Description
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域, 具体涉及一种内窥镜套管。
目前,内窥镜在临床上已经被广泛的应用在肺部、胃部、肠部等部位的检查和治疗。目前内窥镜的插入部插入到人体的部位进行检查和治疗后必须要经过清清洗消毒才能进行再次使用,清洗消毒步骤繁琐,耗时较长,内窥镜轮转困难。且存在消毒不彻底的情况,容易造成交叉感染。目前,一次性使用内窥镜的插入部为使用完后对插入部进行抛弃,使用一次性内窥镜费用较高。且在治疗的过程中内窥镜头端会因器械的进入,内窥镜头端会发生移位,使治疗位置有所偏移。对内窥镜的插入部采用一次性内窥镜套管,内窥镜使用完后,只需要对内窥镜套管进行更换就能再次使用,即方便又便宜,且治疗位置更加准确。
目前的内窥镜套管与内窥镜进行配合使用时,只能用于脏器部位的检查,在检查使用过程中如有发现过多的血液、痰液等体液不能进行对液体的吸引。该内窥镜套管使用的范围和局限性很小。且对医生的使用存在很多的不方便,需要借助其他的医疗器械进行吸引。内窥镜头端在治疗时也会发生移动,使治疗位置有偏移。
因此,针对以上的内窥镜套管进行改进,增加带有吸引痰液、血液等体液的功能和在治疗时对内窥镜的头端进行固定的一种新型内窥镜套管。
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明实施提供一种具有吸引功能且方便使用的内窥镜套管。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案。
内窥镜套管,包括套设在内窥镜外部的套管本体以及将套管本体与内窥镜固定的接头,所述套管本体采用弹性材料制成,所述的套管本体内部沿其长度方向限定出相互独立的吸引通道与内窥镜通道,所述的内窥镜通道一端设置为用于供内窥镜插入的开口,另一端设置为封闭并形成可视窗,以供内窥镜观察头端环境;所述的接头被配置在开口处,并设有与开口相适配的开孔;所述的吸引通道自套管本体近端纵向延伸至套管本体远端,吸引通道两端敞口设置,具有依次连接的远端开口、空腔以及近端开口,所述的远端开口接近可视窗设置,所述的近端开口包括吸引口以及注水口,所述的吸引口连接吸引件,所述的吸引件吸引所述远端开口处的痰液至空腔,所述的注水口将水、药物自所述空腔送至所述远端开口。

本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:1、本发明中提供的内窥镜套管本体采用弹性材料制成,即内窥镜通道与吸引通道均采用弹性材料制成,故在与内窥镜配套使用时,能够避免限制内窥镜的形变;同时吸引通道采用支撑性能较优的弹性材质制成,既能保证吸引过程中避免发生吸引通道外侧壁内陷问题,也能保证在使用过程中维持较好的拉伸形变效果;2、接头采用硬质材料制成,可更好的保持内窥镜套管本体与内窥镜结合使用时不会发生相对滑动,从而脱落的情况;3、套管同步设计有吸引管道,可方便操作,不用额外插入管体,造成患者的异物感,降低患者的不舒适感;4、在套管的头端设有球囊,能够用于内窥镜治疗与检查操作时,对内窥镜头端进行固定,避免内窥镜移位造成治疗部位不准确的问题。

参见图1与图4,本发明实施例提供一种内窥镜套管,包括套设在内窥镜外部的套管本体1以及将套管本体1与内窥镜固定的接头2,所述套管本体1采用弹性材料制成,所述的套管本体1内部沿其长度方向限定出相互独立的吸引通道4与内窥镜通道3,所述的内窥镜通道3一端设置为用于供内窥镜插入的开口5,另一端设置为封闭并形成可视窗,以供内窥镜观察头端环境;所述的接头2被配置在开口5处,并设有与开口5相适配的开孔;所述的吸引通道4自套管本体1近端纵向延伸至套管本体1远端,吸引通道4两端敞口设置,具有依次连接的远端开口6、空腔以及近端开口5,所述的远端开口6接近可视窗设置,所述的近端开口5包括吸引口7以及注水口8,所述的吸引口7连接吸引件9,所述的吸引件9外接吸引泵吸引所述远端开口6处的痰液至空腔,所述的注水口8将水、药物自所述空腔送至所述远端开口6。
内窥镜套管本体1采用弹性材料制成,即内窥镜通道3与吸引通道4均采用弹性材料制成,故在与内窥镜配套使用时,能够避免限制内窥镜的形变;同时吸引通道4采用支撑性能较优的弹性材质制成,既能保证吸引过程中避免发生吸引通道4外侧壁内陷问题(即防止通道被吸瘪),也能保证在使用过程中维持较好的拉伸形变效果。
另外,本套管中同步设有吸引通道4,在操作时,无需借助其他医疗器械即可对体液进行吸引,降低操作的难度以及减轻患者的不舒适感。
参见图1与图4所示,在手术操作时,内窥镜头端会因器械的进入发生移位,从而导致治疗位置出现偏差,故,所述的套管本体1头端的外管壁上设有球囊10,且所述球囊10连接有一个充气管11,在内窥镜置入到位时,对球囊10充气进而定位固定,防止移位;优选的,为保证在内窥镜使用过程中无影响,且不损伤自然腔道的黏膜,球囊10选用可充气的高容低压的超薄球囊10。
优选的,所述的接口采用硬质材料制成,可更好的保持内窥镜套管本体1与内窥镜结合使用时不会发生相对滑动,从而脱落的情况;进一步优选的,所述的接头2内设有密封阀门(此处未在图中示出),以能够密封所述的内窥镜通道3,具体的,密封阀门可选取弹性材料,内径从上至下逐渐减下,其下端与内窥镜可采取过盈配合的方式;或,密封阀门可采用现有市面上常用的结构。
优选的,所述的注水口8设置有可拆卸的密封件,密封件的形式可为能够拆卸的密封堵头(密封件未在图中示出)。

另一种优选方案的,如图3所示,所述的吸引口7直接连接吸引按键(此时的吸引件9表示为包括吸引按键),吸引按键连接吸引泵,吸引可控,保证在使用过程中能更好的控制吸引量。
进一步的优选实施例中,所述的可视窗采用透光性至少达到85%的透光材料制成,优选的采用90%以上或者93%以上,保证内窥镜的清晰成像。
优选的,内窥镜与套管配合,会出现增大直径,影响置入的问题,故所述的套管的近侧设有用于对内窥镜通道3充气抽气操作的密封气阀15(密封气阀15的具体结构为现有),使得套管与内窥镜结合更贴合,尽可能减小套管对操作的影响,同时防止滑落。
优选的,所述的接头2与内窥镜采用卡扣配合固定(此结构未在图中示出);具体的形式可为,内窥镜外壁上设有凸起,所述接头2上设有与凸起限位配合的凹槽,或,接头2上设有凸起,所述的内窥镜的外壁上设有与凸起限位配合的凹槽。
本发明提供的内窥镜套管,与内窥镜配套使用,可防止内窥镜多次灭菌消毒,加快内窥镜的使用频率与轮转频率;同时内窥镜不会被污染,可以防止内窥镜在使用过程中出现交叉感染的风险,保证安全操作;其上增加吸引功能与注水功能,可根据在实际对内窥镜使用时的需求来选择是否需要对体液进行吸引,增大内窥镜套管的使用方位,减少操作流程;且吸引方式更为可控,可方便操作;头端设有可充气式的套囊,可对内窥镜进行定位固定,使得治疗位置更为准确;材料选用弹性材料,可保证弹性变形的同时,保证支撑性能。
应当指出,以上实施例仅是本发明的代表性例子。本发明还可以有许多变形。凡是依据本发明的实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均应认为属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 内窥镜套管,包括套设在内窥镜外部的套管本体(1)以及将套管本体(1)与内窥镜固定的接头(2),其特征在于:所述套管本体(1)采用弹性材料制成,所述的套管本体(1)内部沿其长度方向限定出相互独立的吸引通道(4)与内窥镜通道(3),所述的内窥镜通道(3)一端设置为用于供内窥镜插入的开口(5),另一端设置为封闭并形成可视窗,以供内窥镜观察头端环境;所述的接头(2)被配置在开口(5)处,并设有与开口(5)相适配的开孔;所述的吸引通道(4)自套管本体(1)近端纵向延伸至套管本体(1)远端,吸引通道(4)两端敞口设置,具有依次连接的远端开口(6)、空腔以及近端开口(5),所述的远端开口(6)接近可视窗设置,所述的近端开口(5)包括吸引口(7)以及注水口(8),所述的吸引口(7)连接吸引件(9),所述的吸引件(9)吸引所述远端开口(6)处的痰液至空腔,所述的注水口(8)将水、药物自所述空腔送至所述远端开口(6)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜套管,其特征在于,所述的套管本体(1)头端的外管壁上设有球囊(10),且所述球囊(10)连接有一个充气管(11)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜套管,其特征在于,所述的接口采用硬质材料制成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜套管,其特征在于,所述的注水口(8)设置有可拆卸的密封件。
- 根据权利要求4所述的内窥镜套管,其特征在于,所述的吸引口(7)连接设有一个安装件(12),所述安装件(12)设有密封口(13)以及连接口(14),所述密封口(13)设有一个可拆卸的密封盖,所述的连接口(14)连接吸引泵。
- 根据权利要求4所述的内窥镜套管,其特征在于,所述的吸引口(7)连接设有吸引泵。
- 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜套管,其特征在于,所述的可视窗采用透光性至少达到85%的透光材料制成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜套管,其特征在于,所述的套管的近侧设有用于对内窥镜通道(3)充气抽气操作的密封气阀(15)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜套管,其特征在于,所述的接头(2)内设有密封阀门,以能够密封所述的内窥镜通道(3)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜套管,其特征在于,所述的接头(2)与内窥镜采用卡扣配合固定。
