本发明技术方案通过采用在大桶内设置一个单独的小桶,且小桶与大桶可拆卸装配,形成桶中桶结构,在洗涤过程中,可将特殊衣物置于小桶中,大桶中的水无法进入小桶中,实现特殊衣物单独洗涤的目的;若不需要洗涤特殊衣物,可将小桶从大桶中拆卸下来,实现普通洗涤。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。

本发明提出一种洗衣机的洗涤桶,包括大桶和小桶,所述小桶可拆卸装配于所述大桶内,且所述小桶的桶口正对所述大桶的桶口,所述小桶的外桶壁与所述大桶的内桶壁之间具有间隔。小桶装配在大桶中时,可将衣服放置在小桶中进行单独清洗,同时大桶与小桶的间隔空间中也可以防止衣物清洗,这样大桶中的水不会流入小桶中,实现小桶中的衣物与大桶中的衣物隔离;当不需要单独清洗时,可将小桶从大桶中拆卸出来,使用大桶进行普通正常的清洗功能。下面对本发明的洗涤桶提出若干具体实施例进行细述。
参照图1至图6,为本发明第一实施例的附图。第一实施例中的洗衣机,包括箱体及洗涤桶10(如图1所示),本实施例中的洗涤桶10可实现特殊衣物单独洗涤的目的。本实施例中具体以波轮洗衣机为例进行说明。
洗涤桶10设置于箱体的内部,洗涤桶10用于盛装被洗涤的衣物与用于洗涤衣物的水、洗衣液等液体。箱体的顶部还设置有机盖,机盖可枢转地设置于顶部。
请一并参阅图2及图3,洗涤桶10包括大桶100、波轮200及小桶300。大桶100的容积大于小桶300的容积,大桶100具有第一开口端100a及与第一开口端100a相对的第一底部100b。打开机盖后,衣物通过第一开口端100a扔进大桶100内。大桶100的内部通过排水阀与排水通道相连通,排水阀通过电子控制方式控制,洗衣过程中排水阀关闭,洗衣完成后排水阀开启,将大桶100中的水排出。
请一并参阅图4,波轮200设置于第一底部100b上,具体位于第一底部100b的内侧。波轮200背向于第一底部100b的一面突出形成有定位柱210,定位柱210的横截面的形状为非圆形,保证在波轮200转动时,与定位柱210相配合的物体不与定位柱210产生相对滑动。
具体地,定位柱210可以为花键,或者定位柱210的横截面可以为多边形,定位柱210为多边形柱,还可以定位柱210的外径沿底部向顶部逐渐减小。例如,具体到本实施例中,定位柱210的横截面为正五边形,定位柱210为正五边形柱,不仅可以使小桶300安装在波轮200上,还可以为小桶300的旋转提供动力。当然,在其它的实施例中,定位柱210的横截面的形状还可以为正三角形、正方形或正六边形等。
定位柱210的高度大于或等于70mm,保证小桶300安装于波轮200上时,不会脱离定位柱210。例如,本实施例中,将定位柱210的高度设置为120mm,防止小桶300在旋转过程中出现大幅度偏心。
定位柱210上还开设有定位孔211,通过紧固件(图未示)穿设于定位孔211中,以将波轮200设置于大桶100的第一底部100b上。具体地,定位孔211为螺纹孔,紧固件为螺钉。用户在使用过程中,无需对原有的洗衣机进行复杂的拆卸操作,只需将原有的波轮替换成本发明实施例中的波轮200即可。
请一并参阅图5及图6,小桶300具有第二开口端300a及与第二开口端300a相对的第二底部300b。小桶300可拆卸地设置于大桶100内,因此,当需要特殊衣物单独洗涤时,打开机盖,将小桶300安装于大桶100内,特殊衣物通过第二开口端300a扔进小桶300内单独洗涤。当不需要单独洗涤特殊衣物时,将小桶300从大桶100内拆除。小桶300的高度可以小于或者等于大桶100的高度。
小桶300的侧壁300c向外倾斜,使小桶300的直径沿第二底部300b向第二开口端300a方向逐渐增大。具体地,小桶300的侧壁300c可向外倾斜1.5°或者大于1.5°,但小桶300的侧壁300c不可向外倾斜太多,防止小桶300在旋转过程将小桶300内的衣物甩出。由于小桶300的侧壁300c与第二底部300b是与大桶100隔离的,因此小桶300内的水只能随着倾斜的侧壁300c从第二开口端300a甩出,流到大桶100内,再与大桶100内的水一起流出洗衣机。当然,在其他的实施例中,还可以小桶的侧壁不倾斜,而通过在小桶300上设置单向阀,使大桶100内的水无法进入小桶300内,而小桶300内的水在甩干的过程中可以进入大桶100内。
第二底部300b向靠近第二开口端300a的方向凹陷形成与定位柱210相匹配的凹槽310,使定位柱210嵌入凹槽310内。具体地,凹槽310的形状与定位柱210的形状相同,安装好后,小桶300的底部与波轮200可以不留间隙的嵌合或契合在一起。
或者,小桶300的第二底部300b安装于波轮200的定位柱210上后,定位柱210的外表面与凹槽310的侧壁之间留有适当的间隙,然后在小桶300的第二底部300b与波轮200之间设置有防滑垫(图未示),可以增强小桶300与波轮200之间的摩擦力,对安装的可靠性进行加强,防止小桶300在旋转过程中与波轮200出现脱离。
具体地,防滑垫为防滑胶垫。带有防滑胶垫的小桶300放置到波轮200上后,防滑胶垫与波轮200完全接触并保证有一定的挤压力。
请再次参阅图2及图4,波轮200背向于第一底部100b的一面突出形成有一定高度的拨水筋220。请参阅图5及图6,小桶300的第二底部300b面向于波轮200的一面凹陷形成有与拨水筋220相匹配的收容槽320。拨水筋220沿波轮200的半径方向延伸,且拨水筋220的长度大于或等于小桶300的半径。
请参阅图2及图6,小桶300的侧壁300c上形成凸筋330,凸筋330的数量为多条,多条凸筋330沿小桶300的侧壁300c的周向间隔排列,单一的凸筋330沿小桶300的轴向延伸,可以起到加强桶壁、拨水、增大与衣物之间的摩擦力等作用,还能在脱水时固定衣物,增强脱水效果。
本实施例中的小桶300安装方便,需要使用时,只需将小桶300的凹槽310与波轮200的定位柱210对齐,再向下安放即可。拆卸时,将小桶300往上移动直至脱离凹槽310脱离定位柱210即可。
当然,在其它的实施例中,小桶300也可以与波轮200一体成型,小桶300的第二底部300b位于波轮200上,波轮200可拆卸地设置于大桶100的第一底部100b上。例如,波轮200通过紧固件(如螺钉)或者通过卡扣的方式可拆卸地设置于大桶100的第一底部100b。波轮200的直径大于小桶300的外径。利用快换波轮可将原来的波轮快速从大桶100的第一底部100b拆卸下来,再将一体成型的小桶300与波轮200替换即可。
具体到本实施例中,小桶300与大桶100分别设置单独的动力结构与洗涤程序,使得小桶300在单独运作过程中,原有的洗衣机的大桶100无需运转,达到节能的目的。具体地,洗衣机还包括第一动力机构、第一控制装置、第二动力机构及第二控制装置,第一控制装置控制第一动力机构以驱动大桶100转动,第二控制装置控制第二动力机构以驱动小桶300转动,第一动力机构与第二动力机构可以相互独立。
例如,为实现小桶300独立于大桶100进行运转,洗衣机动力使用直驱方式,并且通过对洗衣机洗涤程序进行设计,设置一个单独的按钮,用户使用该按钮选择小桶300洗涤程序后,洗衣机洗涤时与普通程序相同,脱水时离合器不运作,洗衣机大桶100不运转,只有洗涤轴带动波轮200和安装在波轮200上的小桶300进行高速运转达到脱水的目的,这样在使用小桶300独立洗涤小件衣物时,洗衣机的大桶100不运转,节省了大量的电能,达到了省水省电的目的。
当然,在其他的实施例中,还可以小桶300和大桶100使用同一组动力结构和控制装置,以实现小桶300与大桶100同时洗涤的目的。
上述洗衣机及其洗涤桶10至少具有以下优点:
本案中通过在大桶100内设置一个单独的小桶300,小桶300可以通过定位柱210与凹槽310相配合的方式或者与波轮200一体成型的方式设置在大桶100中,形成桶中桶结构,在洗涤过程中,可将特殊衣物置于小桶300中,大桶100中的水无法进入小桶300中,小桶300中的水在甩干的时候从小桶300倾斜的侧壁被甩至大桶100中,随大桶100中的水一起流出,实现特殊衣物单独洗涤的目的;若不需要洗涤特殊衣物,可将小桶300从大桶100中拆卸下来,定位柱210与凹槽310组装的方式拆卸简便快捷。
参照图7至图14,为本发明第二实施例的附图。第二实施例中的洗衣机,包括箱体(图中未示出)及洗涤桶10h(如图7及图8所示),本实施例中的洗涤桶10h可实现特殊衣物单独洗涤的目的。本实施例中具体以波轮洗衣机为例进行说明。
洗涤桶10h设置于箱体的内部,洗涤桶10h用于盛装被洗涤的衣物与用于洗涤衣物的水、洗衣液等液体。箱体的顶部还设置有机盖,机盖可枢转地设置于顶部。

波轮200h背向于第一底部100hb的一面突出形成有一定高度的拨水筋220h。请参阅图11及图12,小桶300h的第二底部300hb面向于波轮200h的一面凹陷形成有与拨水筋220h相匹配的收容槽320h。拨水筋220h沿波轮200h的径向延伸,且拨水筋220h的长度大于或等于小桶300h的半径。具体到本实施例中,安装孔210h开设于拨水筋220h的侧面。
请参阅图8至图10,小桶300h具有第二开口端300ha及与第二开口端300ha相对的第二底部300hb,第二底部300hb设置于波轮200h上。小桶300h可拆卸地设置于大桶100h内,因此,当需要特殊衣物单独洗涤时,打开机盖,将小桶300h安装于大桶100h内,特殊衣物通过第二开口端300ha扔进小桶300h内单独洗涤。当不需要单独洗涤特殊衣物时,将小桶300h从大桶100h内拆除。小桶300h的高度可以小于或者等于大桶100h的高度。
请参阅图10,小桶300h的侧壁300hc向外倾斜,使小桶300h的直径沿第二底部300hb向第二开口端300ha方向逐渐增大。具体地,小桶300h的侧壁300hc可向外倾斜1.5°或者大于1.5°,但小桶300h的侧壁300hc不可向外倾斜太多,防止小桶300h在旋转过程将小桶300h内的衣物甩出。由于小桶300h的侧壁300hc与第二底部300hb是与大桶100h隔离的,因此小桶300h内的水只能随着倾斜的侧壁300hc从第二开口端300ha甩出,流到大桶100h内,再与大桶100h内的水一起流出洗衣机。当然,在其它的实施例中,小桶的侧壁还可以不倾斜,通过在小桶的侧壁上设置单向阀,使大桶内的水无法进入小桶内,而小桶内的水在甩干过程中可以流入大桶内。
请参阅图9,小桶300h的第二开口端300ha设置有可枢转的拉环340h,通过提起拉环340h提起小桶300h,使小桶300h从大桶100h中拆除。小桶300h的最大外径小于或等于300mm。
请参阅图8,小桶300h的第二底部300hb面向于波轮200h的一面凹陷形成有与拨水筋220h相匹配的收容槽320h。拨水筋220h沿波轮200h的半径方向延伸,且拨水筋220h的长度大于或等于小桶300h的半径。
小桶300h的侧壁300hc上形成凸筋330h,凸筋330h的数量为多条,多条凸筋330h沿小桶300h的侧壁300hc的周向间隔排列,单一的凸筋330h沿小桶300h的侧壁300hc的轴向延伸,可以起到加强桶壁、拨水、增大与衣物之间的摩擦力等作用,还能在脱水时固定衣物,增强脱水效果。
小桶300h的第二底部300hb的外侧与波轮200h之间设置有防滑垫(图未示),可以增强小桶300h与波轮200h之间的摩擦力,对安装的可靠性进行加强,防止小桶300h在旋转过程中与波轮200h出现脱离。
具体地,防滑垫为防滑胶垫。带有防滑胶垫的小桶300h放置到波轮200h上后,防滑胶垫与波轮200h完全接触并保证有一定的挤压力,小桶300h与波轮200h留有间隙以保证在防滑胶垫被挤压变形过程中不会出现先接触而导致接触不牢固的现象。
请一并参阅图14,铰链机构400包括滑块410、连杆420及弹簧430,滑块410可滑设于安装孔210h内,连杆420的一端与滑块410铰接,连杆420的另一端连接于拉环340h上,弹簧430的一端固定于小桶300h的外侧壁300hc上,另一端与连杆420连接。
具体到本实施例中,铰链机构400的数量为两个,两个铰链机构400分别设置于拉环340h的两侧。可选地,铰链机构400分别位于小桶300h的径向方向上不同两侧。每一铰链机构400的滑块410的数量为两个,两个滑块410分别可滑设于安装孔210h内。同一铰链机构400中的滑块410对应的安装孔210h相对设置,因此两个滑块410也相对地滑入安装孔210h内。
连杆420包括第一连杆421、第二连杆422及第三连杆423,每一滑块410铰接于一第一连杆421的一端。因此,第一连杆421的数量为四个,每一滑块410对应一第一连杆421。第一连杆421的另一端铰接于第二连杆422的一端,即,一第二连杆422的一端铰接有两个第一连杆421。第二连杆422的另一端与第三连杆423的一端铰接,第三连杆423的另一端连接于拉环340h上,弹簧430的一端连接于第三连杆423上,另一端固定于小桶300h的外侧壁300hc上。
当用户提起拉环340h以提起小桶300h时,拉环340h带动第三连杆423向上运动,第三连杆423进而带动第二连杆422向上运动,第二连杆422向上运动时,弹簧430被拉伸,第一连杆421也向上运动,从而带动两个相对的滑块410向靠近彼此的方向运动以脱离安装孔210h。相反地,当把小桶300h放置在波轮200h上时,拉环340h因弹簧430的作用而自然下落,因重力和弹力的作用,第三连杆423、第二连杆422及第一连杆421向下运动,从而使两个滑块410向远离彼此的方向滑入相应的安装孔210h中,以达到固定的目的。
具体到本实施例中,小桶300h与大桶100h分别设置单独的动力结构与洗涤程序,使得小桶300h在单独运作过程中,原有的洗衣机的大桶100h无需运转,达到节能的目的。具体地,洗衣机还包括第一动力机构、第一控制装置、第二动力机构及第二控制装置,第一控制装置控制第一动力机构以驱动大桶100h转动,第二控制装置控制第二动力机构以驱动小桶300h转动,第一动力机构与第二动力机构相互独立。
例如,为实现小桶300h独立于大桶100h进行运转,洗衣机动力使用直驱方式,并且通过对洗衣机洗涤程序进行设计,设置一个单独的按钮,用户使用该按钮选择小桶300h洗涤程序后,洗衣机洗涤时与普通程序相同,脱水时离合器不运作,洗衣机大桶100h不运转,只有洗涤轴带动波轮200h和安装在波轮200h上的小桶300h进行高速运转达到脱水的目的,这样在使用小桶300h独立洗涤小件衣物时,洗衣机的大桶100h不运转,节省了大量的电能,达到了省水省电的目的。

上述洗衣机及其洗涤桶10h至少具有以下优点:
通过在大桶100h内设置一个单独的小桶300h,小桶300h可以通过铰链机构400可拆卸地设置在大桶100h中,形成桶中桶结构,在洗涤过程中,可将特殊衣物置于小桶300h中,大桶100h中的水无法进入小桶300h中,小桶300h中的水在甩干的时候从小桶倾斜的侧壁300hc被甩至大桶100h中,随大桶100h中的水一起流出,实现特殊衣物单独洗涤的目的;当用户提起拉环340h以提起小桶300h时,拉环340h带动连杆420向上运动,从而带动滑块410移动直至脱离安装孔210h,相反,当把小桶300h放置在波轮200h上时,拉环340h因弹簧430的作用而自然下落,因重力和弹力作用,连杆420向下运动,滑块410滑入波轮200h上的安装孔210h内,以达到固定的目的。
参照图15,本发明洗涤桶第三实施例中小桶100g的结构示意图。本发明实施例的小桶100g位于大桶(图未示出)内。本实施例中,大桶具有第一开口端(未标号)及与第一开口端相对的第一底部(未标号);洗涤桶还包括设置于第一底部上的波轮200g,波轮200g背向于第一底部的一面突出形成有搅拌柱230,搅拌柱230的外周壁上凸设有多个叶片231;小桶100g具有第二开口端及与第二开口端相对的第二底部;第二底部向靠近第二开口端的方向凹陷形成与搅拌柱230相匹配的凹槽,以及与叶片231相匹配的卡槽,以使搅拌柱230和叶片231分别对应嵌入凹槽和卡槽。搅拌柱230嵌入凹槽中,对小桶100g进行定位,并且叶片231卡在卡槽中,使小桶100g不会相对波轮200g产生偏转。使用小桶100g单独清洗时,小桶100g通过凹槽套在搅拌柱230上,小桶100g跟随波轮200g旋转,以对小桶100g内的衣物进行清洗。在不使用小桶100g清洗时,将小桶100g的凹槽脱离搅拌柱230,取出小桶100g,大桶和波轮200g运转对衣物进行清洗,搅拌柱230对大桶内的衣物和水进行搅拌,增大对衣物的搅拌力度,使得清洗效果更佳。本实施例中,搅拌柱230可以为圆形或非圆形。
本实施例中,采用各个叶片231均匀分布在搅拌柱230的外周壁上,如此使得搅拌柱230的强度分布均匀,搅拌也更加均匀。此外,本实施例中,叶片231靠近波轮200g的一端与波轮200g一体连接,并沿波轮200g的径向向外延伸,这样既增大了叶片231的受力强度,同时,也增大叶片231的搅拌面积,加强清洗效果。
如图16和图17所示,本发明的第四实施例的洗衣机10L,包括:驱动轴300L、驱动电机500以及洗涤桶11,洗涤桶11包括大桶100L和小桶700,所述小桶700可拆卸装配于所述大桶100L内,且所述小桶700的桶口正对所述大桶100L的桶口,所述小桶700的外桶壁与所述大桶100L的内桶壁之间具有间隔;所述驱动轴300L与所述驱动电机500驱动连接,所述小桶700同轴设置于所述大桶100L内,请参见图17和图18,所述小桶700包括桶体710和第一锁紧机构740,所述桶体710包括桶壁720和桶底730,所述桶壁720和所述桶底730一体连接,所述桶壁720内侧凸起设置多个第一筋条721,所述桶底730内侧凸起设置多个第二筋条732,所述第一锁紧机构740设置于所述桶底730的中部,请结合图16和图17,所述第一锁紧机构740可拆卸地锁扣于所述驱动轴300L上。例如,洗涤体积较小的衣物或者数量较少的衣物时,为了节水和节电,可通过第一锁紧机构740将小桶700锁扣在驱动轴300L上,使得桶体710内部与外部相隔离,将衣物放置入所述桶体710内,通过设置于所述桶底730的所述第二筋条732对桶体710内的水进行拨动,并通过设置于所述桶壁720的第一筋条721对衣物进行摩擦洗涤,实现了在桶体710内单独洗涤衣物,且由于小桶700的体积小,使得在洗涤时更为节水、节电,洗涤效果佳。
为了使得所述桶体710转动更为平稳,例如,如图18所示,所述桶壁720的截面设置为圆形,例如,所述桶壁720在水平方向上的截面为圆形,例如,所述桶壁720呈中部空心的圆柱形,这样,所述桶体710随所述驱动轴300L转动时转动更为平稳。
为了使得衣物容易投放入所述桶体710内,且使得清洗效果更佳,例如,如图17所示,所述桶壁720的直径由远离所述桶底730的一端向靠近所述桶底730的一端逐渐减小,例如,所述桶体710的开口处的直径大于底部的直径,这样,有利于衣物投放入所述桶体710内,且由于底部的直径较小,有利于所述桶壁720与衣物的接触,也有利于衣物之间的接触,增大衣物在转动中的摩擦力,使得清洗效果更佳。
为了进一步提高清洗效果,例如,如图17和图18所示,所述第一筋条721沿所述桶体710的轴向设置于所述桶壁720内侧,例如,所述第一筋条721均匀间隔开设置于所述桶壁720内侧,一方面使得所述桶体710的重心落在中部,使得所述桶体710转动更为平稳,且使得所述桶壁720结构更为坚固,另一方面,使得桶体710内的衣物可以得到均匀地摩擦,从而使得洗涤效果更佳。
例如,如图21所示,本发明还包括波轮200L,所述波轮200L设置有第二锁紧机构210L,所述第二锁紧机构210L可拆卸地锁扣于所述驱动轴300L,当洗涤的衣物过大或体积较大时,需要更大的洗涤空间时,通过将所述第一锁紧机构740打开,将所述小桶700由所述驱动轴300L上拆卸下来,并将所述波轮200L安装在所述大桶100L内,通过第二锁紧机构210L将所述波轮200L固定在驱动轴300L上,此时,本发明的洗衣机10L的大桶100L内可清洗更多的衣物,提高了洗涤效率。可选地,所述第一锁紧机构740的结构可以和第二锁紧机构210L的结构相同。
例如,请结合图18和图19,所述第一锁紧机构740包括锁紧壳741和锁紧件742,所述锁紧壳741与所述桶底730固定连接,如图20所示,所述锁紧壳741内设置有一容置腔743,所述桶底730开设一通孔(图未示),所述通孔与所述容置腔743连通,所述驱动轴300L通过所述通孔插设于所述容置腔743内,请再次参见图20,所述驱动轴300L插设于所述容置腔743的一端设置有花键310L或限位槽,所述锁紧件742插设于所述容置腔743内,且所述锁紧件742与所述驱动轴300L连接。例如,如图19和图20所示,所述锁紧件742包括固定座744以及间隔设置在所述固定座744上的两个固定块745,两个固定块745相对的一侧分别抵接于所述驱动轴300L的花键310L的两侧或限位槽内,两个固定块745相背的一侧分别抵接于所述容置腔743的腔壁,这样,当所述锁紧件742由所述锁紧壳741内拔出时,所述锁紧壳741与所述驱动轴300L分离,这样,所述小桶700可以从所述大桶100L内取出;当所述小桶700安装在所述大桶100L内时,所述锁紧件742的两个固定块745固定在所述花键310L的两侧,且锁紧件742通过与所述容置腔743的腔壁抵接,从而与所述锁紧壳741固定连接,这样,所述桶体710即可通过所述第一锁紧机构740与驱动轴300L固定连接,当驱动轴300L在所述驱动电机500的驱动下转动时,所述桶体710可随着所述驱动轴300L转动。
基于第三实施例,进一步地,参照图22和图23所述桶底730沿所述桶壁720的外侧延伸形成外波轮750,所述外波轮750凸起设置有第三筋条751,所述桶壁720的外侧设置有清洗槽722。请结合图16和图17,所述第一锁紧机构740可拆卸地锁扣于所述驱动轴300L上。例如,洗涤体积较小的衣物或者数量较少的衣物时,为了节水和节电,可通过第一锁紧机构740将小桶700锁扣在驱动轴300L上,使得桶体710内部与外部相隔离,将衣物放置在所述桶体710内,实现了在桶体710内单独洗涤衣物,且由于小桶700的体积小,使得在洗涤时更为节水、节电,例如,需要将衣物分开洗涤时,可将部分衣物放置在所述桶体710内,另外部分衣物放置在所述大桶100L内的所述桶体710的外部,这样,位于所述桶体710内的衣物通过设置于所述桶底730的所述第二筋条732对桶体710内的水进行拨动,并通过设置于所述桶壁720的第一筋条721对衣物进行摩擦洗涤,位于所述桶体710外部的衣物通过第三筋条751对所述大桶100L内的水进行拨动,并通过清洗槽722对衣物进行摩擦洗涤,从而实现了衣物的分开洗涤,从而使得洗涤效果更佳,且更为卫生。
为了使得减小所述桶壁720的厚度,减小所述小桶700的占用空间,以提供更大的洗涤空间,例如,如图23所示,所述清洗槽722凹陷设置于所述桶壁720外侧,又如,所述清洗槽722与所述第二筋条721一一对应设置,例如,所述桶壁720由外向内凹陷,使得内侧凸起第二筋条721,外侧凹陷形成清洗槽722,这样一方面提高了清洗效率,使得所述桶壁720对两侧的衣物都可以进行摩擦洗涤,另一方面,减小了所述桶壁720的厚度,减小所述小桶700的占用空间,以提供更大的洗涤空间。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。
Claims (39)
- 一种洗涤桶,其特征在于,包括大桶和小桶,所述小桶可拆卸装配于所述大桶内,且所述小桶的桶口正对所述大桶的桶口,所述小桶的外桶壁与所述大桶的内桶壁之间具有间隔。
- 如权利要求1所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述大桶具有第一开口端及与所述第一开口端相对的第一底部;所述洗涤桶还包括设置于所述第一底部上的波轮,所述波轮背向于所述第一底部的一面突出形成有定位柱,所述定位柱的横截面的形状为非圆形;所述小桶具有第二开口端及与所述第二开口端相对的第二底部;其中,所述第二底部向靠近所述第二开口端的方向凹陷形成与所述定位柱相匹配的凹槽,以使所述定位柱嵌入所述凹槽内;或者所述小桶与所述波轮一体成型,所述小桶的第二底部位于波轮上,所述波轮可拆卸地设置于所述大桶的第一底部上。
- 如权利要求2所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述定位柱为花键或者所述定位柱的横截面为多边形。
- 如权利要求2所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述小桶的侧壁向外倾斜,使所述小桶的直径沿所述第二底部向第二开口端方向逐渐增大。
- 如权利要求2所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述定位柱上开设有定位孔,紧固件通过所述定位孔将所述波轮设置于所述大桶的第一底部。
- 如权利要求2所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述定位柱的高度大于或等于70mm。
- 如权利要求2所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,还包括防滑垫,所述防滑垫位于所述小桶的第二底部的外侧与所述波轮之间。
- 如权利要求2所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述波轮背向于所述第一底部的一面突出形成有拨水筋,所述小桶的第二底部面向所述波轮的一面凹陷形成有与所述拨水筋相匹配的收容槽。
- 如权利要求2所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述小桶的侧壁上形成有凸筋。
- 如权利要求9所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述凸筋的数量为多条,多条所述凸筋沿所述小桶的侧壁的周向间隔排列,每个所述凸筋沿所述小桶的侧壁的轴向延伸。
- 如权利要求1所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述大桶具有第一开口端及与所述第一开口端相对的第一底部;所述洗涤桶还包括设置于所述第一底部上的波轮,所述波轮上开设有安装孔;所述小桶具有第二开口端及与所述第二开口端相对的第二底部,所述第二底部设置于所述波轮上,所述小桶可拆卸地设置于波轮上,所述小桶的第二开口端设置有可枢转的拉环;所述洗涤桶还包括铰链机构,所述铰链机构包括滑块、连杆及弹簧,所述滑块可滑设于所述安装孔内,所述连杆的一端与所述滑块铰接,所述连杆的另一端连接于所述拉环上,所述弹簧的一端固定于所述小桶的外侧壁上,另一端与所述连杆连接。
- 如权利要求11所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述铰链机构的数量为两个,两个所述铰链机构分别设置于所述拉环的两侧。
- 如权利要求11所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,每一铰链机构的滑块数量为两个,所述连杆包括第一连杆、第二连杆及第三连杆,每一滑块铰接于一第一连杆的一端,所述第一连杆的另一端铰接于所述第二连杆的一端,所述第二连杆的另一端与所述第三连杆的一端铰接,所述第三连杆的另一端连接于所述拉环上,同一铰链机构中的滑块对应的安装孔相对设置,所述弹簧的一端连接于所述第三连杆上。
- 如权利要求11所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述小桶的侧壁向外倾斜,使所述小桶的直径沿所述第二底部向第二开口端方向逐渐增大。
- 如权利要求14所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述波轮背向于所述第一底部的一面突出形成有拨水筋,所述小桶的第二底部面向所述波轮的一面凹陷形成有与所述拨水筋相匹配的收容槽。
- 如权利要求15所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述安装孔开设于所述拨水筋的侧面。
- 如权利要求11所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,还包括防滑垫,所述防滑垫位于所述小桶的第二底部的外侧与所述波轮之间。
- 如权利要求11所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述小桶的侧壁上形成有凸筋。
- 如权利要求18所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述凸筋的数量为多条,多条所述凸筋沿所述小桶的侧壁的周向间隔排列,每个的所述凸筋沿所述小桶的侧壁的轴向延伸。
- 如权利要求1所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述大桶具有第一开口端及与所述第一开口端相对的第一底部;所述洗涤桶还包括设置于所述第一底部上的波轮,所述波轮背向于所述第一底部的一面突出形成有搅拌柱,所述搅拌柱的外周壁上凸设有多个叶片;所述小桶具有第二开口端及与所述第二开口端相对的第二底部;所述第二底部向靠近所述第二开口端的方向凹陷形成与所述搅拌柱相匹配的凹槽和与所述叶片匹配的卡槽,以使所述搅拌柱和所述叶片分别对应嵌入所述凹槽和所述卡槽内。
- 如权利要求20所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,各个叶片均匀分布在搅拌柱的外周壁上。
- 如权利要求20所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述叶片靠近所述波轮的一端与所述波轮一体连接,并沿所述波轮的径向向外延伸。
- 如权利要求1所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述小桶包括桶体和第一锁紧机构,所述桶体包括桶壁和桶底,所述桶壁和所述桶底一体连接,所述桶壁内侧凸起设置多个第一筋条,所述桶底内侧凸起设置多个第二筋条,所述第一锁紧机构设置于所述桶底的中部。
- 如权利要求23所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述第一锁紧机构包括锁紧壳和锁紧件,所述锁紧壳与所述桶底固定连接,且所述锁紧壳内设置有一容置腔,所述桶底开设一通孔,所述通孔与所述容置腔连通,所述锁紧件插设于所述容置腔内。
- 如权利要求23所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述桶壁的截面设置为圆形。
- 如权利要求25所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述桶壁的直径由远离所述桶底的一端向靠近所述桶底的一端逐渐减小。
- 如权利要求26所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述第一筋条沿所述桶体的轴向设置于所述桶壁内侧。
- 如权利要求27所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述第一筋条均匀间隔开设置于所述桶壁内侧。
- 如权利要求23所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述桶底沿所述桶壁的外侧延伸形成外波轮,所述外波轮凸起设置有第三筋条,所述桶壁的外侧设置有清洗槽。
- 如权利要求29所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述第一锁紧机构包括锁紧壳和锁紧件,所述锁紧壳与所述桶底固定连接,且所述锁紧壳内设置有一容置腔,所述桶底开设一通孔,所述通孔与所述容置腔连通,所述锁紧件插设于所述容置腔内。
- 如权利要求29所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述桶壁的截面设置为圆形。
- 如权利要求31所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述桶壁的直径由远离所述桶底的一端向靠近所述桶底的一端逐渐减小。
- 如权利要求29所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述清洗槽凹陷设置于所述桶壁外侧。
- 如权利要求33所述的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述清洗槽与所述第二筋条一一对应设置。
- 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括箱体、洗涤桶、第一动力机构、第一控制装置、第二动力机构和第二控制装置,所述洗涤桶设置于所述箱体的内部;其中,所述洗涤桶包括大桶和小桶,所述小桶可拆卸装配于所述大桶内,且所述小桶的桶口正对所述大桶的桶口,所述小桶的外桶壁与所述大桶的内桶壁之间具有间隔;所述第一控制装置控制所述第一动力机构以驱动所述大桶转动;所述第二控制装置控制所述第二动力机构以驱动所述小桶转动。
- 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括驱动轴、驱动电机以及洗涤桶,所述洗涤桶包括大桶和小桶,所述小桶可拆卸装配于所述大桶内,且所述小桶的桶口正对所述大桶的桶口,所述小桶的外桶壁与所述大桶的内桶壁之间具有间隔;所述小桶包括桶体和第一锁紧机构,所述桶体包括桶壁和桶底,所述桶壁和所述桶底一体连接,所述桶壁内侧凸起设置多个第一筋条,所述桶底内侧凸起设置多个第二筋条,所述第一锁紧机构设置于所述桶底的中部;所述驱动轴与所述驱动电机驱动连接,所述小桶同轴设置于所述大桶内,所述第一锁紧机构可拆卸地锁扣于所述驱动轴上。
- 如权利要求36所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第一锁紧机构包括锁紧壳和锁紧件,所述锁紧壳与所述桶底固定连接,且所述锁紧壳内设置有一容置腔,所述桶底开设一通孔,所述驱动轴通过所述通孔插设于所述容置腔内,所述驱动轴插设于所述容置腔的一端设置有花键或限位槽,所述锁紧件插设于所述容置腔内,且所述锁紧件与所述驱动轴连接。
- 如权利要求37所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述锁紧件包括固定座以及间隔设置在所述固定座上的两个固定块,两个固定块相对的一侧分别抵接于所述驱动轴的花键的两侧或限位槽内,两个固定块相背的一侧分别抵接于所述容置腔的腔壁。
- 如权利要求36所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括大波轮,所述大波轮设置有第二锁紧机构,所述第二锁紧机构可拆卸地锁扣于所述驱动轴上。
