Abstract
This invention is an item by name (Guard). It will be used to protect the human body organs used and exposed during excretion in a portable toilet that its waste is directly exposed to the human body. This invention will be made of thin, soft paper, an example of a tissue paper however this in particular will be triple layered for durability. Having four trapezoid shaped faces of 20.5cm height and a bottom where the user's excretes will fall on with measurements 19cm rear width, 16.5 cm side length and 14cm front width. This will be passed through the portable toilet seat with its four hanging rectangular shaped parts; (No.1 at the rear, No.2 on the right side, No.3 on the left side and No.4 at the front). These parts of the inserted trapezoid shaped faces will lay flat on top of the toilet seat where the user will seat on to prevent the part placed into the toilet container area from dropping inside when not sat on and to protect the user's buttocks from having direct contact with the toilet seat when sat on.
Description
Description of an invention: (Portable toilet waste container guard).
It prompts a health concern when one seat on a portable toilet seat with her/his body directly exposed to the human excreted waste just approximately 1 feet or less beneath their body. This invention will serve as a barrier/shield between a person's body and the waste in the container they seat on during the period of excretion. This invention will be produced with soft and thin paper in the like of a regular toilet paper but will be triple layered for durability, to prevent the material from getting torn when excretes drop into it. As can be viewed on figure 1,2,3 and 4 in "Drawings". After the manufacture of this product, it's 4 parts that will lay on the toilet seat can be folded down unto its four trapezoid shaped faces at the rear, sides and front. With the product appearing like a box at this folding stage, its top side corner measuring 16.5cm in length will be folded down to meet with the corner of the bottom with the center in between the top and bottom folding inwards. The same exact folding pattern will be used on the front and the rear with the center of all four faces folding inwards. At this folding stage, the entire product will be flat and the second to final fold will be a half fold of the entire material
from (side to side) making it appear in the same shape for example., a greeting card and then finally the last fold will the two ends of the front and rear and then the material can be placed into a special designed poly bag that will be 10 millimeter wider the product on its four sides for protection and allowance for the item to be easily pulled out from the poly without getting torn. An additional feature of this invention will be a lavender and vanilla fragrance smell to condition the odour from the excretes the person drop as well as the general odor of the portable toilet. Lastly, this product "Guard" final production stage will be 100% dry before been placed into any protective poly bag.

Claim 3. That the shape trapezoid is adopted to match the shape of a toilet hole, however the use of any other shape in the form of circle, rectangle, triangle, square, star, cube, parallelogram, diamond, pentagon, ellipse, hexagon, nonagon, octagon, sphere, cylinder, oval, heptagon, decagon, crescent, curvilinear triangle, quatrefoil, trapezium, kite, rhombus, cross, arrow, pyramid, rectangular prism, cuboid etc for the production of the faces of this invention is not limitedas any will be adopted for product suitability to any toilet shape.
Claim 4. That as described in claim number 2, the faces of this invention will be passed through the toilet seat opening and its four parts will lay flat on top of the portable toilet seat.
Claim 5. That as described in claim number 4, that the shape of the four parts of this invention that will lay on top of the toilet seat is not limited to rectangular as any of the following shapes; circle, rectangle, triangle, square, star, cube, parallelogram, diamond, pentagon, ellipse, hexagon, nonagon, octagon, sphere, cylinder, oval, heptagon, decagon, cone, crescent, curvilinear triangle, quatrefoil, trapezium, kite, rhombus, cross, arrow, pyramid, rectangular prism, cuboid etc., can be used to better ensure the suitability of this invention to its users.
Claim 6. That as described on claim number 4, the user of this invention can seat on its flat parts that will lay on top of the portable toilet seat for two purposes or more; to prevent this invention from falling into the toilet waste container area and to prevent the user's body from having direct contact with the portable toilet seat.
Claim 7. That as described in claims number 1 to 6, that the role of this invention will be to be used for passing human feces and urinal by any person who have health safety concerns and not comfortable with their body been exposed to waste containing area of the portable toilet normally directly exposed to the human body when the toilet seat cover is lifted up.
