Description
本发明涉及电传输技术领域,特别是涉及一种电连接线及无线传屏。
随着电子技术不断地发展进步,越来越多的电子产品进入至人们的日常生活中,例如智能手机、平板电脑、数码相机等。越来越多的电子产品需要通过电连接线与其他电子产品进行连接,如与充电器连接进行充电、与其他电子产品进行数据传输等。
现有技术中电连接线使用时,电连接线与电子产品的壳体之间存在间隙,外部的水或灰尘进入电子产品内部,导致电子产品内部的电子元件损坏;同时在插拔电连接线时,容易手滑。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种电连接线及无线传屏;该电连接线能够与电子产品的壳体无缝配合固定,能有效防止水或灰尘进入电子产品内部;该无线传屏通过设置上述电连接线,使壳体与电连接线无缝配合连接,降低无线传屏的故障率,提高无线传屏的使用寿命。
其技术方案如下:
一种电连接线,包括内设有导电体的连接线本体及设置于所述连接线本体一端的固接接头,所述固接接头与所述连接线本体电连接,所述固接接头设有弹性抵压部及与所述弹性抵压部相配合形成卡部的卡槽。
上述电连接线使用时,通过固接接头的卡槽与电子产品的壳体相卡合,再利用弹性抵压部与所述壳体相接触抵压变形,使电连接线与电子产品的壳体之间无缝隙,能防止水或灰尘进入电子产品内部;同时因利用了弹性抵压部与卡槽相配合形成的卡部,便于与壳体可拆卸配合固定。
下面进一步对技术方案进行说明:
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性抵压部向外凸出、并靠近所述固接接头的端部设置;因而该弹性抵压部能够与壳体接触挤压变形,起到密封所述壳体的作用,同时不会干涉壳体的安装固定。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性抵压部设有配合斜面,所述配合斜面靠近所述卡槽设置;因而设置配合斜面增大了弹性抵压部与壳体之间的接触面积,密封效果更好。
在其中一个实施例中,所述连接线本体设有套接部,所述固接接头设有与所述套接部套接固定的外接体;因而通过套接部与外接体的套接固定实现了连接线本体与固接接头的固定。
在其中一个实施例中,所述套接部设有多个配合凹槽,多个配合凹槽沿所述连接线本体的长度方向间隔设置,所述外接体设有与所述配合凹槽限位配合的凸部,所述凸部为多个、且与多个配合凹槽一一对应;因而通过多个凸体与多个配合凹槽的套接限位固定,进一步提高连接线本体与固接接头的连接的牢固性。
在其中一个实施例中,所述电连接线还包括设置于所述连接线本体另一端的插接接头,所述插接接头与所述连接线本体电连接,所述连接线本体设有防滑部,所述防滑部靠近所述插接接头设置;因而通过插接接头,实现了电连接线与其他电子产品插接配合,同时通过设置防滑部,能有效防止插拔电连接线时发生手滑。
在其中一个实施例中,所述防滑部设有多个凸起;因而提供了一种防滑部的具体实施例,通过设置多个凸起来防止插拔电连接线时发生手滑。
在其中一个实施例中,所述防滑部向内凹设形成凹部,所述凹部为两个、且对称设置于所述连接线本体的两侧;因而提供了另一种防滑部的具体实施例,通过设置凹部来防止插拔电连接线时发生手滑。
在其中一个实施例中,所述插接接头为USB(通用串行总线)接头。
在其中一个实施例中,所述连接线本体的外壁用弹性绝缘材料制成;因而该连接线本体可自由弯曲,使用更加方便。
在其中一个实施例中,所述连接线本体中部的受力横截面的面积小于所述
连接线两端的受力横截面的面积;因而能减少连接线体的弯曲力,使弯曲更加自由,同时避免因弯曲形成的反弹力影响插接接头的连接可靠性。
本技术方案还提供了一种无线传屏,包括上述的电连接线,所述电连接线设有USB接头,还包括与所述固接接头卡固配合的壳体,所述壳体设有与所述弹性抵压部相抵压的配合部、与所述卡槽相卡合的扣体及容纳所述连接线本体的让位凹槽,所述配合部、所述扣体及所述让位凹槽相配合形成与卡部相配合的扣部。
上述无线传屏,利用通过设置上述电连接线,使壳体与电连接线无缝配合连接,能防止水或灰尘进入电子产品内部、损坏电子元器件,有利于降低无线传屏的故障率,提高无线传屏的使用寿命。

如图1及2所示,本发明所述的一种电连接线,包括内设有导电体110的连接线本体100及设置于连接线本体100的一端的固接接头200,固接接头200与连接线本体100电连接,固接接头200设有弹性抵压部210及与弹性抵压部210相配合形成卡部202的卡槽220。
如图1及3所示,该电连接线使用时,通过固接接头200的卡槽220与电子产品的壳体400相卡合,再利用弹性抵压部210与壳体400相接触抵压变形,使电连接线与电子产品的壳体400之间无缝隙,能防止水或灰尘进入电子产品内部;同时因利用了弹性抵压部210与卡槽220相配合形成的卡部202,便于与壳体400可拆卸配合固定。
如图1及2所示,在本实施例中,弹性抵压部210向外凸出、并靠近固接接头200的端部设置,且与卡槽220间隔设置形成卡部202;因而该弹性抵压部210能够与壳体400接触挤压变形,起到密封壳体400的作用,同时不会干涉壳体400的安装固定。进一步的,弹性抵压部210设有配合斜面212,配合斜面212靠近卡槽220设置;因而设置配合斜面212增大了弹性抵压部210与壳体400之间的接触面积,密封效果更好。该配合斜面212为球弧形斜面、直线形斜面。
如图1及2所示,在本实施例中,连接线本体100设有套接部120,固接接头200设有与套接部120套接固定的外接体230;因而通过套接部120与外接体230的套接固定实现了连接线本体100与固接接头200的固定。进一步的,套接部120设有多个配合凹槽122,多个配合凹槽122沿连接线本体100的长度方向间隔设置,外接体230设有与配合凹槽122限位配合的凸部232,凸部232为多个、且与多个配合凹槽122一一对应;因而通过多个凸体与多个配合凹槽122的套接限位固定,进一步提高连接线本体100与固接接头200的连接的牢固性。进一步的,连接线本体100的外壁用弹性绝缘材料制成,如塑胶、硅胶、橡胶等;因而该连接线本体100可自由弯曲,使用更加方便。再进一步的,连接线本体100中部的受力横截面的面积小于连接线两端的受力横截面的面积;因而能减少连接线体的弯曲力,使弯曲更加自由,同时避免因弯曲形成的反弹力影响插接接头300的连接可靠性。
如图1、2或3所示,在本实施例中,该电连接线还包括设置于连接线本体100另一端的插接接头300,插接接头300与连接线本体100电连接,连接线本体100设有防滑部130,防滑部130靠近插接接头300设置;因而通过插接接头300,实现了电连接线与其他电子产品插接配合,同时通过设置防滑部130,能有效防止插拔电连接线时发生手滑。具体的,防滑部130设有多个凸起(未示出);因而提供了一种防滑部130的具体实施例,通过设置多个凸起来防止插拔电连接线时发生手滑;优选的,多个凸起沿连接线本体100的周向间隔设置,或多个凸起分别对称设置于连接线本体100的两侧。或防滑部130向内凹设形成凹部132,凹部132为两个、且对称设置于连接线本体100的两侧;因而提供了另一种防滑部130的具体实施例,通过设置凹部132来防止插拔电连接线时发生手滑。优选的,插接接头300为USB(通用串行总线)接头。该防滑部的另一种实施例,通过在连接线本体100上设置防滑纹路形成该防滑部130。
如图1至3所示,本发明所述的一种无线传屏,包括上述的电连接线,电连接线设有USB接头,还包括与固接接头200卡固配合的壳体400,壳体400设有与弹性抵压部210相抵压的配合部410、与卡槽220相卡合的扣体420及容纳连接线本体100的让位凹槽430,配合部410、扣体420及让位凹槽430相配合形成与卡部202相配合的扣部(未示出)。
如图1至3所示,该无线传屏,利用通过设置上述电连接线,使壳体400与电连接线无缝配合连接,能防止水或灰尘进入电子产品内部、损坏电子元器件,有利于降低无线传屏的故障率,提高无线传屏的使用寿命;同时可利用USB接头与手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等智能设备连接,进而可将智能设备的屏幕内容投影至电视机或显示屏上。
