Definitions
- the present invention relates to a container having a lid member with a holding part for applying cosmetics contained in the container body.
- a container containing a viscous liquid cosmetic material such as mascara includes a container main body for storing the viscous liquid cosmetic material and a lid member that can be attached to and detached from the container main body.
- the container main body is provided with a cylindrical neck at one end of the housing portion that houses the viscous liquid cosmetic.
- the lid member is immersed in the viscous liquid cosmetic in the container body provided at the shaft portion that enters the container body through the tubular neck portion when the lid member is attached to the tubular neck portion, and the tip portion of the shaft portion.
- a handling member is fitted inside the cylindrical neck.
- the handling member is formed entirely of an elastic material and includes a handling piece for handling the holding portion.
- the handling piece When the holding part passes through the cylindrical neck, the handling piece handles the holding part, scrapes off the excess viscous liquid cosmetic held by the holding part, and makes an appropriate amount of viscous liquid cosmetic held by the holding part. adjust. Further, the handling member also functions as an inner stopper, and ensures the hermeticity of the container at the time of closing.
- a liquid application container shown in patent document 1 as a container of the same kind. Such containers are used not only as viscous liquid cosmetics but also as containers for containing powder cosmetics.
- the handling member of such a container is a member in which the viscous liquid cosmetic remains on the handling member because the holding part passes through and scrapes off excess viscous liquid cosmetic each time it is used. Further, the handling member is a member that repeats displacement every time the operation of pulling out and pushing the holding portion and the shaft portion with respect to the container main body is repeated, and is a member that may be deteriorated by use. Such a problem applies not only to containers for viscous liquid cosmetics but also to containers for containing powder cosmetics. For this reason, there exists a possibility that a handling member may remove
- viscous liquid cosmetics that form a film such as mascara
- a film-forming component or a volatile component may adhere.
- the handling member since the handling member has elasticity as a whole, it is greatly deformed by being pulled upward or pushed downward by the lid member, and is pulled upward from the cylindrical neck, It may fall into the container body. If the handling member is pulled upward, even if the user tries to re-fit the handling member to the cylindrical neck, the container body contains viscous liquid cosmetic, so re-engagement work is required. Difficult to do.
- the handling member falls in the container main body, it is difficult for the user to take out from the container main body through the cylindrical neck. Further, when the handling member is left in a state where it falls into the container body, even if the lid member is attached, it cannot be tightly sealed, and the viscous liquid cosmetic is dried.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a container that can prevent the handling member from being detached from the container body.

Then, it is possible to scrape off the extra cosmetics held by the holding unit 24. Further, the handling piece 37 is connected to the fixed portion 38 via the connecting portion 39, and the fixed portion 38 is restricted from moving in the vertical direction by the concave portion 38a. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the cylindrical portion 32 from being pulled out of the cylindrical neck portion 13 or falling into the accommodating portion 12 even if a force is applied to the handling piece 37 in the vertical direction.
- the fixing portion 38 is configured to bulge with respect to the outer peripheral surface 32c, that is, to bulge outward from the outer peripheral surface 32c, thereby increasing the strength of the fixing portion 38.
- the rib 35, the fixing portion 38, and the protruding portion 34 are located from the upper end portion 32a toward the lower end portion 32b.
- the height H1 of the fixing portion 38 is set to be lower than the height H2 of the rib 35 and the protrusion 34.
- the fixing portion 38 is lower than the ribs 35 and the projecting portions 34, but improves airtightness by being pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the tubular neck portion 13.
