Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE DERIVATA 1-(HIDROK-SISTIROL)-5H- 2,3-BENZODIAZEPINA, predstavljenih opštom formulom (I) gde R označava atom vodonika halogena, ili C1-4 alkoksi grupu, R1 predstavlja atom vodonika ili C1-4 alkil grupu, R2 i R3 su identični i označavaju C1-4 alkil grupu, ili kombinovani označavaju metilen grupu, naznačen time, što obuhvata reagovanje 2-benzopirilium perhlorata opšte formule (II) gde R, R1 R2' i R3 imaju značenje definisano za formulu (I), u rastvaraču sa hidrazin hidratom.
