Description
本发明涉及显示领域,尤其涉及一种显示装置及其制作方法。
随着显示技术的不断发展和公众的需求,目前手机、平板电脑等移动电子装置在人们日常生活越来越普及,用途功能越来越丰富、广泛。
近年来,高屏占比移动装置备受欢迎,已成为一种不可阻挡的发展趋势;而且高屏占比移动装置相较于现有移动装置拥有更大的显示区域、更窄的边框、以及相同屏幕尺寸下更小的外形尺寸等优势。基于此趋势,部分行业从业者开发了带曲面显示屏的移动装置;或者是同时设置正面主屏和背面副屏;通过这些手段可以进一步提升移动装置的屏幕占比,丰富用户的使用体验。然而这些方案一方面仍然存在较大边框;另一方面这些方案采用的是两块独立的屏幕,其增加了移动装置的厚度。
因此,有必要提供一种新的显示装置及其制作方法,以克服现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种不仅扩展了显示装置的屏占比,而且实现了轻薄化,并保证了柔性显示面板的表面具有一定的硬度和平整度的显示装置及其制作方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明其中一实施例中提供一种显示装置,包括机壳及柔性显示屏,所述机壳大致呈长方体,设有上表面、下表面及两侧表面;所述柔性显示屏覆盖于所述机壳的上表面及两侧表面,包括层叠设置的柔性显示面板、第一盖板、第二盖板。具体地讲,所述第一盖板设于所述柔性显示面板上;所述第二盖板,设于所述第一盖板上。
进一步地,所述侧表面包括左侧表面和右侧表面,所述柔性显示屏覆盖于所述机壳的左侧表面和/或右侧表面。
进一步地,所述柔性显示屏还覆盖于所述机壳的下表面。
进一步地,所述柔性显示屏完全覆盖于所述机壳的下表面。
进一步地,所述上表面、所述下表面及所述侧表面中的任一个设置为弧形曲面。
进一步地,所述第一盖板或所述第二盖板中的至少一个为厚度小于等于150μm的玻璃膜,以保证所述柔性显示屏的平整度以及表面硬度且其表面触感也可以与现有移动装置一致。
进一步地,所述第一盖板或所述第二盖板的材料还包括透明聚酰亚胺。
进一步地,所述显示装置还包括第三盖板,所述第三盖板设于所述第二盖板上。
本发明其中一实施例中还提供一种显示装置的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
提供机壳步骤,提供一机壳,所述机壳大致呈长方体,其设有上表面、下表面及侧表面;
贴附柔性显示面板步骤,将柔性显示面板贴附于所述机壳的上表面,再将所述柔性显示屏的侧边贴附于所述机壳的侧表面;
贴附第一盖板步骤,将第一盖板贴附于所述机壳的上表面,再将所述第一盖板的侧边贴附于位于所述机壳的侧表面的所述柔性显示面板上;以及

S1、提供机壳10步骤,提供一机壳10,所述机壳10大致呈长方体,其设有上表面11、下表面12及侧表面13;
S2、贴附柔性显示面板21步骤,将柔性显示面板21贴附于所述机壳10的上表面11,再将所述柔性显示屏20的侧边贴附于所述机壳10的侧表面13;
S3、贴附第一盖板22步骤,将第一盖板22贴附于所述机壳10的上表面11,再将所述第一盖板22的侧边贴附于位于所述机壳10的侧表面13的所述柔性显示面板21上;以及
S4、贴附第二盖板23步骤,将第二盖板23贴附于所述机壳10的上表面11,再将所述第二盖板23的侧边贴附于位于所述机壳10的侧表面13的所述第一盖板22上。
其中,所述柔性显示面板21、所述第一盖板22和所述第二盖板23三者中相邻的两者之间是通过光学透明胶30连接。所述侧表面13包括左侧表面131和右侧表面132,所述柔性显示屏20覆盖于所述机壳10的左侧表面131和/或右侧表面132。所述上表面11、所述下表面12中的任一个可设置为弧形曲面。所述第一盖板22或所述第二盖板23中的至少一个为厚度小于等于150μm的玻璃膜,玻璃膜可以保证所述柔性显示屏20的平整度以及表面硬度且其表面触感也可以与现有移动装置一致;进一步的所述第一盖板22或所述第二盖板23的材料还包括透明聚酰亚胺。
进而,所述显示装置100还包括第三盖板(未图示),所述第三盖板设于所述第二盖板23上,其设置方式与所述第一盖板22设于所述第二盖板23上类似,此处不作赘述;所述第三盖板的材质包括玻璃或透明聚酰亚胺,也就是说所述显示装置100中的盖板的层数大于等于2,即至少包括所述第一盖板22和所述第二盖板23,同时也可以设置更多的盖板,如第三盖板,以提高硬度。
本发明的有益效果在于,提供一种显示装置100及其制作方法,通过使用一块整体的柔性显示面板21覆盖在其上表面11、下表面12及侧表面13,这样不仅扩展了显示装置的屏占比,而且实现了轻薄化,并保证了柔性显示面板21的表面具有一定的硬度和平整度。
实施例2
请参阅图6A、图6B、图7、图8A、图8B所示,本发明第二实施例中提供一种显示装置100,包括本发明第一实施例中的全部技术特征,其区别在于,第二实施例的所述柔性显示屏20还覆盖于所述机壳10的下表面12,更具体的覆盖方式包括部分覆盖和完全覆盖两种,如图6A、图6B、图7所示所述柔性显示屏20部分覆盖于所述机壳10的下表面12;如图8A所示所述柔性显示屏20完全覆盖于所述机壳10的下表面12、左侧表面131和右侧表面132,此时所述柔性显示屏20为一个单独的、无物理分割的整体,美观效果更好;如图8B所示所述柔性显示屏20完全覆盖于所述机壳10的下表面12及左侧表面131或右侧表面132,即所述柔性显示屏20为U形,此时只有一个侧表面为显示区域。
在第二实施例中,还提供一种显示装置100的制作方法,包括本发明第一实施例中的全部技术特征,请参阅图5所示,其包括以下步骤S1-S4,其区别在于,第二实施例的制作方法中,进一步增加了将构成所述柔性显示屏20的所述柔性显示面板21、所述第一盖板22、所述第二盖板23贴附于所述机壳10的下表面12的步骤。
具体地讲,所述贴附柔性显示面板21步骤S2还包括:将所述柔性显示面板21贴附于所述机壳10的下表面12;所述贴附第一盖板22步骤S3还包括:将所述第一盖板22贴附于位于所述机壳10的下表面12的所述柔性显示面板21上;所述贴附第二盖板23步骤S4还包括:将所述第二盖板23贴附于位于所述机壳10的下表面12的所述第一盖板22上。其中所述柔性显示面板21、所述第一盖板22和所述第二盖板23三者中的相邻的两者之间通过光学透明胶30进行贴附连接。
本发明的有益效果在于,提供一种显示装置100及其制作方法,通过使用一块整体的柔性显示面板21覆盖在机壳10的上表面11、下表面12及侧表面13,这样不仅扩展了显示装置100的屏占比,而且实现了轻薄化,并保证了柔性显示面板21的表面具有一定的硬度和平整度。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种显示装置,其包括:机壳,所述机壳大致呈长方体,设有上表面、下表面及两侧表面;以及柔性显示屏,覆盖于所述机壳的上表面及两侧表面;所述柔性显示屏包括:柔性显示面板;第一盖板,设于所述柔性显示面板上;以及第二盖板,设于所述第一盖板上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述侧表面包括左侧表面和右侧表面,所述柔性显示屏覆盖于所述机壳的左侧表面和/或右侧表面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示屏还覆盖于所述机壳的下表面。
- 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示屏完全覆盖于所述机壳的下表面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述上表面、所述下表面及所述侧表面中的任一个设置为弧形曲面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一盖板或所述第二盖板中的至少一个为厚度小于等于150μm的玻璃膜,以保证所述柔性显示屏的平整度以及表面硬度且其表面触感也可以与现有移动装置一致。
- 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一盖板或所述第二盖板的材料还包括透明聚酰亚胺。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其还包括第三盖板,所述第三盖板设于所述第二盖板上。
- 一种显示装置的制作方法,其包括步骤:提供机壳步骤,提供一机壳,所述机壳大致呈长方体,其设有上表面、下表面及侧表面;贴附柔性显示面板步骤,将柔性显示面板贴附于所述机壳的上表面,再将所述柔性显示屏的侧边贴附于所述机壳的侧表面;贴附第一盖板步骤,将第一盖板贴附于所述机壳的上表面,再将所述第一盖板的侧边贴附于位于所述机壳的侧表面的所述柔性显示面板上;以及贴附第二盖板步骤,将第二盖板贴附于所述机壳的上表面,再将所述第二盖板的侧边贴附于位于所述机壳的侧表面的所述第一盖板上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置的制作方法,其中,所述贴附柔性显示面板步骤还包括:将所述柔性显示面板贴附于所述机壳的下表面;所述贴附第一盖板步骤还包括:将所述第一盖板贴附于位于所述机壳的下表面的所述柔性显示面板上;所述贴附第二盖板步骤还包括:将所述第二盖板贴附于位于所述机壳的下表面的所述第一盖板上。
