Abstract

使い捨ておむつ１は、吸収体３を複数のシートで内包する本体２と、接続部材４Ｌ１，４Ｌ２，４Ｒ１，４Ｒ２と、ファスニング部５と、左右の側部伸縮材６Ｌ，６Ｒと、該伸縮材から離間して配置された左右の内側伸縮材７Ｌ，７Ｒとを備え、該吸収体３は、第１窪み８Ｌ，８Ｒと第２窪み９Ｌ，９Ｒとの間に左右の外方膨出部３Ｌ，３Ｒを有し、該左右の内側伸縮材７Ｌ，７Ｒを構成する一群の糸状の伸縮材は、該本体２の後部Ｂにおいては該吸収体３を囲むように湾曲して且つ並行して配置され、且つ該後部Ｂと中部Ｍとの境界領域においては中央へ向かって斜め方向に且つ集束して配置され、且つ該中部Ｍにおいては該左右の外方膨出部３Ｌ，３Ｒに重なって前後方向に且つ並行して配置され、且つ前部Ｆにおいては該吸収体３の左右の側部に重なった後に該前端縁２ａまで斜め方向に且つ途中で集束して配置されている。

Description

使い捨ておむつ
　本発明は、使い捨ておむつ、特にテープ式の使い捨ておむつに関する。
　特許文献１に開示されたテープ式使い捨ておむつは、腹側部材の外装面に設けられたターゲットテープと、背側部分の左右側縁から突出して設けられ、該ターゲットテープに着脱可能なファスニングテープと、該おむつの左右側縁にそって腹側部分の一部から中間部を経て背側部分の前半部まで設けられた左右の弾性材と、該背側部分の後端部中央における吸収体の無い領域に左右方向に設けられたエンドフラップ弾性材と、を備える。
　該使い捨ておむつは、該左右の弾性材及び該エンドフラップ弾性材の前述した配置のため、着用者の丸みのある臀部にフィットした形状になりにくい。また、該使い捨ておむつは、着用者に装着させるための適切な位置に合わせることが容易でない。

　本発明の一つの目的は、前後方向に伸縮する伸縮材の配置の工夫によって着用者へのフィット性に優れた使い捨ておむつを提供することである。
　本発明の一の態様の使い捨ておむつは、吸収体を複数のシートで内包し、着用者の下腹部、股間部及び臀部に夫々対応する前部、中部及び後部を有する本体と、該本体の該後部の左右側縁から外方へ突出した接続部材と、該接続部材の突出端に設けられた、該本体の外装面に着脱可能なファスニング部と、該本体の前端縁から後端縁までにわたって配置された、一群の糸状の伸縮材で構成される左右の側部伸縮材と、該本体の該前端縁から該後端縁までにわたって且つ該左右の側部伸縮材から中央寄りに離間して配置された、一群の糸状の伸縮材で構成される左右の内側伸縮材と、を備え、該吸収体は、該前部と該中部との境界領域に設けられた左右の第１窪みと、該中部と該後部との境界領域に設けられた左右の第２窪みとの間に、左右の外方膨出部を有し、該左右の側部伸縮材を構成する該一群の糸状の伸縮材は、該本体の後端部においては該後端縁から該左右側縁へ向かって斜め方向に且つ並行して配置され、且つ該本体の該後端部を除く該後部においては該左右側縁に沿って前後方向に且つ並行して配置され、且つ該本体の該後部と該中部との境界領域においては斜め方向に且つ集束して配置され、且つ該本体の該中部においては該左右側縁に沿って該前後方向に且つ並行して配置され、且つ該本体の該前部においては該前端縁まで斜め方向に且つ途中で集束して配置されており、該左の側部伸縮材の前端と該右の側部伸縮材の前端との間の幅、並びに、該左の側部伸縮材の後端と該右の側部伸縮材の後端との間の幅は、該本体の中部における該左の側部伸縮材と該右の側部伸縮材との間の幅よりも狭く、該左右の内側伸縮材を構成する一群の糸状の伸縮材は、該本体の該後部においては該吸収体を囲むように湾曲して且つ並行して配置され、且つ該本体の該後部と該中部との境界領域においては該左右側縁から中央へ向かって斜め方向に且つ集束して配置され、且つ該本体の該中部においては該吸収体の該左右の外方膨出部に重なって該前後方向に且つ並行して配置され、且つ該前部においては該吸収体の左右の側部に重なった後に該前端縁まで斜め方向に且つ途中で集束して配置されており、該左の内側伸縮材の前端と該右の内側伸縮材の前端との間の幅、並びに、該左の内側伸縮材の後端と該右の内側伸縮材の後端との間の幅は、該本体の該中部における該左の内側伸縮材と該右の内側伸縮材との間の幅よりも狭い、ことを特徴とする。
　本発明の別の態様の使い捨ておむつは、該本体の後端部において該伸縮材の少なくとも一部が交差していてもよい。
　本発明は、前記の目的又は前記の態様に限定されない。本発明の更なる詳細、特徴、機能、及び／又は効果は、本発明の好ましい例示的な実施形態についての以下の説明によって更に明らかになる。

　図１ないし図４を参照して、本発明の第１実施例を説明する。図１に示すように、使い捨ておむつ１の本体２は、着用者の下腹部、股間部及び臀部に夫々対応する前部Ｆ、中部Ｍ及び後部Ｂを有する。本体２は、前後方向を長手方向とし、左右方向を幅方向とする。
　使い捨ておむつ１は、吸収体３を複数のシートで内包する本体２と、本体２の後部Ｂの左右側縁２ｃ，２ｄから外方へ突出した接続部材４Ｌ１，４Ｒ１，４Ｌ２，４Ｒ２と、接続部材４Ｌ１，４Ｒ１，４Ｌ２，４Ｒ２の突出端に設けられた、本体２の外装面に着脱可能なファスニング部５と、本体２の前端縁２ａから後端縁２ｂまでにわたって配置された左右の側部伸縮材６Ｌ及び６Ｒと、本体２の前端縁２ａから後端縁２ｂまでにわたって且つ左右の側部伸縮材６Ｌ及び６Ｒから中央寄りに離間して配置された左右の内側伸縮材７Ｌ及び７Ｒと、を備える。
　吸収体３は、液保持性を有し、着用者から排出された尿などの液体を素早く吸収して、内部に保持する。吸収体３は、例えば、ロールシート状のパルプを解繊した吸水性繊維、及び、粉末状又は顆粒状の高吸水性ポリマー、などを含む原材料により作られる。例えば、これらの原材料が、吸引ドラムの周面に設置された成形型へ空気搬送され、成形型内に吸引され堆積させて成形される。かかる成形物が吸水紙又は不織布で挟まれ又は包まれることにより、吸収体が製造される。
　図１に示すように、吸収体３は、本体２の前部Ｆと中部Ｍとの境界領域に、左右方向中央へ向かう左右の第１窪み８Ｌ及び８Ｒを有し、且つ中部Ｍと後部Ｂとの境界領域に、左右方向中央へ向かう左右の第２窪み９Ｌ及び９Ｒを有する。吸収体３の第１窪み８Ｌ及び８Ｒの最内部、並びに、第２窪み９Ｌ及び９Ｒの最内部は、後述する左右の起立性シート１４Ｌ及び１４Ｒの内側端１４Ｌａ及び１４Ｒａよりも左右方向中央寄りにある。
　中部Ｍにおける吸収体３は、左の第１窪み８Ｌと第２窪み９Ｌとの間に、外方へ大きく膨出した左の膨出部３Ｌを有し、且つ右の第１窪み８Ｒと第２窪み９Ｒとの間に、外方へ大きく膨出した右の膨出部３Ｒを有する。使い捨ておむつ１は、吸収体３の左右の膨出部３Ｌ及び３Ｒを着用者の大腿部に沿って配置させることにより、中部Ｍにおける吸収力を増大させて排泄物の漏れを防止できる。
　吸収体３の左右の膨出部３Ｌ及び３Ｒの両根元間の幅を着用者の股間部の幅に適切に対応させることにより、使い捨ておむつ１は、着用者の股間部へのフィット性が高くなる。吸収体３の左右の膨出部３Ｌ及び３Ｒの両根元間の幅は、左の第１窪み８Ｌ及び第２窪み９Ｌの両最内部を結んだ線と、右の第１窪み８Ｒ及び第２窪み９Ｒの両最内部を結んだ線との間の距離である。吸収体３の左右の膨出部３Ｌ及び３Ｒの両根元間の幅は、使い捨ておむつ１のサイズに応じて適切に選択され、例えば、８０ｍｍから１２０ｍｍの間で適宜選択されてもよい。
　使い捨ておむつ１の本体２は、前後方向に長い略長方形であって、中部Ｍにおける左右方向の幅が狭くなっている。本体２の前部Ｆは、左右側縁２ｃ及び２ｄから吸収体３の左右の第１窪み８Ｌ及び８Ｒへ向かう、左右の切込み１０Ｌ及び１０Ｒが設けられている。本体２の中部Ｍを着用者の股間部に配置し、吸収体３の左右の膨出部３Ｌ及び３Ｒを着用者の大腿部にフィットさせたとき、本体２の前部Ｆも、左右の切込み１０Ｌ及び１０Ｒにより、着用者の下腹部にフィットする。上記に限られず、左右の切込み１０Ｌ及び１０Ｒを設けずに、本体２の前部Ｆの前端を隅切りしてもよい。
　図１又は図２に示すように、本体２の複数のシートは、トップシート１１と、ボトムシート１２と、外装シート１３と、左右の起立性シート１４Ｌ及び１４Ｒと、を含む。本体２の前後方向の長さ、すなわち本体２の前端縁２ａから後端縁２ｂまでの距離は、シート１１，１２，１３，１４Ｌ及び１４Ｒの前後方向の長さと同じである。本体２の左右方向の幅、すなわち本体２の左側縁２ｃから右側縁２ｄまでの距離は、ボトムシート１２及び外装シート１３の左右方向の幅と同じである。
　トップシート１１は、本体２の着用者対向面の中央部を構成する。トップシート１１は、吸収体３の上面全体を覆っており、両者は接着剤などで固定されている。トップシート１１は、透液性を有している。トップシート１１は、着用者から排出された尿などの液体を透過させ、吸収体３内へ移動させることができる。
　トップシート１１は、透液性の不織布、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、ナイロン、レーヨン等の化学繊維、又は綿、セルロース等の天然繊維、又はこれらの組合せからなる不織布で作られる。トップシート１１は、上記の不織布に限られず、透液性を有する適切な材料、例えば、有孔フィルム、ティッシュ、又はそれらを適宜つなぎ合わせたシートで作られてもよい。
　ボトムシート１２は、吸収体３の下面全体を覆っており、両者は接着剤などで固定されている。ボトムシート１２は、不透液性を有している。ボトムシート１２は、トップシート１１を透過した排泄物や、吸収体３によって吸収又は保持されなかった排泄物が、外部へ漏れるのを防止する。
　ボトムシート１２は、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル等の不透液性のフィルムや、不透液性の不織布で作られる。ボトムシート１２は、上記のフィルム又は不織布に限られず、不透液性を有する適切な材料、例えば、不透液性を有する伸縮材、防水性接着剤を塗布した材料、それらの積層体、又はそれらを適宜つなぎ合わせたシートで作られてもよい。
　外装シート１３は、本体２の外装面を構成する。外装シート１３は、ボトムシート１２の下に配置され、両者は接着剤などで固定されている。外装シート１３は、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、ナイロン、レーヨン等の化学繊維、又は綿、セルロース等の天然繊維、又はこれらの組合せからなる不織布で作られる。外装シート１３はボトムシート１２より不透液性が弱くてもよい。
　左右の起立性シート１４Ｌ及び１４Ｒは、本体２の着用者対向面の左側部及び右側部を構成する。左右の起立性シート１４Ｌ及び１４Ｒは、トップシート１１の前後端部及び左側縁並びにボトムシート１２の上に、接着剤などで固定されている。左右の起立性シート１４Ｌ及び１４Ｒのうち固定されていない部分は、起立部を形成する。
　左右の起立用伸縮材１５Ｌ及び１５Ｒは、左右の起立性シート１４Ｌ及び１４Ｒの内側端１４Ｌａ及び内側端１４Ｒａに沿って、前後方向に配置される。左右の起立用伸縮材１５Ｌ及び１５Ｒは、左右の起立性シート１４Ｌ及び１４Ｒの該２層部分の間で、伸縮可能に接合されている。左右の起立用伸縮材１５Ｌ及び１５Ｒが前後方向に収縮することによって、左右の起立性シート１４Ｌ及び１４Ｒの起立部は、ギャザーを形成されると共にトップシート１１から起き上がる。使い捨ておむつ１の着用時、左右の起立性シートト１４Ｌ及び１４Ｒの起立部が、着用者に密着して、排泄物が外部に漏れるのを防止する。
　図１又は図２に示すように、左右の起立性シート１４Ｌ及び１４Ｒが固定されたトップシート１１の左右側縁と、吸収体３の左右側縁との間には、大きな間隙が設けられている。これにより、左右の起立性シート１４Ｌ及び１４Ｒの起立部とトップシート１１との間には、大きく立体的な排泄物収容空間が形成される。
　左右の起立性シート１４Ｌ及び１４Ｒは、例えば、不透液性又は撥水性を有する不織布で作られ、また、ボトムシート１２又は外装シート１３と同じ原材料で作られてもよい。
　図１又は図２に示すように、接続部材４Ｌ１，４Ｒ１，４Ｌ２，４Ｒ２は、本体２の後部Ｂの左右側縁２ｃ，２ｄから突出している。左右の第１接続部材４Ｌ１，４Ｒ１は、本体２の後端部の左右側縁２ｃ，２ｄ付近で、左右の起立性シート１４Ｌ，１４Ｒとボトムシート１２との間に接着剤や熱溶着などによって固定されている。左右の第２接続部材４Ｌ２，４Ｒ２は、左右の第１接続部材４Ｌ１，４Ｒ１から前方に離間した位置に、接着剤などで固定される。
　接続部材４Ｌ１，４Ｒ１，４Ｌ２，４Ｒ２の各突出端には、本体２の前部Ｆの外装面を構成する外装シート１３に着脱可能なファスニング部５が設けられている。第１接続部材４Ｌ１，４Ｒ１及び第２接続部材４Ｌ２，４Ｒ２は、前後方向に離間している。そのため、図３に示すように、使い捨ておむつ１の着用時、各ファスニング部５を本体２の前部Ｆの外装面に掛止するとき、掛止する方向及び位置を広範囲に調節できる。これにより使い捨ておむつ１は着用者へのフィット性およびサイズ対応性が高い。
　接続部材４Ｌ１，４Ｒ１，４Ｌ２，４Ｒ２は、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、ナイロン、レーヨン等の化学繊維、又は綿、セルロース等の天然繊維、又はこれらの組合せからなる不織布で作られる。
　本発明の接続部材は、前述した不織布に限られず、例えば、接続部材の一部又は全部が伸縮材で作られてもよい。接続部材の一部又は全部が伸縮材で作られると、使い捨ておむつ１の着用時に接続部材４Ｌ１，４Ｒ１，４Ｌ２，４Ｒ２の伸縮性によって本体２の前部Ｆ及び後部Ｂを適宜調整して固定できる。そのため、使い捨ておむつ１は着用者へのフィット性及びサイズ対応性がさらに向上する。
　ファスニング部５は、例えば、本体２の外装面を構成する不織布などに着脱可能に掛止できるフック小片が集合した面ファスナーを使用できる。また、粘着性を有する粘着テープをファスニング部５に使用してもよい。
　本体２の前部Ｆの外装シート１３、または、ボトムシート１２の外装面には、ファスニング部５を掛止する位置を決めるのを補助する目印が、印刷されていてもよい。また、前部Ｆの外装シート１３上に、ファスニング部５の位置決めを補助する目印が表示されたターゲットテープが、固定されてもよい。例えば、ファスニング部５が面ファスナーである場合は、ターゲットテープが面ファスナーを着脱しやすいループ状部を有してもよい。
　図１及び図２に示すように、左右の側部伸縮材６Ｌ及び６Ｒは、複数の糸状の伸縮材が集まった一群の伸縮材で構成される。左右の側部伸縮材６Ｌ及び６Ｒは、外装シート１３とボトムシート１２との間で、接着剤や熱溶着などにより伸縮可能に接合されている。上記に限られず、外装シートを２枚設けて、２枚の外装シート間に側部伸縮材を設けてこれらと接合してもよい。また、外装シートを備えずに、吸収体とボトムシートとの間に側部伸縮材を設けてこれらと接合してもよい。
　図１に示すように、左右の側部伸縮材６Ｌ及び６Ｒは、本体２の前端縁２ａから後端縁２ｂまでにわたって配置されている。左の側部伸縮材６Ｌの前端と右の側部伸縮材６Ｒの前端との間の幅、並びに、左の側部伸縮材６Ｌの後端と右の側部伸縮材６Ｒの後端との間の幅は、本体２の中部Ｍにおける左の側部伸縮材６Ｌと右の側部伸縮材６Ｒとの間の幅よりも狭い。
　詳細には、左右の側部伸縮材６Ｌ及び６Ｒを構成する一群の糸状の伸縮材の前端及び後端は、本体２の前端縁２ａ及び後端縁２ｂにおける左右の起立性シート１４Ｌ及び１４Ｒの各内側縁１４Ｌａ及び１４Ｒａの近傍に位置する。該左右の側部伸縮材６Ｌ及び６Ｒを構成する該一群の糸状の伸縮材は、左右の第１接続部材４Ｌ１及び４Ｒ１が設けられた該本体２の後端部においては、該後端縁２ｂから該左右側縁２ｃ及び２ｄへ向かって斜め方向に且つ並行して配置され、且つ該本体２の該後端部を除く該後部Ｂにおいては、該左右側縁２ｃ及び２ｄに沿って前後方向に且つ並行して配置され、且つ該本体２の該後部Ｂと該中部Ｍとの境界領域においては、斜め方向に且つ集束して配置され、且つ該本体２の該中部Ｍにおいては、該左右側縁２ｃ及び２ｄに沿って該前後方向に且つ並行して配置され、且つ該本体２の該前部Ｆにおいては、該前端縁２ａまで斜め方向に且つ途中で集束して配置されている。
　図１及び図２に示すように、左右の内側伸縮材７Ｌ及び７Ｒは、複数の糸状の伸縮材が集まった一群の伸縮材で構成される。左右の内側伸縮材７Ｌ及び７Ｒは、外装シート１３とボトムシート１２との間で、接着剤や熱溶着などにより伸縮可能に接合されている。上記に限られず、外装シートを２枚設けて、２枚の外装シート間に内側伸縮材を設けてこれらと接合してもよい。また、外装シートを備えずに、吸収体とボトムシートとの間に内側伸縮材を設けてこれらと接合してもよい。
　図１に示すように、左右の内側伸縮材７Ｌ及び７Ｒは、本体２の前端縁２ａから後端縁２ｂまでにわたって、左右の側部伸縮材６Ｌ及び６Ｒから左右方向中央寄りに離間して配置されている。左の内側伸縮材７Ｌの後端と右の内側伸縮材７Ｒの後端との間の幅は、本体２の中部Ｍにおける左の内側伸縮材７Ｌと右の内側伸縮材７Ｒとの間の幅よりも狭い。左の内側伸縮材７Ｌの前端と右の内側伸縮材７Ｒの前端との間の幅は、本体２の中部Ｍにおける左の内側伸縮材７Ｌと右の内側伸縮材７Ｒとの間の幅よりも狭い。
　詳細には、左右の内側伸縮材７Ｌ及び７Ｒを構成する該一群の糸状の伸縮材の前端及び後端は、本体２の前端縁２ａ及び後端縁２ｂの中心付近に位置する。該左右の内側伸縮材７Ｌ及び７Ｒを構成する一群の糸状の伸縮材は、該本体２の該後部Ｂにおいては、該吸収体３を囲むように湾曲して且つ並行して配置され、且つ該本体２の該後部Ｂと該中部Ｍとの境界領域においては、中央へ向かって斜め方向に且つ集束して配置され、且つ該本体２の該中部Ｍにおいては、該吸収体３の該左右の外方膨出部３Ｌ及び３Ｒに重なって該前後方向に且つ並行して配置され、且つ該前部Ｆにおいては、該吸収体３の左右の側部に重なった後に該前端縁２ａまで斜め方向に且つ途中で集束して配置されている。
　側部伸縮材６Ｌ及び６Ｒ、内側伸縮材７Ｌ及び７Ｒ、並びに、起立用伸縮材１４Ｌ及び１４Ｒは、例えば、天然ゴム、ポリウレタン樹脂、オレフィン系エラストマーなどの伸縮可能な材料で作られる。起立用伸縮材１４Ｌ及び１４Ｒは、複数の糸状の伸縮材に限られず、１又は２以上の帯状又はシート状の伸縮材でもよい。
　図４に示すように、使い捨ておむつ１の着用時、本体２の後部Ｂのうちの左右の側部伸縮材６Ｌ及び６Ｒが配置された部分は、着用者の臀部の周囲に沿って湾曲して密着し、更に、本体２の後部のうちの左右の内側伸縮材７Ｌ及び７Ｒが配置された部分は、着用者の隆起した臀部に沿って湾曲して密着する。そのため、本体２の後部Ｂを着用者の臀部に適切に位置合わせすることが容易であり、使い捨ておむつ１は着用者へのフィット性が向上する。
　図１に示すように、該左右の側部伸縮材６Ｌ及び６Ｒを構成する該一群の糸状の伸縮材は、左右の第１接続部材４Ｌ１及び４Ｒ１が設けられた該本体２の後端部においては、該後端縁２ｂから該左右側縁２ｃ及び２ｄへ向かって斜め方向に且つ並行して配置される。そのため、図３に示すように、使い捨ておむつ１の着用時、第１接続部材４Ｌ１，４Ｒ１を、着用者の腸骨の上の位置で、本体２の前部Ｆの外装面に斜め下方に配置し且つ掛止するのが容易である。
　更に、図１に示すように、該左右の側部伸縮材６Ｌ及び６Ｒを構成する該一群の糸状の伸縮材、及び該左右の内側伸縮材７Ｌ及び７Ｒを構成する該一群の糸状の伸縮材は、該本体２の該後部Ｂと該中部Ｍとの境界領域においては、中央へ向かって斜め方向に且つ集束して配置される。そのため、第２接続部材４Ｌ２，４Ｒ２を、着用者の左右の太腿の付け根に沿った位置で、本体２の外装面に斜め下方に配置し且つ掛止するのが容易である。したがって、使い捨ておむつ１は、ウエスト回りのサイズ調整ができると共に、足回りのサイズ調整もできるので、着用時のフィット性が高い。
　更に、図１に示すように、使い捨ておむつ１は、該本体２の該中部Ｍにおいては、吸収体３の左右の膨出部３Ｌ及び３Ｒが着用者の大腿部に沿って配置されると共に、該左右の内側伸縮材７Ｌ及び７Ｒを構成する該一群の糸状の伸縮材が該左右の外方膨出部３Ｌ及び３Ｒに重なって該前後方向に且つ並行して配置される。そのため、左右の膨出部３Ｌ及び３Ｒが、該左右の内側伸縮材７Ｌ及び７Ｒに支持されながら、中部Ｍにおける吸収力を増大させ、排泄物の漏れを防止できる。
　次に、図５に示すように、使い捨ておむつ１６は、本発明の第１実施例である使い捨ておむつ１の変形例である。使い捨ておむつ１６は、本体２の後部Ｂにおいて、左右の内側伸縮材１７Ｌ及び１７Ｒの全部が交差している。本体２の前部Ｆにおいても、左右の内側伸縮材１７Ｌ及び１７Ｒの一部が交差している。本体２の後部Ｂにおいて左右の側部伸縮材１７Ｌ及び１７Ｒが交差している場合、左右の側部伸縮材１７Ｌ及び１７Ｒが斜めに延びる長さが大きくなるので、着用者のウエスト回りの収縮力が増大し、着用者へのフィット性が向上する。
　本発明の使い捨ておむつは、前述した実施例には限定されず、例えば、該実施例から理解される変形例、及び、本発明の本質を変更しない変形例を含む。
　例えば、本発明及び前述した実施例の使い捨ておむつ１、１６は、左右の起立性シート及び起立用伸縮材を備えずに、代わりに左右の外装シートを備えてもよい。かかる使い捨ておむつが適切であるのは、例えば、起立ギャザー部付き吸収パッドと一緒に使用する場合、尿量の少ない着用者に使用する場合、又は、構造を簡易にして安価に製造したい場合である。
　また、本発明及び前述した各実施例の使い捨ておむつは、本体の前部及び／又は後端部において、左右の側部伸縮材及び／又は左右の内側伸縮材が伸縮力を生じない状態にされてもよい。これによりおむつの腰回り開口部の収縮が防止され、見栄えが損なわれず、おむつの装着が容易になる。該伸縮材の所望の部分を伸縮力の無い状態にするためには、例えば、該伸縮材の当該部分を、本体に接合しない、カッターで細かく破断する、又は細かく熱溶断することにより達成できる。
　また、本発明の使い捨ておむつの本体の複数のシートは、前述した実施例のものに限られない。例えば、トップシートの左右方向の幅が本体の左右方向の幅と同じであり、トップシートの左右側部の上に、左右の起立性シート又は左右の外装シートが設けられ、且つ接着剤などで固定されてもよい。また別の例では、複数のシートの夫々の前後方向の長さ又は左右方向の幅は同じでなくてもよい。特に、ボトムシートの左右幅が外装シートの左右幅より小さくてもよい。
　また、本発明及び前述した各実施例の使い捨ておむつは、外装シートを備えず、ボトムシートが外装シートを兼用してもよい。この場合、ボトムシートは、不透液性を有すると共に、ファスニング部を係止できる不織布などからなることが好適である。また、ボトムシートの外装面には、ファスニング部を掛止する位置を決めるのを補助する目印が印刷されていてもよく、又は、ファスニング部の位置決めを補助する目印が表示されたターゲットテープが固定されてもよい。
　さらに、本発明の使い捨ておむつにおいては、重ねられた複数枚の不織布製シートが該本体の外装面を構成してもよい。例えば、不織布からなる外装シートが２枚重なって配置され、互いに接着剤で固定されてもよい。該２つの外装シートの間に側部伸縮材及び／又は内側伸縮材が配置されてもよい。不織布からなる外装シートが２枚重ねられると、本体の外装面の凹凸が大きくなるので、該外装面にファスニング部が掛止しやすい。この結果、ファスニング部の着脱面としてループ状部を設ける必要がないので、製造のコストと手間を減らせる。
　本発明は、フィット性に優れたテープ式使い捨ておむつを提供すること、特に、工業的に連続的に製造するテープ式の使い捨ておむつを提供することに利用することができる。

Claims (2)

  1. 　吸収体を複数のシートで内包し、着用者の下腹部、股間部及び臀部に夫々対応する前部、中部及び後部を有する本体と、　
    　該本体の該後部の左右側縁から外方へ突出した接続部材と、
    　該接続部材の突出端に設けられた、該本体の外装面に着脱可能なファスニング部と、
    　該本体の前端縁から後端縁までにわたって配置された、一群の糸状の伸縮材で構成される左右の側部伸縮材と、
    　該本体の該前端縁から該後端縁までにわたって且つ該左右の側部伸縮材から中央寄りに離間して配置された、一群の糸状の伸縮材で構成される左右の内側伸縮材と、を備え、
    　該吸収体は、該前部と該中部との境界領域に設けられた左右の第１窪みと、該中部と該後部との境界領域に設けられた左右の第２窪みとの間に、左右の外方膨出部を有し、
    　該左右の側部伸縮材を構成する該一群の糸状の伸縮材は、該本体の後端部においては該後端縁から該左右側縁へ向かって斜め方向に且つ並行して配置され、且つ該本体の該後端部を除く該後部においては該左右側縁に沿って前後方向に且つ並行して配置され、且つ該本体の該後部と該中部との境界領域においては斜め方向に且つ集束して配置され、且つ該本体の該中部においては該左右側縁に沿って該前後方向に且つ並行して配置され、且つ該本体の該前部においては該前端縁まで斜め方向に且つ途中で集束して配置されており、
    　該左の側部伸縮材の前端と該右の側部伸縮材の前端との間の幅、並びに、該左の側部伸縮材の後端と該右の側部伸縮材の後端との間の幅は、該本体の中部における該左の側部伸縮材と該右の側部伸縮材との間の幅よりも狭く、
    　該左右の内側伸縮材を構成する一群の糸状の伸縮材は、該本体の該後部においては該吸収体を囲むように湾曲して且つ並行して配置され、且つ該本体の該後部と該中部との境界領域においては中央へ向かって斜め方向に且つ集束して配置され、且つ該本体の該中部においては該吸収体の該左右の外方膨出部に重なって該前後方向に且つ並行して配置され、且つ該前部においては該吸収体の左右の側部に重なった後に該前端縁まで斜め方向に且つ途中で集束して配置されており、
    　該左の内側伸縮材の前端と該右の内側伸縮材の前端との間の幅、並びに、該左の内側伸縮材の後端と該右の内側伸縮材の後端との間の幅は、該本体の該中部における該左の内側伸縮材と該右の内側伸縮材との間の幅よりも狭い、ことを特徴とする使い捨ておむつ。
  2. 　該本体の後端部において該伸縮材の少なくとも一部が交差していることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
