Description
本申请要求了申请日为2017年03月16日,申请号为201710156990.1,发明名称为“一种冰箱”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及家电领域,尤其涉及一种冰箱,特别是一种具有显控模块的冰箱。
随着科技水平的提高和人们生活水平的提高,用户对冰箱的功能及外观都有越来越高的需求。现如今,冰箱的门体上活冰箱内通常设置有显控模块,用以用户和冰箱的人机交互。而现如今的冰箱中,人机交互通常很难设计的人性化,也很难做的美观。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题之一,本申请提出了一种冰箱。
为了实现上述目的,本申请一实施方式提供的技术方案如下:一种冰箱,所述冰箱上设置有显控模块,所述冰箱内设置有用以人机交互的前板,所述显控模块包括自前向后设置的用以人机交互的交互键、控制板及照明部,所述交互键嵌设于前板上并向外暴露;所述显控模块还包括有导光件,所述导光件形成于所述交互键的周侧并延伸至所述控制板靠近照明部的一侧,相应的,所述控制面板上贯穿设置有供所述导光件延伸的穿孔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导光件包括导光板、自所述导光板靠近交互键的一侧延伸的收容部,所述收容部沿所述交互键的边沿设置并与所述交互键相卡持固定。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述前板上开设有第一贯穿孔,所述收容部与所述交互键可穿过所述第一贯穿孔并向外暴露。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导光件还包括自导光板靠近照明部的一侧延伸的嵌合部,所述嵌合部可穿过所述穿孔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导光件还包括有沿所述收容部的边沿设置的密封圈,所述导光板上凹陷形成有与所述密封圈相配合的卡槽。

本发明的有益效果:所述交互键嵌设于前板上并向外暴露,所述导光件形成于所述交互 键的周侧并延伸至所述控制板靠近照明部的一侧,相应的,所述控制面板上贯穿设置有供所述导光件延伸的穿孔。从而,交互键和照明灯分设于控制板的两侧且不会相互影响,并且通过导光件将照明灯发出的光传导至交互键周侧,使得整体外观更加美观。

如图1至图7所示,本发明提供了一种冰箱,所述冰箱上设置有显控模块10,所述冰 箱包括前板100和后板,所述前板100和后板之间形成可收容所述显控模块10的收容空间。所述前板100和后板可设置于冰箱内部的,用于设置于冰箱内抽屉的前侧或冰箱门体内或门体外侧,且均可达到本发明的目的。
如图3和6所示,所述显控模块10包括自前向后设置的用以人机交互的交互键1、控制板2及照明部3。所述交互键1嵌设于前板100上并向外暴露,即所述前板100上开设有供交互键1穿过且向外暴露的第一贯穿孔,从而,用户可通过操作交互键1对冰箱发出控制指令。所述交互键1和控制板2电性连接,当然,所述控制板2也与冰箱电性连接,从而可实现人机交互。
所述显控模块10还包括有导光件4,所述导光件4形成于所述交互键1的周侧并延伸至所述控制板2靠近照明部3的一侧。当然,所述控制板2为不透明材料,所述导光件4为透明材料,导光件4可将照明部3发出的光通过导光件4传递至交互键1周侧,从而,导光件4可散发出光,并且可从前板100透出。从而,所述交互键1周侧形成有光圈,外观更加美观,提高了档次。并且,可方便用户寻找交互键1的位置和判断不同交互键1的功能。
在本实施方式中,所述交互键1为圆形,所述导光件4从前板100散发出的光圈也为圆形,当然,若所述交互键1和光圈呈不同的形状,也可达到本发明的目的。
当然,所述前板100靠近交互键1的部分由透光材料制成,从而可让光透过;在本实施方式中,所述前板100一体成型并整体由透光材料制成,如玻璃等。并且,所述照明部3和交互键1分别设置于控制板2的两侧,从而可防止照明部3使用时间长后发烫而影响交互键1的使用。
当然,相应的,所述控制板2上贯穿设置有供所述导光件4延伸的穿孔21,从而,可使得导光件4从控制板2的一侧延伸至另一侧。
所述导光件4一体成型且为透明材料,所述导光件4包括导光板41、自所述导光板41靠近交互键1的一侧延伸的收容部42,所述收容部42沿所述交互键1的边沿设置并与所述交互键1相卡持固定。所述收容部42沿所述交互键1的周圈延伸并可包围所述交互键1,并与所述交互键1正好卡持固定。并且,在本实施方式中,所述交互键1和所述收容部42的前侧均可穿过所述第一贯穿孔并向外暴露,并且所述交互键1、收容部42及前板100的外表面相齐平,使得外观更加美观。

由此,由于所述控制板2呈不透明,导光件4呈透明,导光件4的嵌合部43穿过控制板2,从而,照明部3发出的光可发散至嵌合部43,嵌合部43再将光传播至导光件4的导光板41及收容部42,导光板41及收容部42均环绕所述交互键1,从而使得用户具有更好的人机交互体验。
在本实施方式中,所述导光件4的导光板41呈圆形,收容部42围绕所述交互键1形成,因而也呈圆形,并且所述导光板41和收容部42为一个圆心。并且,所述收容部42的前侧和交互键1的前侧均向外暴露,而导光板41则安装在前板100内侧并且不会向外暴露,从而,所述收容部42发出的光相较于导光板41发出的光更强,从而可在所述交互键1周围形成光圈渐变效果,用户可获得更加友好的人机交互方式,并且提高了家用档次。
如图4所示,另外,所述显控模块10还包括有沿所述收容部42的边沿设置的密封圈5,所述密封圈5为橡胶材料并可紧紧收紧所述收容部42,从而所述导光件4与前板100相贴附时,所述密封圈5可将导光件4和前板100之间的缝隙堵住,从而可起到密封的作用,防止有水渗入。从而,所述导光板41上凹陷形成有与所述密封圈5相配合的卡槽411。以收容所述密封圈5。并且,所述密封圈5也可达到收紧收容部42的作用,以使所述收容部42能与所述交互键1紧密配合安装。
如图6所示,所述导光件4还包括有遮光板6,所述遮光板6用以遮蔽多于的光线,以使的光可密集的从导光部的导光板41及收容部42内散发出。所述遮光板6设置于控制板2和交互键1之间用用以遮挡光线。所述遮光板6设置于控制板2和交互键1之间,并且,所述遮光板6通过螺钉结构与控制板2相固定贴靠。所述遮光板6上开设有第二贯穿孔61,所述导光板41及收容部42均可收容于所述第二贯穿孔61内。所述第二贯穿孔61和所述导光板41的形状大小正好相配合,且之间不形成缝隙,所述遮光板6可用以收容所述导光件4,并且可限制所述导光件4散发出的光,使的散发的光更加集中、明亮。
所述冰箱还包括用以收容所述显控模块10的外壳20,所述外壳20的大小与所述遮光板6、控制板2的大小相匹配,以对导光件4进行更好的收容。
综上所述,本发明中的冰箱上设置有显控模块10,所述显控模块10包括交互键1、控制板2及照明部3,其中所述交互键1和照明部3分别设于所述控制板2的两侧,从而照明 部3发出的光无法直接传递至交互键1,照明部3持续工作发烫也不会影响到交互键1;所述显控模块10还包括有导光件4,所述导光件4形成于所述交互键1的周侧并延伸至所述控制板2靠近照明部3的一侧,从而,所述导光件4可将照明部3发出的光传导至所述交互键1的周侧,提升了产品的档次,使得人机交互更加友善,并且可让用户轻松识别出交互键1的位置。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施例加以描述,但并非每个实施例仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施例。

Claims (10)
- 一种冰箱,所述冰箱上设置有显控模块,所述冰箱内设置有用以人机交互的前板,其特征在于:所述显控模块包括自前向后设置的用以人机交互的交互键、控制板及照明部,所述交互键嵌设于前板上并向外暴露;所述显控模块还包括有导光件,所述导光件形成于所述交互键的周侧并延伸至所述控制板靠近照明部的一侧,相应的,所述控制面板上贯穿设置有供所述导光件延伸的穿孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述导光件包括导光板、自所述导光板靠近交互键的一侧延伸的收容部,所述收容部沿所述交互键的边沿设置并与所述交互键相卡持固定。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述前板上开设有第一贯穿孔,所述收容部与所述交互键可穿过所述第一贯穿孔并向外暴露。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述导光件还包括自导光板靠近照明部的一侧延伸的嵌合部,所述嵌合部可穿过所述穿孔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述导光件还包括有沿所述收容部的边沿设置的密封圈,所述导光板上凹陷形成有与所述密封圈相配合的卡槽。
- 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述嵌合部设置有若干个且沿环形分布,所述照明部也设置有若干个且沿环形分布。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述导光件还包括遮光板,所述遮光板设置于控制板和交互键之间。
- 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述遮光板形成有第二贯穿孔,所述导光板及收容部均可收容于所述第二贯穿孔内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述冰箱还包括用以收容所述显控模块的外壳。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述前板靠近交互键的部分由透光材料制成。
