Description
本实用新型涉及车库领域,特别涉及一种汽车固定装置。
随着经济发展,大家都开始买车,随着车辆的增多;对城市的交通和环境起着重大的影响,对小区的停车也提出了挑战,一些传统的车库都是平面的,很难满足需求,于是立体车库应运而生,也给机械停车设备行业带来了巨大的商机和广阔的市场。在这种机械式立体车库的迅速发展过程中,车体的安全放置问题是一个尤为突出的问题,每个车辆的车体大小不一样,导致了立体车库不能很好的对车库中的车辆进行安全固定放置,这样会存在大量危险因素,如何对立体车库中车辆进行便捷的固定放置成为一个问题。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种汽车固定装置,旨在解决目前立体车库中,车辆停放时不稳定等问题。为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种汽车固定装置,包括导轨和夹紧装置,所述夹紧装置包括第一夹持板、第二夹持板以及驱动装置;所述导轨沿停车平台纵向平设置;
所述第一夹持板横向设置于停车平台上,并滑动连接于所述导轨,第一夹持板的两端分别与车辆的左右轮相对;第一夹持板的两端分别设置有向侧面水平方向伸出的连接部;
所述第二夹持板的个数为两个,分别铰接于第一夹持板两端的连接部,并且第二夹持板可绕铰接点水平摆动,该铰接点为第一铰接点;
所述驱动装置包括第一驱动电机和第二驱动电机,所述第一驱动电机与第一夹持板通过传动装置连接,用于驱动第一夹持板在导轨上移动;
所述第二驱动电机与第二夹持板连接,用于驱动第二夹持板绕铰接点摆动。
有益效果是:当汽车开入到停车平台,停稳后;夹紧装置通过第一驱动电机驱动在导轨导向下移动到车轮下方,此时夹紧装置的第一夹持板限制车轮不能朝着一个方向运动;然后,第二驱动电机驱动第二夹持板绕第一铰接点旋转,至挡板能够卡住汽车轮胎朝,使其不能朝着另外一个方向运动,从而起到良好的将车辆固定在停车平台上,使停车平台移动时汽车稳定,且便于汽车从停车笼中移出。
作为本实用新型的一种优选结构,所述第二驱动电机铰接在第一夹持板的一端,所述第二驱动电机的输出轴为螺纹轴,所述螺纹轴上设有螺纹套,所述第二夹持板通过直杆与螺纹套铰接。
作为本实用新型的一种优选结构,所述第一铰接点上设有限位块,所述第一铰接点上设有限位块,用于限制第二夹持板的旋转位置。

请一并参照图1-图4,如图1和图2所示可知本实用新型主要运用于立体车库移动汽车时对汽车103的临时固定,也可以运用在拖车、汽车运输等设备中;在使用立体车库时,当汽车驾驶进入汽车笼200,停稳后;汽车笼就会将汽车顺着移动轨道102将汽车送到停车位101;在整个移动的过程中,汽车固定装置对其进行良好的固定作用。
如图2、图3和图4所示可知,本实用新型一种优选实施例为一种汽车固定装置,包括导轨203和夹紧装置,所述夹紧装置包括第一夹持板、第二夹持板以及驱动装置;所述导轨沿停车平台纵向平设置;上述提到的纵向为汽车进出方向;所述夹紧装置包括第一夹持板301、两幅第二夹持板401、第一驱动电601机和第二驱动电机602,所述第一夹持板通过滑动装置设置在导轨上,所述第一夹持板横向设置于停车平台上,并滑动连接于所述导轨,第一夹持板的两端分别与车辆的左右轮相对;第一夹持板的两端分别设置有向侧面水平方向伸出的连接部;所述第二夹持板的个数为两个,分别铰接于第一夹持板两端的连接部,并且第二夹持板可绕铰接点水平摆动,该铰接点为第一铰接点402;所述第一铰接点上设有限位块403,用于限制第二夹持板的旋转位置,限位块防止了挡板过度旋转开;所述第一驱动电机与第一夹持板通过传动装置连接,用于驱动第一夹持板在导轨上移动;所述传动转轴可以选用皮带装置、传动轴装置等;
所述第二驱动电机通过第二铰接点606连接在第一夹持板的一端,其连接方式如图5所示,所述第二驱动电机的输出轴为螺纹轴603,所述螺纹轴上设有螺纹套404,所述第二夹持板通过直杆与螺纹套404通铰接,所述第二驱动电机用于驱动第二夹持板可绕着第一铰接点旋转。

为了平稳传动,使滑动装置更平稳的运动,本实用新型的另一种优选实施例为所述皮带为同步齿轮带传动带;同步齿轮带传动是靠同步齿轮带与主动轮和从动轮上的齿轮啮合来传动的,与平带传动比较,同步齿轮带传动通过齿的拉力来传动,因此可以传递较大功率,同步齿轮带较平带结构紧凑,且不容易打滑。
为了使夹紧更加稳定,本实用新型的另一种优选实施例为,所述夹紧装置的个数为两个,一个用于夹紧前轮,另一个用于夹紧后轮,两个夹紧装置一起夹紧还可以放置汽车在移动过程中左右摆动,或者前后移动。
本实用新型的一种具体实现方式:如图2和图4所示当汽车开入到停车笼200后,启动第一驱动电机,第一通过分动器将动力传动给左右两边的驱动机构,通过传动轴605将动力传动到主动轮上,主动轮开始转动带动主动轮上的皮带运动,皮带驱动两端设置在导轨上的第一夹持板,导轨安装在导轨架202上;这样可以使这个夹紧装置移动到汽车轮的位置,使第一夹持板限制汽车轮的后轮向后运动,然后,第二驱动电机驱动第二夹持板绕铰接点旋转,所述第二夹持板通过第一铰接点连接在第一夹持板一端的连接部,所述第二驱动电机通过 第二铰接点连接在第一夹持板的一端,所述第二驱动电机的输出轴为螺纹轴,所述螺纹轴上设有螺纹套,所述第二夹持板通过直杆与螺纹套通铰接,所述第二驱动电机用于驱动第二夹持板绕着第一铰接点旋转,至挡板能够卡住汽车轮胎朝,限制其向前运动;从而起到良好的将车辆固定在停车笼里面,使停车笼移动时汽车稳定,且便于汽车从停车笼中移出。移出汽车时进行反向操作即可。
