Description

一种烹饪炒食物的方法和装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电器技术领域,具体涉及一种烹饪炒食物的方法和装置。
背景技术
锅和热源经常是分开的,并且锅经常是曲面的部分与热源接触,而热源经常是平面或无法和锅来达到较严丝合缝的。本发明的一个特征是将锅和热源融合到一个装置中。本发明的另一个特征是由于锅和热源融合到了同一个装置中,在制作这个统一的装置时,可以通过修改热源或辐射源的形状或\和排布方式来增加与锅体的接触截面或贴近方式来达到至少一定程度上增加导热或受热效能来至少一定程度上节约电能。本发明的另一个特征是容器本身和加热模块是不容易分开的一个整体。本发明的另一个特征是经常是曲面的受热面。本发明的另一个特征是可以不包含高温掐断功能,这是很多电磁炉不具备的。本发明的另一个特点是能够自动翻炒。
发明内容
根据本公开的一个方面,一种烹饪炒食物的装置,其特征在于,包括:容器,加热模块,控制模块,翻搅模块。
所述容器是可以容纳食物和液体的金属或陶瓷或较耐热固体的承载装置。
所述加热模块是可以固定在所述容器上来提供加热功能的装置,可以是通过红外线、微波、电磁方式或原理加热。
所述控制模块是与加热模块相连,能够控制加热模块是否工作和\或加热模块的功率的模块。
所述翻搅模块是用来翻搅食物的模块,带有翻搅部件,与所述控制模块相连或通过无线网络相连。
优选地,所述控制模块上连接有电源。
优选地,所述控制模块可以通过控制电源是否给加热模块供电来控制加热模块。
优选地,所述控制模块可以事先储存几种加热模式,也就是按照某种效能的加热和等待加热的时间序列或者说是时间组,用于选择或设置。
优选地,所述控制模块可以事先储存几种翻搅模式,用于对应不同的加 热模式或用来被用户选择。
进一步地,所述翻搅模式是针对于时间的翻搅模块工作的动作序列,主要是机器臂的序列。
根据本公开的一个方面,一种烹饪炒食物的方法,其特征在于,包括:设置控制模块中的加热模式。
所述控制模块按照设置的加热模式来控制加热模块进行加热。
所述控制模块按照设置的加热模式来控制所述翻搅模块进行工作。
优选地,作为一种可选的实施方式,可以通过所述控制模块上的控制面板来选择加热模式。
优选地,作为一种可选的实施方式,可以通过所述控制模块对外提供的设置接口来选择加热模式。
进一步地,作为一种可选的实施方式,所述接口可以是串口用来连接电子外设。
优选地,作为一种可选的实施方式,所述控制模块可以控制所述加热模块的输出功率。
优选地,所述控制模块可以控制所述加热模块是否工作(开关)。
优选地,所述控制模块内部有一个计时器,可以做到根据时间来控制所述加热模块。
优选地,所述翻搅部件可以是机器臂;
优选地,所述翻搅模块可以包含机器臂来执行翻搅动作;
优选地,所述控制模块将预设的动作序列发送给所述翻搅模块的机器臂来执行动作;
优选地,作为一种可选的实施方式,所述控制模块对不同的加热模式可以有不同的翻搅动作序列以指导所述翻搅模块来做动作。
优选地,所述机器臂是拥有至少一个自由度的可以在所述控制模块的指令下做动作(自由度转动)的机械。
优选地,所述机器臂可以自带(初始情况下连接上)翻炒用的铲子。
优选地,作为一种可选的实施方式,可以给本发明装置增加盖子或者说锅盖,并且容器的开口边缘可以做出特殊的形状以更好的固定锅盖,例如开口处 容器向外翻变成‘>’的形状向左或者‘<’的形状向右。
优选地,所述控制模块是通过定时器和开关来控制加热模块的。
优选地,所述加热模块可以是将热源或辐射源分成若干块,以按照容器的接触处的形状来改变这一块加热块的角度和朝向,以增加贴合面积。
优选地,所述控制模块可以有设置接口,专门的设置接口,也就是说可以通过电子信号来设置的接口。
优选地,可以每次添加固定量的食物。
优选地,作为一种可选的实施方式,所述控制模块可以增加语音模块,在某个时间来给出提示。
优选地,所述翻搅模块包含的机器臂顶端可以有舵机或减速马达或马达。
优选地,作为一种可选的实施方式,所述翻搅模块可以固定在所述容器(锅)上。

实施例1
步骤1:将所述控制模块连接上电源,所述控制模块在通电的情况下开始工作,可以接受外部的设置。
步骤2:所述控制模块通过对外接口来获得将要进行的加热模式,开始进入这种模式的加热。
进一步地,几种加热模式可以是之前储存的几种加热的功率和时间长短。例如用全功率加热10秒钟,然后暂停5秒中,然后再加热10秒钟,然后再暂停5秒钟,反复10分钟的时间。
步骤3:所述控制模块通过当前选择的预先设置好的模式来工作,在指定的时间开始加热,在指定的时间停止加热,并且可以调整其中的规律。
步骤4:在加热的过程中,所述控制模块可以通过当前选择的加热模式所对应的翻搅模块的机器臂的动作序列来指导所述翻搅模块的运动,特别是所述翻搅模块的机器臂的运动(主要是自由度的角度变化或自由度的转动)。

  1. 一种烹饪炒食物的装置,其特征在于,包括:容器,加热模块,控制模块,翻搅模块;
    所述容器是可以容纳食物和液体的金属或陶瓷或较耐热固体的承载装置;
    所述加热模块是可以固定在所述容器上来提供加热功能的装置,可以是通过红外线、微波、电磁方式或原理加热;
    所述控制模块是与加热模块相连,能够控制加热模块是否工作和\或加热模块的功率的模块;
    所述翻搅模块是用来翻搅食物的模块,带有翻搅部件,与所述控制模块相连或通过无线网络相连。
  2. 一种烹饪炒食物的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    设置控制模块中的加热模式;
    所述控制模块按照设置的加热模式来控制加热模块进行工作;
    所述控制模块按照设置的加热模式来控制所述翻搅模块进行工作。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,设置控制模块中的加热模式,还包括:
    作为一种可选的实施方式,可以通过所述控制模块上的控制面板来选择加热模式;
    作为一种可选的实施方式,可以通过所述控制模块对外提供的设置接口来选择加热模式。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制模块按照设置的加热模式来控制加热模块进行加热,还包括:
    作为一种可选的实施方式,所述控制模块可以控制所述加热模块的输出功率;所述控制模块可以控制所述加热模块是否工作(开关);

    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序。
