of all 10 th class students of Govt. High Schools in Southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Seven hundred respondents were selected as sample from the selected Govt. High Schools in Southern districts. Respondents were selected by using simple random sampling technique. The study was delimited to only 10th class students of 12 schools (6 male and 6 female Govt. High Schools (GHS) in Southern districts in which 352 were male and 348 were female students. The main purpose of the study was to identify the impact of co-curricular activities' on students' academic achievement at secondary school level in southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Data was collected through dichotomous questionnaire having (YES, NO) option in order to get the responses of the respondents easily. Data was properly analyzed through SPSS (Version 16.0). The size of sample was taken according to John Curry (1984) formula. Percentage, frequency and linear regression were used for data analysis. Both the results and discussion visibly shows that co-Curricular activities have positive impact on students' academic achievement at secondary school level in southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The study concluded that co-curricular activities have great influence on students' academic achievement at secondary school level in southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
