形成所述第一围合部的其中N个卡固弹片中,所述第一围合部的其中一侧的卡固弹片的外侧壁的下端与所述第一固定片的外侧壁相连接;
形成所述第二围合部的另外N个卡固弹片中,所述第二围合部的其中一侧的卡固弹片的外侧壁的下端与所述第三固定片的外侧壁相连接;
所述第一围合部的另一侧的卡固弹片的外侧壁与所述第二围合部的另一侧的卡固弹片的外侧壁相抵接。
优选地,所述插放座设置有多个,多个所述插放座均匀的固设于所述导电连接片的上边沿。
优选地,相邻的两所述插放座之间的导电连接片的宽度设定为W3;
其中,W3≥2W1+4W2。
优选地,所述导电连接片经前后多次均匀的弯折并成型为方波型结构或近似方波型结构,以使所述导电连接片由多段交错连接的前连接片及后连接片组成;每个所述后连接片的上边沿的中部分别固设有一所述插放座,且每个所述插放座的U型结构的固定框架的开口端分别朝向相应后连接片的正前方。
优选地,任意一前连接片与与其相邻的后连接片之间的垂直距离均等于W1。
本发明的有益效果是:
其一、本发明所提供的一种用于智能排插的接触弹片,在具体实施时,因所述插放座包括
与所述导电连接片的上边沿相连接的上端形成为敞口的固定框架及竖向固设于所述固定框架内的与所述固定框架形成为一体的多个卡固弹片,而多个所述卡固弹片相围护,以使形成为用以卡固插头插脚的围合结构,如此,一方面,在将本发明固定于相应排插的壳体上时,所增设的固定框架刚好容置于相应排插的壳体上的插槽内,并通过相应插槽相围护固定,使得能起到很好的限位作用,在多个所述卡固弹片所围成的围合结构内插入插头插脚时,多个所述卡固弹片不论怎么被挤压,其均始终被限位于所述固定框架内,使得不会被挤变形而失位,另一方面,相应的插头插脚在插入多个所述卡固弹片所围成的围合结构内时,相应的插头插脚与多个所述卡固弹片均有接触,在接触面积大使得接触性良好的同时,也使得能减少电流阻力及使得导电性能好,使得更佳节能,故而,本发明实用性好,使用效果好。
其二、在本发明的技术方案中,因多个所述卡固弹片的上端均向内倾斜设置,以使所形成的围合结构的上端口径小于其下端口径,且多个所述卡固弹片的上端均显露于所述固定框架外,并分别向外折叠形成张开的花瓣状,如此,一方面,所形成的围合结构的上端口径小于其下端口径,也使得能增加相应卡固弹片的弹性,在所围成的围合结构内插入插头插脚时,可使得多个所述卡固弹片的上端在被向外挤压的力度能得到加强,继而使得多个所述卡固弹片均能给予相应插头插脚一很好的反作用力,使得与相应插头插脚之间抵触性能好,另一方面,多个所述卡固弹片的上端分别向外折叠形成张开的花瓣状,也使得便于插头插脚的插入与拔出,故而,本发明的使用效果能得到有效提高。
其三、在本发明实施例中,所述插放座的固定框架及卡固弹片与所述导电连接片为一体成型结构,其彼此之间无任何的焊点,使得制作工艺精良,并且,所述第一固定片的宽度与所述第三固定片的宽度均设定为W1,每个所述卡固弹片的宽度均设定为W2,相邻的两所述插放座之间的导电连接片的宽度设定为W3,而W3≥2W1+4W2,如此,即使得满足所述固定框架、卡固弹片及所述导电连接片一体成型的需要,同时,所述导电连接片经前后多次均匀的弯折并成型为方波型结构或近似方波型结构,又使得能大大减小相邻的两所述插放座之间的距离,使得本发明的结构更加紧凑,继而使得能满足在同一排插上布局更多的插头插放位,从而,本发明的使用效果能达到最佳。

以下将结合附图及具体实施例详细说明本发明的技术方案,以便更清楚、直观地理解本发明的发明实质。
结合图1、图2、图3及图4所示;
本发明所提供的一种用于智能排插的接触弹片,包括导电连接片10及与所述导电连接片10一体成型的用以插放插头插脚的插放座20;其中,
所述导电连接片10横向设置,且所述导电连接片10具有前端面及后端面;
所述插放座20包括与所述导电连接片10的上边沿相连接的上端形成为敞口的固定框架201及竖向固设于所述固定框架201内的与所述固定框架201形成为一体的多个卡固弹片202,多个所述卡固弹片202相围护,以使形成为用以卡固插头插脚的围合结构。
基于上述所述,可以理解的是,本发明所提供的一种用于智能排插的接触弹片,在具体实施时,一方面,在将本发明固定于相应排插的壳体上时,所增设的固定框架201刚好容置于相应排插的壳体上的插槽内,并通过相应插槽相围护固定,使得能起到很好的限位作用,在多个所述卡固弹片202所围成的围合结构内插入插头插脚时,多个所述卡固弹片202不论怎么被挤压,其均始终被限位于所述固定框架201内,使得不会被挤变形而失位。
另一方面,相应的插头插脚在插入多个所述卡固弹片202所围成的围合结构内时,相应的插头插脚与多个所述卡固弹片202均有接触,在接触面积大使得接触性良好的同时,也使得能减少电流阻力及使得导电性能好,使得更佳节能,故而,本发明实用性好,使用效果好。
进一步的,在优选技术方案中,本发明的多个所述卡固弹片202的上端均向内倾斜设置,以使所形成的围合结构的上端口径小于其下端口径,且多个所述卡固弹片202的上端均显露于所述固定框架201外,并分别向外折叠形成张开的花瓣状。
如此,一方面,所形成的围合结构的上端口径小于其下端口径,也使得能增加相应
卡固弹片202的弹性,在所围成的围合结构内插入插头插脚时,可使得多个所述卡固弹片202的上端在被向外挤压的力度能得到加强,继而使得多个所述卡固弹片202均能给予相应插头插脚一很好的反作用力,使得与相应插头插脚之间抵触性能好。
另一方面,多个所述卡固弹片202的上端分别向外折叠形成张开的花瓣状结构,也使得便于插头插脚的插入,使得能起到很好的插入导向作用,故而,本发明的使用效果能得到有效提高。
再进一步的,在本发明实施例中,所述固定框架201成型为横置的U型结构,包括依次相连接的第一固定片2011、第二固定片2012及第三固定片2013;其中,
所述第二固定片2012的下边沿与所述导电连接片10的上边沿相连接形成一体,所述第一固定片2011的宽度与所述第三固定片2013的宽度相等,且所述第一固定片2011的宽度与所述第三固定片2013的宽度均设定为W1。
并且,在本技术方案中,所述卡固弹片202设有2N个,其中,N为大于1的正整数,每个所述卡固弹片202的宽度均设定为W2。
换言之,在本发明实施例中,所述卡固弹片202则至少设有四片。
优选的,所述N为2或3,即在优选方案中,本发明的所述卡固弹片202则设为四片或六片。
在具体的技术方案中,其中N个卡固弹片202的内侧壁的下端依次连接,以使其中N个卡固弹片202形成为第一围合部2021;另外N个卡固弹片202的内侧壁的下端依次连接,以使另外N个卡固弹片202形成为第二围合部2022;所述第一围合部2021的位置与所述第二围合部2022的位置相对,以使形成所述围合结构。
基于此,形成所述第一围合部2021的其中N个卡固弹片202中,所述第一围合部2021的其中一侧的卡固弹片202的外侧壁的下端与所述第一固定片2011的外侧壁相连接;形成所述第二围合部2022的另外N个卡固弹片202中,所述第二围合部2022的其中一侧的卡固弹片202的外侧壁的下端与所述第三固定片2013的外侧壁相连接;
所述第一围合部2021的另一侧的卡固弹片202的外侧壁与所述第二围合部2022的另一侧的卡固弹片202的外侧壁相抵接。
如此,所述第一围合部2021与所述第二围合部2022相围合,即构成为用以插放插头插脚的所述围合结构。
较佳的,在本技术方案中,所述插放座20设置有多个,多个所述插放座20均匀的固设于所述导电连接片10的上边沿。
并且,相邻的两所述插放座20之间的导电连接片10的宽度设定为W3;
其中,W3≥2W1+4W2。
结合上述所述,可以明确的是,在本发明实施例中,所述插放座20的固定框架201及卡固弹片202与所述导电连接片10为一体成型结构,其彼此之间无任何的焊点,使得制作工艺精良。
并且,因所述第一固定片2011的宽度与所述第三固定片2013的宽度均设定为W1,每个所述卡固弹片202的宽度均设定为W2,相邻的两所述插放座20之间的导电连接片10的宽度设定为W3,而W3≥2W1+4W2,如此,即使得满足所述固定框架201、卡固弹片202及所述导电连接片10一体成型的需要。
需要强调的是,为满足需要,在本技术方案中,所述导电连接片10经前后多次均匀的弯折并成型为方波型结构或近似方波型结构,以使所述导电连接片10由多段交错连接的前连接片101及后连接片102组成;每个所述后连接片102的上边沿的中部分别固设有一所述插放座20,且每个所述插放座20的U型结构的固定框架201的开口端分别朝向相应后连接片102的正前方。
如此,所述导电连接片10经前后多次均匀的弯折并成型为方波型结构或近似方波型结构,则使得能大大减小相邻的两所述插放座20之间的距离,使得本发明的结构更加紧凑,继而使得能满足在同一排插上布局更多的插头插放位,从而,本发明的使用效果能达到最佳。
需要说明的是,在具体实施时,上述所述的任意一前连接片101与与其相邻的后连接片102之间的垂直距离均等于W1。
如此,即使得本发明的整体结构更加美观,也更佳具有对称性。
需要补充的是,在具体实施时,所述导电连接片10的其中一端或两端则设有接线孔,并且,所述导电连接片10及所述插放座20均优选为铜质材质制作,且所述卡固弹片202的高度H优选为12mm。
其他实施例等,在此,不做一一举例说明。
综上所述,本发明所提供的一种用于智能排插的接触弹片,在具体实施时,因所述插放座20包括与所述导电连接片10的上边沿相连接的上端形成为敞口的固定框架201及竖向固设于所述固定框架201内的与所述固定框架201形成为一体的多个卡固弹片202,而多个所述卡固弹片202相围护,以使形成为用以卡固插头插脚的围合结构,如此,一方面,在将本发明固定于相应排插的壳体上时,所增设的固定框架201刚好容置于相应排插的壳体上

相应的,本发明的整体结构简单,易实施,易操作,实用性强,专用性强,制造成本低,在结构的改进及技术的改进中,均不需要增加太多的成本,使得本发明必然具有很好的市场推广价值,本发明会非常的受欢迎,能得到有效普及。

Claims (10)
- 一种用于智能排插的接触弹片,其特征在于:它包括导电连接片及与所述导电连接片一体成型的用以插放插头插脚的插放座;其中,所述导电连接片横向设置,且所述导电连接片具有前端面及后端面;所述插放座包括与所述导电连接片的上边沿相连接的上端形成为敞口的固定框架及竖向固设于所述固定框架内的与所述固定框架形成为一体的多个卡固弹片,多个所述卡固弹片相围护,以使形成为用以卡固插头插脚的围合结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于智能排插的接触弹片,其特征在于:多个所述卡固弹片的上端均向内倾斜设置,以使所形成的围合结构的上端口径小于其下端口径,且多个所述卡固弹片的上端均显露于所述固定框架外,并分别向外折叠形成张开的花瓣状。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于智能排插的接触弹片,其特征在于:所述固定框架成型为横置的U型结构,包括依次相连接的第一固定片、第二固定片及第三固定片;其中,所述第二固定片的下边沿与所述导电连接片的上边沿相连接形成一体,所述第一固定片的宽度与所述第三固定片的宽度相等,且所述第一固定片的宽度与所述第三固定片的宽度均设定为W1。
- 根据权利要求3所述的用于智能排插的接触弹片,其特征在于:所述卡固弹片设有2N个,其中,N为大于1的正整数,每个所述卡固弹片的宽度均设定为W2。
- 根据权利要求4所述的用于智能排插的接触弹片,其特征在于:其中N个卡固弹片的内侧壁的下端依次连接,以使其中N个卡固弹片形成为第一围合部;另外N个卡固弹片的内侧壁的下端依次连接,以使另外N个卡固弹片形成为第二围合部;所述第一围合部的位置与所述第二围合部的位置相对,以使形成所述围合结构。
- 根据权利要求5所述的用于智能排插的接触弹片,其特征在于:形成所述第一围合部的其中N个卡固弹片中,所述第一围合部的其中一侧的卡固弹片的外侧壁的下端与所述第一固定片的外侧壁相连接;形成所述第二围合部的另外N个卡固弹片中,所述第二围合部的其中一侧的卡固弹片的外侧壁的下端与所述第三固定片的外侧壁相连接;所述第一围合部的另一侧的卡固弹片的外侧壁与所述第二围合部的另一侧的卡固弹片的外侧壁相抵接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的用于智能排插的接触弹片,其特征在于:所述插放座设置有多个,多个所述插放座均匀的固设于所述导电连接片的上边沿。
- 根据权利要求7所述的用于智能排插的接触弹片,其特征在于:相邻的两所述插放座之 间的导电连接片的宽度设定为W3;其中,W3≥2W1+4W2。
- 根据权利要求8所述的用于智能排插的接触弹片,其特征在于:所述导电连接片经前后多次均匀的弯折并成型为方波型结构或近似方波型结构,以使所述导电连接片由多段交错连接的前连接片及后连接片组成;每个所述后连接片的上边沿的中部分别固设有一所述插放座,且每个所述插放座的U型结构的固定框架的开口端分别朝向相应后连接片的正前方。
- 根据权利要求9所述的用于智能排插的接触弹片,其特征在于:任意一前连接片与与其相邻的后连接片之间的垂直距离均等于W1。
