Description
本发明涉及阴茎测量器械技术领域,特别涉及一种测量阴茎表面硬度的装置。
夜间阴茎勃起过程当前被广泛地应用于鉴别心理性与器质性的勃起功能障碍。夜间阴茎勃起测定记录仪可在患者睡眠状态下连续记录、定量分析患者在夜间自然睡眠环境下,阴茎的勃起次数、持续时间、长度、周径、表面硬度等的变化,并给出了初步的鉴别结果,以协助临床医生确定患者勃起功能障碍的性质。
现有技术中,直接测量阴茎的表面硬度有一定困难,阴茎勃起长度、阴茎横截面的周长、半径等是无法直接确定阴茎表面硬度的。一般通过周长变化计算阴茎绝对胀大程度及相对胀大程度,间接估算阴茎表面硬度。根据临床应用结果,这种方式可以在一定程度上反映患者的阴茎表面硬度情况。然而,患者个体的差异性导致这种方式的准确性不高,加大了医生诊断患者病情的难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能直接测量阴茎表面硬度的装置,通过拉力与拉线长度变化反映表面硬度值,测量结果准确,便于医生对患者病情的诊断,同时安装和测量操作方便,可靠性高。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种测量阴茎表面硬度的装置,包括驱动电机、设置在所述驱动电机的输出轴端部的减速器、以及与所述减速器相连的连接轴,所述连接轴与套设在外部的连接盘连接,所述连接盘上设置灵敏电阻,所述连接盘与金属线的一端连接,所述金属线的另一端通过活接的方式套设在阴茎表面,所述装置还设置有固定和引导所述金属线的结构,包括前端嘴 和线卡子,所述前端嘴与支撑所述连接盘的结构连接,所述连接盘处的金属线穿过所述前端嘴的通孔并从所述前端嘴引出,所述线卡子上设置有卡槽,所述金属线的端部穿过所述线卡子的通孔后活接在所述卡槽上。

其中,连接轴3的上部分和下部分外径设置不同,上部分外径较小,下部分外径较大,形成台阶结构。如图4所示,连接盘4的通孔内设置有一环形的台阶板13,将连接盘4分为上层和下层。连接轴3的上部分位于连接盘4的上层区域,下部分位于连接盘4的下层区域。轴承11设置在连接盘4的上层区域,通过台阶板13支撑。
连接轴3的下部分外径也是小于连接盘4通孔孔径的,两者之间具有一定的空间。连接盘4的通孔底端孔径缩小并连通外部,连接轴3的下部分由通孔底端的支撑面支撑。另外,在台阶板13与通孔底端的支撑面之间还设置有一竖直的插销14,而连接轴3的下部分设置有一水平的螺钉15,其与连接轴3固定连接并且部分延伸至上述空间内,使得在连接轴3旋转时暂不会带动连接盘4旋转,而当螺钉15旋转至与插销14交叉接触时,连接轴3继续旋转时将带动连接盘4同步旋转。设计上述结构的目的是当金属线5在安装过程中,与线卡子7活接过程中不会带动连接轴3、驱动电机1等旋转,导致灵敏电阻的在安装过程中受到干扰,最终影响测量精度。
在本实施例中,连接盘4的顶端外侧设置有一圈环形的绕线槽16,在绕线槽16的其中一个位置设置有一球形的球卡槽17,金属线5的端部设置有一固定球,其卡接设置在球卡槽17内使得金属线5与连接盘4连接。其中固定球可以为金属球或橡胶球,采用金属球需事先安装在球卡槽17中,采用橡胶球可以形成弹性的可拆卸连接方式,由于球卡槽17连通连接盘4的内侧壁与外侧壁,因此可以从内侧将橡胶球顶出。
为了对金属线5进行更好的引导,使测量结果更加准确,在本实施例中还设置有线前端18和线后端19。其中,线前端18的第一端穿过安装块9侧壁上的线孔,并对准连接盘4的绕线槽16,线前端18的第二段穿过前端嘴6设置,可相对于前端嘴6自由旋转。线后端19的位置可以自由设置,其两端也可与线前端18的第二端或线卡子7的尾端连接,以适应性地改变金属线5的走向。
作为优选的实施方式,本装置还设置有限位结构,当装置处于未使用状态时,限位结构将连接盘4固定,防止其自由旋转,而当装置处于使用状态时,可以通过切换限位结构状态,使连接盘4能自由旋转,灵敏电阻对相关数据进行测量。具体地,限位结构包括顶针20和弹片21,顶针20的第一端穿过安装块9上的顶针孔,且弯折后穿回至安装块9内,插入连接盘4侧壁上开设的限位孔22中。顶针20的第二端插入前端嘴6通孔一侧的盲孔内,同时如图5所示,线前端18位于前端嘴6部分的侧壁上还凸出设置有一控制销23,前端嘴6的对应位置设置有n型的控制槽24,当控制销23位于控制槽24的a点 位置,顶针20在安装块9上设置的弹片21的弹性力作用下插入限位孔22内,从而对连接盘4限位。装置使用时,连接盘4需要解锁而进行旋转,则通过旋转线前端18使控制销23沿控制槽24移动至b点,再向前推动前端嘴6使顶针20离开限位孔22而不再对连接盘4限位,此时控制销23位于控制槽24的c点位置,再回旋线前端18使控制销23移动至d点位置,形成稳定的状态,顶针20的弯折部分将弹片21顶起。测量完后只需反向进行上述过程,顶针20在弹片21的弹性力作用下再次插入限位孔22内。其中,弹片21采用薄钢片制成,两端与安装块9的侧壁固定连接,顶针20的弯折部分与弹片21的内侧接触。
使用过程中当连接盘4以绞线圈的方式,使金属线5一端慢慢地收紧,金属线5与阴茎表面的作用力与反作用力反馈信息至连接盘4,连接盘4和灵敏电阻同步运动,通过灵敏电阻值变化以及软件算法测量准确数值。具体测量时,首先采用每15s测试一次的方式,通过控制器控制驱动电机1以4盎司(114g)的线性拉力轻柔地绕住阴茎,然后突然放松,恢复到无负载状态,以实现胀大程度测试。胀大程度测试值与之前的基线比较,当胀大程度较基线增加6mm及以上时,表示能够勃起。胀大程度测试后,控制驱动电机1每隔30s以0-10盎司(283.5g)线性增大的拉力围住阴茎数秒,记录线长明显变化时的拉力值,与拉力-硬度曲线对照,实现硬度测量。
本发明的装置可实现两种检测模式,分别为夜间模式(NPTR)和日间刺激模式(AVSS),前者主要用于夜间睡眠状态下连续监测,以检测患者睡眠状态下快速动眼期时的阴茎勃起状况,一般需要受试者有连续6h以上睡眠(最好是8h睡眠)。后者主要用于清醒状态下患者在视听性刺激下的勃起功能检测,视听性刺激可诱发受试者大脑的性兴奋从而产生意识性勃起。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
- 一种测量阴茎表面硬度的装置,其特征在于,包括驱动电机、设置在所述驱动电机的输出轴端部的减速器、以及与所述减速器相连的连接轴,所述连接轴与套设在外部的连接盘连接,所述连接盘上设置灵敏电阻,所述连接盘与金属线的一端连接,所述金属线的另一端通过活接的方式套设在阴茎表面,所述装置还设置有固定和引导所述金属线的结构,包括前端嘴和线卡子,所述前端嘴与支撑所述连接盘的结构连接,所述连接盘处的金属线穿过所述前端嘴的通孔并从所述前端嘴引出,所述线卡子上设置有卡槽,所述金属线的端部穿过所述线卡子的通孔后活接在所述卡槽上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的测量阴茎表面硬度的装置,其特征在于,所述连接盘转动设置在一安装块的通孔内,所述安装块的上表面设置有多个安装螺孔,所述安装块通过安装螺钉与一支撑架固定连接,所述支撑架包括一体设置的顶支撑板、底支撑板和竖板,所述顶支撑板上对应设置通孔和安装螺孔,与所述安装块的顶端固定连接且通孔对准。
- 根据权利要求2所述的测量阴茎表面硬度的装置,其特征在于,所述连接轴设置在所述通孔内,与所述连接盘通过轴承旋转支撑,所述连接轴内设置有一通孔,所述通孔内设置有一传动轴,所述传动轴与所述连接轴固定连接,顶端与所述减速器的输出端固定连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的测量阴茎表面硬度的装置,其特征在于,所述连接轴的上部分和下部分外径设置不同,上部分外径较小,下部分外径较大,形成台阶结构,所述连接盘的通孔内设置有一环形的台阶板,所述台阶板将所述连接盘分为上层和下层,所述连接轴的上部分位于所述连接盘的上层区域,下部分位于所述连接盘的下层区域,所述轴承设置在所述连接盘的上层区域,通过所述台阶板支撑。
- 根据权利要求4所述的测量阴茎表面硬度的装置,其特征在于,所述连接轴的下部分外径小于所述连接盘的通孔孔径,所述台阶板与所述连接盘的底端之间设置有一竖直的插销,所述连接轴的下部分设置有一水平的螺钉,所述螺钉与所述连接轴固定连接,且所述螺钉的部分延伸至所述连接轴外侧。
- 根据权利要求5所述的测量阴茎表面硬度的装置,其特征在于,所述连接盘的顶端外侧设置有一圈环形的绕线槽,所述绕线槽的其中一个位置设置有一球形的球卡槽,所述金属线的端部设置有一固定球,所述固定球卡接设置在所述球卡槽内,使所述金属线与所述连接盘连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的测量阴茎表面硬度的装置,其特征在于,所述固定球为金属球或橡胶球。
- 根据权利要求7所述的测量阴茎表面硬度的装置,其特征在于,还包括线前端和线后端,所述线前端的第一端穿过所述安装块侧壁上的线孔,并对准所述连接盘的绕线槽,所述线前端的第二段穿过所述前端嘴设置,可相对于所述前端嘴自由旋转,所述线后端的位置可以自由设置,其两端可与所述线前端的第二端或所述线卡子的尾端连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的测量阴茎表面硬度的装置,其特征在于,还包括限位结构,所述限位结构包括顶针和弹片,所述顶针的第一端穿过所述安装块上的顶针孔,且弯折后穿回至所述安装块内并插入所述连接盘侧壁上开设的限位孔中,所述顶针的第二端插入所述前端嘴的通孔一侧的盲孔内,所述线前端位于所述前端嘴内的侧壁上还凸出设置有一控制销,所述前端嘴的对应位置设置有n型的控制槽,所述控制销滑动设置在所述控制槽内。
