  1.  車両の前後方向の一側の端部の下方で車幅方向に延びる筒状のアンダーランプロテクタであって、
     上下方向に対向する一対の第1横板部と上下方向に延び前記第1横板部の端縁に連結する第1縦板部とを有する略C状断面に形成され、車幅方向に長尺に延びる第1部材と、
     上下方向に対向する一対の第2横板部と上下方向に延び前記第2横板部の端縁に連結する第2縦板部とを有する略C状断面に形成され、車幅方向に長尺に延び、前記第2部材の前記略C状断面の開放する側と前記第1部材の前記略C状断面の開放する側と互いに対向させて、前記第1横板部の間に前記第2横板部を配置した状態で前記第1部材に対して固定される第2部材と、
     前記第1部材と前記第2部材とを固定した状態の車幅方向外端部を覆うキャップと、を備え、
     前記第1横板部及び前記第2横板部のうちの一方の車幅方向外端縁は、前記第1横板部及び前記第2横板部のうちの他方の車幅方向外端縁よりも車幅方向内側に位置し、
     前記第1横板部及び前記第2横板部のうちの前記他方の、前記第1横板部及び前記第2横板部のうちの前記一方よりも車幅方向外側へ突出する領域には、前記キャップを取り付けるための貫通孔が形成される
