发明内容

实施例1
图6、图7、图8分别是根据本发明的实施例1的牙线器在未被使用时,从不同的观察点观察,获得的透视图。图6、图7、图8显示实施例1在未被使用时呈现的状态。
在本实施例中,牙线器包括一个用于抓握的手柄30、一段用于清洁牙齿的牙线段11、以及一个用于固定和支撑牙线段11的支架20;所述手柄30有一端与支架20连接。
手柄30包括第一抓握部件31、第二抓握部件32以及铰链33;铰链33的转轴沿手柄30的纵向(图6、图7、图8中虚线A-A所示的方向)延伸;铰链33具有合适的长度(在实施例1中,其长度大致为5厘米);铰链33的第一边缘与第一抓握部件31的部分边缘连接,铰链33的第二边缘与第二抓握部件32的部分边缘连接;并且,从第一抓握部件31延伸出第一基部21A;并从第一基部21A延伸出第一支撑臂21B;并且,从第二抓握部件32延伸出第二基部22A;并从第二基部22A延伸出第二支撑臂22B;使第一支撑臂21B和第二支撑臂22B彼此相隔合适的距离;并且,设置牙线段11,使其两端分别被固定在第一支撑臂21B的自由端和第二支撑臂22B的自由端。

在本实施例中,第一抓握部件31与第二抓握部件32具有较厚的厚度,铰链33具有较薄的厚度。铰链33的第一边缘与第一抓握部件31的部分边缘连接,铰链33的第二边缘与第二抓握部件32的部分边缘连接。
当第一抓握部件31和/或第二抓握部件32被施加扭转压力时,具有较薄的厚度的铰链33能够被弯曲,借此,第一抓握部件31和/或第二抓握部件32能够绕铰链33的转轴(在实施例1中,铰链33的转轴与图6、图7、图8中的虚线A-A重叠)旋转,并能旋转合适的角度(通常,旋转角度在0度至30度之间)。
通常采用半刚性塑料,优选聚丙烯,来制造牙线器的支架20、手柄30、以及铰链33。当被施以扭转压力时,具有较薄的厚度的、用半刚性塑料制造的铰链33很容易被弯曲;因而,施加较小的压力,就能使第一抓握部件31和/或第二抓握部件32绕铰链33的转轴旋转。
需要适当地设置第一抓握部件31与第二抓握部件32的长度、宽度、厚度、以及外形,以满足如下条件:当第一抓握部件31绕铰链33的转轴旋转时,第二抓握部件32不会阻挡第一抓握部件31旋转合适的角度,并且,当第二抓握部件32绕铰链33的转轴旋转时,第一抓握部件31不会阻挡第二抓握部件32旋转合适的角度。
在本实施例中,在第一支撑臂21B的自由端和第二支撑臂22B的自由端设置牙线段11。牙线段11采用聚四氟乙烯纤维制造。聚四氟乙烯纤维性能优良,质地柔软,深受消费者喜爱。但是,聚四氟乙烯纤维在被使用的过程中,当受到较大力度拉伸时,会被拉长,变得松弛。图9显示实施例1在被使用后、牙线段11被拉长、变得松弛时呈现的状态。
牙线段11被拉长、变得松弛以后,牙线器的洁齿能力被削弱。此时,需要将变得松弛的牙线段重新绷紧,以获得正常的洁齿能力。
图10显示本实施例的牙线器的手柄被手指挤压时呈现的状态。
图11a是本实施例的牙线器在被使用时呈现的状态示意图。

拱形构件70通常由半刚性材料,例如,聚丙烯(polypropylene)塑料,制成。对于图56所示的牙线器,拱形构件向上拱起,当使用者对拱形构件施加自上而下的压力时,由半刚性材料制成的拱形部件将产生形变,使拱形的方向发生翻转,如图57所示。在拱形翻转的同时,第一抓握部件31和第二抓握部件32将绕铰链转动,借此带动第一支撑臂和第二支撑臂转动使得第一支撑臂的末端和第二支撑臂的末端之间的距离增大,从而将牙线段绷紧。当牙线段被绷紧以后,牙线段将对第一支撑臂和第二支撑臂施加阻力,以阻止第一抓握部件31和第二抓握部件32继续转动。同时,当拱形构件翻转到紧固状态以后,除非受到外力挤压,否则拱形部件将一直保持翻转以后的状态。借此,即使不再对手柄施加压力,牙线段也会一直保持绷紧状态。
实施例21
图58为根据本实施例的牙线器在未被使用时的结构示意图,图59为根据本实施例的牙线器在被使用时的结构示意图。
本实施例的牙线器与实施例20的牙线器大致相同,区别在于本实施例的牙线器的第一抓握部件31比较短,而第二抓握部件32比较宽。
如图58和59所示,第一抓握部件31连接至第一基部的一端与第二抓握部件连接至第二基部的一端齐平,但是第一抓握部件31明显短于第二抓握部件32。此外,第二抓握部件32明显宽于第一抓握部件31,例如,第二抓握部件32的宽度近似为第一抓握部件31的宽度的两倍。
采用本实施例的牙线器,使用者只需要抓握第二抓握部件31,而无需抓握第一抓握部件32。
实施例22
本实施例的牙线器包括可分离的牙线支架和抓握部件,牙线支架适于可拆卸地安装至抓握部件。
图60为根据本实施例的牙线器在未工作时与抓握部件分离的牙线支架的透视图。牙线支架20包括第一基部21A、第二基部22A、铰链33、第一支撑臂21B、第二支撑臂22B、牙线端11。铰链33的两端分别连接至第一基部21A和第二基部22A,并且铰链33的转轴沿第一基部21A和第二基部22A的厚度方向延伸。第一支撑臂21B的底端连接至第一基部21A,第二支撑臂22B的底端连接至第二基部22A,第一支撑臂21B与第二支撑臂22B间隔开以在第一支撑臂21B与第二支撑臂22B之间限定间隔。牙线段11包括第一端和第二端,第一端连接到第一支撑臂21B的顶端,第二端连接到第二支撑臂22B的顶端。
在本实施例中,牙线支架20还包括设置在第一基部21A上的第一插入部件21C,以及设置在第二基部22A上的第二插入部件22C。
图61为本实施例的牙线器在未工作时与牙线支架分离的抓握部件的透视图。如图所示,抓握部件37设置有带有插入槽372的安装头部371。第一插入部件21C和第二插入部件22C均设置为可与插入槽372卡扣连接,并且,当第一插入部件21C和第二插入部件22C同时与插入槽372卡扣连接时,牙线支架20安装在抓握部件37上。当牙线支架20安装在抓握部件37上时,第一支撑臂21B的顶端与第二支撑臂22B的顶端之间的距离大于当牙线支架20从抓握部件37上拆卸下来时第一支撑臂21B的顶端与第二支撑臂22B的顶端之间的距离。
图62为本实施例的牙线器在牙线支架准备安装进抓握部件时的透视图。如图所示,在牙线支架20安装进抓握部件37之前,需以相对方向按压第一基部21A和第二基部22A使得第一基部21A和第二基部22A绕铰链33旋转,以致第一基部21A和第二基部22A紧贴在一起。此时,第一插入部件21C和第二插入部件22C也紧贴在一起,第一支撑臂的顶端与第二支撑臂的顶端之间的距离增大,从而拉伸牙线段,使得牙线段紧绷。此后,第一插入部件21C和第二插 入部件22C将插入安装头部371的插入槽372中,如图63所示,通过第一插入部件21C和第二插入部件22C与插入槽372的卡扣连接使得牙线支架20固定在安装头部371中,并且插入槽372保持第一插入部件21C和第二插入部件22C紧贴在一起,从而防止第一基部21A和第二基部22A的分离,牙线段能够保持紧绷。
第一插入部件和第二插入部件的外围形状被配置为,当第一插入部件和第二插入部件紧贴在一起插入安装头部的插入槽时,第一插入部件和第二插入部件组成的插入部件组件的外部轮廓紧贴插入槽的内部轮廓。第一插入部件和第二插入部件可能配置为分别从第一基部和第二基部向外延伸的同时宽度逐渐变窄,并且,插入槽可能配置为从用于接收插入部件组件接收端到末端延伸的同时宽度逐渐变窄。
实施例23
图64为本实施例的牙线器在未工作时与抓握部件分离的牙线支架的透视图,图65为本实施例的牙线支架在准备安装进抓握部件时的透视图。
本实施例的牙线器与实施例22的牙线器大致相同,区别在于连接第一基部和第二基部的铰链的转轴沿第一基部和第二基部的长度方向延伸。
如图64所示,牙线支架的铰链33的两端分别连接至第一基部21A和第二基部22A,并且铰链33的转轴沿第一基部21A和第二基部22A的长度方向延伸。在牙线支架安装进抓握部件之前,需旋转第一基部21A和第二基部22A至平行位置,使得第一基部21A和第二基部22A紧贴在一起,如图65所示,此时,本实施例的牙线支架与实施例22中在准备安装进抓握部件之前的牙线支架外形一致。
实施例24
图66为本实施例的牙线器的牙线支架的结构示意图,图67为本实施例的牙线器的抓握部件的插入槽的分解图,图68为本实施例的牙线器在牙线支架安装进抓握部件中时的透视图,为便于观察将安装头部分解为两个部分。
本实施例的牙线器与实施例22的牙线器大致相同,区别在于牙线支架与抓握部件的连接方式。
在本实施例中,如图66所示,铰链33连接在第一基部21A和第二基部22A的底部。在第一基部21A和第二基部22A之间、铰链33的上方设置有缺口111,缺口111的宽度从开口位置向下逐渐递减。如图67所示,抓握部件37设置有带有插入槽的安装头部,该插入槽适合于同时卡扣连接第一基部21A和第二基部22A。该插入槽内设置有止动件112,在本实施例中,止动件112为楔形块。止动件112从插入槽的底部,例如,中间位置,向外延伸,并且宽度逐渐递减。
缺口111设置为当第一基部21A和第二基部22A插入插入槽时,缺口111的开口张大。缺口111的内轮廓形状与止动件112的外轮廓形状相似,并且缺口111的最大宽度小于止动件112的最大宽度。
抓握部件37的安装头部的宽度,即插入槽的宽度,大于分别固定在第一基部21A和第二基部22A上的第一支撑臂和第二支撑臂的底部之间的距离,因此当牙线支架卡扣连接至插入槽时,第一基部21A和第二基部22A绕铰链33转动而彼此远离,从而导致固定在第一基部21A上的第一支撑臂的顶端与固定在第二基部22A上的第二支撑臂的顶端之间的距离增大,牙线段被绷紧。同时,止动件112插入缺口111,并且止动件112的外轮廓紧贴缺口111的内轮廓,从而阻止牙线支架左右摆动。
实施例25
图69为本实施例的牙线器在未工作时带有牙线段的支撑臂的透视图,图70为本实施例的牙线器在未工作时抓握部件的头部的放大透视图,图71为本实施例的牙线器在被使用时的透视图。
本实施例的牙线器与实施例3的牙线器大致相同,区别在于支撑臂与基部可分离。
如图69所示,第一支撑臂21B的底端设置有第一插入块21D,第二支撑臂22B的底端设置有第二插入块22D,在第一支撑臂21B的顶端和第二支撑臂22B的顶端之间连接有牙线段11。如图70所示,第一基部21A设置有第一插入槽21E,第二基部22A设置有第二插入槽22E。第一插入块21D可卡扣连接至第一插入槽21E,第二插入块22D可卡扣连接至第二插入槽22E。
在使用前,需将第一插入块21D和第二插入块22D分别插入第一插入槽21E 和第二插入槽22E中,通过第一插入块21D和第一插入槽21E之间的卡扣配置,以及第二插入块22D和第二插入槽22E之间的卡扣配置,第一支撑臂21B和第二支撑臂22B分别固定在第一基部21A和22A上,如图71所示。本实施例的牙线器的使用过程与实施例3的牙线器的使用过程相同,在此不再赘述。
根据本实施例的牙线器,在牙线段需要更换时,无需更换整个牙线器,只需更换连接该牙线段的支撑臂,这样既便于更换又节约资源。
实施例26
图72为本实施例的牙线器在未安装有牙线时的局部放大透视图,图73为本实施例的牙线的透视图,图74为本实施例的牙线器在安装牙线时的局部放大透视图,图75为本实施例的牙线器在安装牙线后的局部放大透视图。
本实施例的牙线器与实施例3的牙线器大致相同,区别在于在支撑臂上设置环形的、可移除的牙线。
如图72所示,第一支撑臂21B和第一基部21A上设置有沿着该第一支撑臂21B和该第一基部21A的外侧面延伸的第一卡槽21F,第二支撑臂22B和第二基部22A上设置有沿着该第二支撑臂22B和该第二基部22A的外侧面延伸的第二卡槽22F。如图73所示,牙线为环形圈,其适于夹持在第一卡槽21F和第二卡槽22F内,从而通过可移除的方式连接在第一基部21A、第二基部22A、第一支撑臂21B、第二支撑臂22B上。
如图74所示,在将牙线11安装在牙线器上之前,使用者需对第一抓握部件和第二抓握部件施加压力使得第一抓握部件和第二抓握部件绕铰链旋转而彼此靠近,从而带动第一基部和第二基部也彼此靠近,直至可将牙线11套在第一基部21A、第二基部22A、第一支撑臂21B、第二支撑臂22B的外侧。在将牙线11套在第一基部21A、第二基部22A、第一支撑臂21B、第二支撑臂22B的外侧后,使用者松开第一抓握部件和第二抓握部件,牙线11将夹持在第一卡槽21F和第二卡槽22F内,并且在第一支撑臂21B的顶端和第二支撑臂22B的顶端之间限定一段牙线,如图75所示。本实施例的牙线器的使用过程与实施例3的牙线器的使用过程相同,在此不再赘述。
根据本实施例的牙线器,在牙线需要更换时,无需更换整个牙线器,只需 更换连接该牙线,这样既便于更换又节约资源。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种牙线器,其包括:
    第一基部;
    第二基部;
    细长的第一抓握部件,其顶端连接至所述第一基部;
    细长的第二抓握部件,其与所述第一抓握部件并排设置,并且其顶端连接至所述第二基部;
    铰链,其两端分别连接到所述第一抓握部件和所述第二抓握部件,并且所述铰链的转轴沿所述第一抓握部件和所述第二抓握部件的长度方向延伸,以致所述第一抓握部件和所述第二抓握部件均可绕所述铰链的转轴旋转;
    第一支撑臂,其底端连接至所述第一基部;
    第二支撑臂,其底端连接至所述第二基部,所述第一支撑臂与所述第二支撑臂间隔开以在所述第一支撑臂与所述第二支撑臂之间限定间隔;
    牙线段,其包括第一端和第二端,所述第一端连接到所述第一支撑臂的顶端,所述第二端连接到所述第二支撑臂的顶端;
    其中,所述第一支撑臂的顶端和所述第二支撑臂的顶端之间的距离可随所述第一抓握部件或所述第二抓握部件绕所述铰链的转轴旋转而增大。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的牙线器,其特征在于:所述第一抓握部件具有绕所述铰链的转轴旋转的第一远端,所述第二抓握部件具有绕所述铰链的转轴旋转的第二远端,当所述第一远端和所述第二远端彼此靠近时,所述第一支撑臂的顶端和所述第二支撑臂的顶端之间的距离增大。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的牙线器,其特征在于:所述第一抓握部件具有绕所述铰链的转轴旋转的第一远端,所述第二抓握部件具有绕所述铰链的转轴旋转的第二远端,当所述第一远端和所述第二远端彼此远离时,所述第一支撑臂的顶端和所述第二支撑臂的顶端之间的距离增大。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的牙线器,其特征在于:在所述第一抓握部件或所述第二抓握部件的尾部设置可用于剔牙的牙签部件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的牙线器,其特征在于:在所示第一抓握部件和/ 或所述第二抓握部件的外表面上设置多个突起部分。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的牙线器,其特征在于:所述牙线器还包括释放-紧固机构,该释放-紧固机构设置为可操作地在释放位置和紧固位置之间切换,当操作所述释放-紧固机构处于紧固位置时,所述第一支撑臂的顶端与所述第二支撑臂的顶端之间的距离大于当所述释放-紧固机构处于释放位置时所述第一支撑臂的顶端与所述第二支撑臂的顶端之间的距离。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的牙线器,其特征在于:所述第一支撑臂和所述第二支撑臂的底端分别设置有第一插入块和第二插入块,所述第一基部和所述第二基部分别设置有第一插入槽和第二插入槽,所述第一插入块可卡扣连接至所述第一插入槽,所述第二插入块可卡扣连接至所述第二插入槽。
  8. 一种牙线器,其包括:
    第一基部;
    第二基部,其与所述第一基部之间存在缝隙;
    抓握部件,其顶端连接至所述第一基部;
    第一支撑臂,其底端连接至所述第一基部;
    第二支撑臂,其底端连接至所述第二基部,所述第二支撑臂与所述第一支撑臂间隔开以在所述第一支撑臂与所述第二支撑臂之间限定间隔;
    牙线段,其包括第一端和第二端,所述第一端连接到所述第一支撑臂的顶端,所述第二端连接到所述第二支撑臂的顶端;
    铰链,其两端分别连接至所述第一基部和所述第二基部,并且所述铰链的转轴沿所述抓握部件的厚度方向延伸;
    释放-紧固机构,其设置为可操作地在释放位置和紧固位置之间切换,当操作所述释放-紧固机构处于紧固位置时,所述第一支撑臂的顶端与所述第二支撑臂的顶端之间的距离大于当所述释放-紧固机构处于释放位置时所述第一支撑臂的顶端与所述第二支撑臂的顶端之间的距离。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的牙线器,其特征在于:所述释放-紧固机构包括:
    第一活动部件,其铰接至所述第一基部;
    第二活动部件,其铰接至所述第二基部;
    其中,当所述释放-紧固机构处于所述紧固位置时,所述第一活动部件与所述第二活动部件接合。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的牙线器,其特征在于:所述释放-紧固机构包括:
    第一连接部件,其固定设置在所述第一基部上;
    第二连接部件,其铰接至所述第二基部;
    其中,当所述释放-紧固机构处于所述紧固位置时,所述第一连接部件与所述第二连接部件接合。
  11. 一种牙线器,其包括:
    抓握部件;
    牙线支架,其适于可拆卸地安装至所述抓握部件,该牙线支架包括:
    第一基部;
    第二基部;
    铰链,其两端分别连接至所述第一基部和所述第二基部;
    第一支撑臂,其底端连接至所述第一基部;
    第二支撑臂,其底端连接至所述第二基部,所述第一支撑臂与所述第二支撑臂间隔开以在所述第一支撑臂与所述第二支撑臂之间限定间隔;
    牙线段,其包括第一端和第二端,所述第一端连接到所述第一支撑臂的顶端,所述第二端连接到所述第二支撑臂的顶端;
    其中,当所述牙线支架安装在所述抓握部件上时,所述第一支撑臂的顶端与所述第二支撑臂的顶端之间的距离大于当所述牙线支架从所述抓握部件上拆卸下来时所述第一支撑臂的顶端与所述第二支撑臂的顶端之间的距离。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的牙线器,其特征在于,所述铰链的转轴沿所述第一基部和所述第二基部的厚度方向延伸。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的牙线器,其特征在于,所述铰链的转轴沿所述第一基部和所述第二基部的长度方向延伸。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的牙线器,其特征在于,所述抓握部件设置有带有插入槽的安装头部,所述第一基部设置有可与所述插入槽卡扣连接的第一插入部件,所述第二基部设置有可与所述插入槽卡扣连接的第二插入部件, 其中,当所述第一插入部件和所述第二插入部件同时与所述插入槽卡扣连接时,所述牙线支架安装在所述抓握部件上。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的牙线器,其特征在于,所述抓握部件设置有带有插入槽的安装头部,所述插入槽适合于同时卡扣连接所述第一基部和所述第二基部;
    所述铰链连接在所述第一基部和所述第二基部的底部,在所述第一基部和所述第二基部之间、所述铰链的上方设置有缺口,所述缺口设置为当所述第一基部和所述第二基部插入所述插入槽时,所述缺口的开口张大。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的牙线器,其特征在于,所述插入槽内设置有止动件,所述止动件从所述插入槽的底部向外延伸,并且适合于当所述第一基部和所述第二基部插入所述安装头部的所述插入槽中时伸进所述缺口并与所述缺口抵接。
