Claims (9)
- 一种下颌骨调整装置,其特征在于,包括:一上牙套件,具有一上牙容置空间,该上牙容置空间依据牙齿造型所形成,用以套合于人体上颚牙弓上,而该上牙套件侧壁处对应于上臼齿区延伸出有一黏膜保护装置,该黏膜保护装置具有一弧形外壁面,而该黏膜保护装置设有一穿透孔;一下牙套件,具有一下牙容置空间,该下牙容置空间依据牙齿造型所形成,用以套合于人体下颚牙弓上,该下颚牙弓位于一下颌骨上,而该下牙套件侧壁处对应于下臼齿区延伸出有一定位部,该定位部朝向该黏膜保护装置处延伸出一立柱,该立柱前端部朝一人体髁突处延伸出一弯折段,该立柱与该弯折段间形成有一弯折角度;其中,该黏膜保护装置的该穿透孔的孔径大于该定位部,当配戴该上牙套件与该下牙套件后,驱使该弯折段及该立柱贯穿过该穿透孔,使该立柱后移时会受到该穿透孔壁面阻挡而无法后移,而弯折段会受到该黏膜保护装置顶端表面的阻挡,导致该下牙套件无法下移,相对使人体下颌骨被固定在设定的位置,而该穿透孔的孔径大于该立柱,使该立柱在该穿透孔内自由活动,相对使下颌骨可以自由活动,避免长时间配戴使该髁突处产生不适感。
- 如权利要求1所述的下颌骨调整装置,其特征在于,该上臼齿区及该下臼齿区皆包括第一小臼齿、第二小臼齿、第一大臼齿、第二大臼齿,而该黏膜保护装置及该定位部的位置能够对应于第一大臼齿、第二大臼齿的任一臼齿或是任两个臼齿之间的一侧处。
- 如权利要求2所述的下颌骨调整装置,其特征在于,该黏膜保护装置及该定位部对应于第一大臼齿周边一侧处。
- 如权利要求1所述的下颌骨调整装置,其特征在于,该上牙套件或/及该下牙套件相对于人体上颚牙弓或/及人体下颚牙弓的前牙区设置一开口,用以能够露出该前牙区的齿面。
- 如权利要求1所述的下颌骨调整装置,其特征在于,该上牙套件及该下牙套件相对于人体上颚牙弓及人体下颚牙弓的前牙区的咬合面的厚度小于1mm。
- 如权利要求1所述的下颌骨调整装置,其特征在于,该定位部的立柱与弯折段的角度为30~110度。
- 如权利要求1所述的下颌骨调整装置,其特征在于,该定位部的立柱上可套设一调整器,该调整器的厚度大小用以微调整下颌骨前移定位的位置。
- 如权利要求1所述的下颌骨调整装置,其特征在于,该黏膜保护装置靠近该髁突处的顶端壁面上设置有一定位槽,该定位槽一端与该穿透孔的内壁面相连接,另一端设置一扣槽,并于该定位部的该弯折段的端部设置有一扣块;该定位槽用以与该弯折段结合定位,而该扣块会扣合于该扣槽中,以增加该上牙套件及该下牙套件结合时的稳定性。
- 如权利要求1所述的下颌骨调整装置,其特征在于,该黏膜保护装置靠近该髁突触的顶端壁面大于该弯折段,使弯折段不会裸露出该黏膜保护装置的该弧形外壁面,避免该弯折段端部与口腔黏膜接触。
