Description

Plastic bottle
The present invention relates to a resin bottle.
Resin bottles filled with beverages as beverages may have increased internal pressure when filled with carbonated beverages or placed at a certain high temperature (for example, about 40 ° C.) in the course of distribution to the market. As a result, the bottle shape of the resin bottle may be deformed by expansion due to an increase in internal pressure after the distribution process or distribution. And in order to suppress such a deformation | transformation of a bottle shape, the rib for reinforcement is generally provided.
In recent years, decoration has been performed on the bottle itself to aim for a design effect. However, due to the deformation of the bottle shape due to the increase in internal pressure, the decorative design effect may not be achieved.
Therefore, it is desired to realize a resin bottle capable of suppressing the deformation of the bottle shape while exhibiting a design effect.
The resin bottle according to the present invention is:
A plurality of depressions each having an area of 1 to 100 mm 2 are provided in at least a part of the region in a predetermined pattern.
According to this configuration, the deformation of the bottle shape due to the increase in internal pressure can be effectively suppressed by the plurality of depressions. Further, it is possible to achieve a design effect by the arrangement pattern of the depressions.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the resin bottle according to the present invention will be described. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited by the preferred embodiments described below.
As one aspect, it is preferable that a texture is formed on the surface of each recess.
By forming wrinkles (fine concavo-convex patterns) in each depression, it is possible to more effectively suppress the deformation of the bottle shape due to an increase in internal pressure. In addition, the depressions clearly and clearly improve the depression, and the design effect by the depression is further improved. In order to form a texture, the resin must be firmly pressed against the mold during blow molding. However, when forming a texture in the recess, the resin is placed along the protrusion of the mold. Since the resin is strongly pressed against the protruding portion, the texture can be suitably formed.
As one aspect, each recess is preferably polygonal or circular.
According to this configuration, each recess has a highly symmetric shape, so that the deformation of the bottle shape due to the increase in internal pressure can be more effectively suppressed, and the design effect can be further improved.
As one aspect, it is preferable that the depression is formed in one zone of one or a plurality of belt-like regions occupying a predetermined range of the entire bottle.
According to this configuration, since the depression is formed in the belt-shaped region, the deformation of the bottle shape due to the increase in internal pressure can be more effectively suppressed.
As one aspect, it is preferable that a rib region including a plurality of ribs arranged in parallel is formed in a region in a predetermined range in the height direction where the depression is not provided.
According to the plurality of depressions, it is possible to suppress the deformation of the bottle shape due to an increase in internal pressure, but when the tolerance exceeds the allowable range, the depressions protrude and the aesthetics are impaired. Therefore, in this configuration, by providing the rib area instead of simply providing the entire depression, the rib area is deformed prior to the depression as the internal pressure increases, and expansion of the depression can be suppressed. Further, it is possible to more effectively suppress the deformation of the bottle shape due to the increase in internal pressure.
As one aspect, it is preferable that the rib area is formed in a range in the height direction where the label is provided.
According to this configuration, since the rib area having poor aesthetics is hidden by the label, the design effect can be maintained while suppressing the deformation of the bottle shape due to the increase in internal pressure.
As one aspect, it is preferable that each rib in the rib area is a discontinuous rib in which a plurality of concave portions having a predetermined length are connected in the extending direction of each rib with a space therebetween.
According to this configuration, since the ribs are formed of discontinuous ribs, it is possible to effectively suppress the ribs from extending in the extending direction due to the discontinuous portions between the recesses, and the bottle-shaped deformation due to the increase in internal pressure is further reduced. It can be effectively suppressed.
As one aspect, the rib region is in a state where the discontinuous portions between the recesses in the discontinuous ribs do not overlap the discontinuous portions in the adjacent discontinuous ribs in the parallel direction of the discontinuous ribs. Preferably it is formed.
When the concave portion and the discontinuous portion overlap in the parallel direction, the concave portion works like a spring and the bottle strength may be reduced, but according to this configuration, the discontinuous portion is adjacent to the discontinuous rib. Since it is provided so that it may not overlap in the parallel direction, the problem by a recessed part and a discontinuous part overlapping in a parallel direction can be suppressed effectively.
As one aspect, in the rib region, it is preferable that the rib is formed in a state extending in the circumferential direction.
According to this configuration, it is possible to effectively suppress the bottle from expanding in the radial direction by extending the rib in the circumferential direction.
As one aspect, it is suitable for carbonated drinks.
According to this configuration, even for a carbonated beverage bottle whose internal pressure is likely to increase, deformation of the bottle shape due to an increase in internal pressure can be more effectively suppressed.

Embodiments of a resin bottle according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the resin bottle 1 according to the present embodiment includes a mouth 2 as a liquid spout, a shoulder 3 that is continuous with the mouth 2 and gradually increases in diameter toward the bottom surface. The cylindrical body 4 is continuous with the shoulder 3, and the bottom 5 is the bottom of the resin bottle 1. The resin bottle 1 according to this embodiment is for carbonated drinks, and the bottom 5 has a so-called petaloid shape in order to suppress buckling due to an increase in internal pressure. And the resin-made bottle 1 which concerns on this embodiment has employ | adopted the structure which can suppress a deformation | transformation of a bottle shape, producing | playing a design effect, and demonstrates the resin bottle 1 which concerns on this embodiment in detail hereafter. To do.
First, the resin bottle 1 according to the present embodiment can be integrally molded by a stretch molding method such as biaxial stretch blow molding using a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, or the like as a main material. . The capacity of the resin bottle 1 is about 1.5 liters in this embodiment, but is not particularly limited, and can be about 200 milliliters to 2 liters that are generally distributed. The liquid to be filled in the resin bottle 1 is not particularly limited, and in addition to carbonated beverages, for example, beverages such as drinking water, tea, fruit juice, coffee, cocoa, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, milk beverages, soups, Examples include liquid seasonings such as sauces and soy sauce.
As shown in FIG. 1, the resin bottle 1 according to the present embodiment has a plurality of (two) circumferential belt-like regions 6 that occupy a predetermined range of the entire bottle in at least a part of the region. , 7 is provided with a plurality of depressions 8. The belt-like region 6 hits the region extending from the lower part of the shoulder 3 to the upper part of the trunk 4, and the belt-like region 7 hits the area spanning the lower part of the trunk 4, and from the middle of the trunk 4 to the trunk 4 and the bottom 5. And across the border. For this reason, about the trunk | drum 4, it is in the state by which the hollow 8 was provided uniformly in the part except the rib area | region 9 mentioned later. Each depression 8 has a rhombus shape with a diagonal length of 4 mm (vertical direction) and 2 mm (horizontal direction), and a depth of 0.5 mm. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the recesses 8 are regularly arranged in a hexagonal lattice pattern at intervals.
Such a depression 8 can effectively suppress the deformation of the bottle shape due to an increase in internal pressure. Furthermore, each depression 8 has a polygonal rhombus shape, and by arranging the depressions 8 in a hexagonal lattice shape, the band- shaped regions 6 and 7 are densely filled with a large number of depressions 8 to suppress deformation. Is even higher. And the design effect is also improved by filling the symmetrical rhombus with a regular pattern.
Moreover, the curvature of the boundary part of the dent 8 can be enlarged by making the size of each dent 8 into the length of a diagonal line about 4 mm (vertical direction) * 2 mm (lateral direction), and a deformation suppression effect. Is raised. The size of each recess 8 may be such that the length of the diagonal line is 1 to 10 mm, and the area is preferably 1 to 100 mm 2 . If it is 100 mm 2 or less, the curvature of the boundary portion of the depression 8 is increased, and the effect of suppressing deformation can be enhanced. If it is less than 1 mm 2 , the depression 8 can be accurately formed by a molding method such as blow molding. This is because it becomes difficult. Further, the depth is not limited to 0.5 mm, but may be 0.2 to 3 mm.
In addition, the surface of each recess 8 is formed with wrinkles (fine uneven patterns). This texture can be formed by forming a texture on the protrusion corresponding to the depression 8 in the mold used for blow molding, and pressing the resin against the mold during blow molding. Since the wrinkles are formed in a form in which the resin is strongly pressed against the protruding portions, the wrinkles can be suitably formed. By forming such a wrinkle, the deformation of the bottle shape due to an increase in internal pressure can be effectively suppressed. Further, the wrinkles 8 are clearly distinguished by the wrinkles, and the visibility is improved. The effect is also improved.
Furthermore, the resin bottle 1 of the present embodiment has a plurality of circumferentially extending areas in a predetermined range in the height direction where the recess 8 is not provided (specifically, a range in the height direction where the label is provided). A rib area 9 having ribs 10 arranged in parallel is formed. According to the plurality of depressions 8, it is possible to suppress the deformation of the bottle shape due to an increase in internal pressure. However, when the tolerance is exceeded, each depression 8 protrudes, and the aesthetic appearance is impaired. Therefore, by providing the rib areas 9, the rib areas 9 are deformed prior to the respective depressions 8 as the internal pressure increases, and the expansion of the respective depressions 8 can be suppressed. Moreover, since the rib 10 is extended in the circumferential direction, it can suppress effectively that the resin bottle 1 expand | swells to a radial direction by the raise of internal pressure.
Each rib 10 in the rib area 9 is a discontinuous rib in which a plurality of concave portions 11 having a predetermined length are connected to each other in the extending direction (circumferential direction in the present embodiment) of each rib 10 with a space therebetween. In the parallel direction of the discontinuous ribs 10 (the height direction in this embodiment), the discontinuous portions 12 between the recesses 11 in the discontinuous ribs 10 do not overlap with the discontinuous portions 12 in the adjacent discontinuous ribs 10. It is formed in a state. More specifically, the center position of each recess 11 in the discontinuous rib 10 matches the center position of each discontinuous portion 12 in the adjacent discontinuous rib 10. Are arranged alternately in adjacent discontinuous ribs 10. By forming the ribs 10 as discontinuous ribs, it is possible to effectively suppress the ribs 10 from extending in the extending direction due to the discontinuous portions 12 between the recesses 11, and to further effectively deform the bottle shape due to an increase in internal pressure. Can be suppressed. And when the recessed part 11 and the discontinuous part 12 overlap in the parallel direction, the recessed part 11 works like a spring and there is a possibility that the bottle strength may be reduced. Is provided so as not to overlap in the parallel direction, the problem caused by the overlapping of the recess 11 and the discontinuous portion 12 in the parallel direction can be effectively suppressed.
Moreover, in the resin bottle 1 of the present embodiment, the rib region 9 is formed in the range in the height direction where the label is provided. Thereby, since the rib area 9 with poor aesthetics is concealed by the label, it is possible to ensure a high design effect while suppressing deformation of the bottle shape due to an increase in internal pressure.
Thus, according to the resin bottle 1 of the present embodiment, by providing the depressions 8 having a predetermined size in a predetermined pattern, it is possible to suppress the deformation of the bottle shape while exhibiting a design effect. And by providing the rib area | region 9 in addition to the several hollow 8, expansion | swelling of each hollow 8 can be suppressed, and the deformation | transformation of a bottle shape is further suppressed, maintaining the design effect by the several hollow 8. FIG. It is possible to do.
