Abstract

BRZORASTAVLJIVI SKLOP ZA PRAZNJENJE I PUNJENJE SKLOPIVIH KONTEJNERA, za praznjenje sirupa iz kontejnera, a koji se postavlja izmedju suceljne spojnice 72 i armature kontejnera 14, 54, na ciji je donji kraj prikljucena uronjena cev 10 za izvlacenje tecnog proizvoda iz sklopivog kontejnera 16 na bazi razlike pritiska, a koja je predmet jugoslovenskog patenta YU 42350 (P-1774/80), naznacen time, sto sadrzi suplju ventilsku spojnicu (17, 50), oblika oblikovanog cilindra otvorenu sa oba kraja, gde sadrzi navoj (50A) oko oboda spoljasnjeg zida blizu gornjeg kraja spojnice, oslonac (50B) za prihvat donje ivice crevne suceljne spojnice (72), donji prosireni deo (50C) koji je nalegajuce ulezisten u gnezdo (54A) armature kese (54), kruzni zaptivni prsten ili prstenove (50D) zaprivajuce nalezuce na zidove gnezda (54A) armature kese (54) sa prstenastom prirubnicom (54B) termicki spojenom na sklopivu kesu (16), pri cemu je u unutrasnjosti donjeg dela gnezda (54A) izlivena kao integralni deo armature kese (54), glavcina (56) sa centralno postavljenim, kruznim prstenom (56A) za definisanje otvora, kroz koji je uronjena cev (10) uvucena u kontejner (16), gde je taj centralno postavljeni otvor pozicioniran rebrima (56B) radijalno rasporedjenim od kruznog prstena (56A) ka unutrasnjim zidovima armature kese (54), pri cemu je unutar suplje ventilske spojnice (17, 50) smesten ventilski sklop (60), ciji je konusno-zarubljeni deo (62) ventila zap-tivajuce ulezisten u otvoru (63), oblikovanom kao sediste konusno-zarubljenog dela (62) oprugom (66) nategnutog ventila (60) sa kojom je integralno izliven, a koja se zavrsava prstenasto oblikvoanom osnovom (70) koja je ulezistena u zljeb unutar donjeg kraja un-utrasnjeg zida spojnice (17, 50) kese, pri cemu je na gornjem kraju konusno-zarubljenog dela (62) integralno izliven unutrasnji stubic (64) ventila, koji prolazi kroz sredisnji otvor spoljasnjeg oslonca (68) integralno izlivenog unutar spojnice (17, 50) kese i centralno pozicioniran unutar spojnice (17, 50) pomocu radijalnih rebara (68A) sa prolazima (67) oko njegovog oboda za prolaz fluida unutar spojnice (17, 50) pomocu radijalnih rebara (68A) sa prolazima (67) oko njegovog oboda za prolaz fluida kroz unutrasnje ventilske spojnice (17, 50).
