Abstract
Description
(1)結束バンドに比べ、容易に装着することができ、また取り外しも容易に行うことができる。
(2)中間部51の外周側部分52は肉厚となっているため、持ち易く、また両端間の間隔(C字の開放部の大きさ)は一般的なCリングに比べ、図5Aに示したように広げてあるので、装着し易い。
(3)両端の外周側部分53は肉厚となっており、さらに突部54が一体形成されているため、両端を手で容易に押し広げることができ、取り外す際も手で容易に取り外すことができる。
(4)樹脂材よりなるため、軽く、例えば高所作業時に誤って落としてしまって人に当たったとしても危険度は極めて小さく、安全である。
(5)樹脂製のため、安価に生産することができる。
(6)肉厚とされた外周側部分52,53以外は肉薄であって、溝44に入れ易く、また所要の弾性も得ることができる。
(7)肉厚の外周側部分52によってカップリング43のガタツキを抑えることができる。
(8)中間部51は幅広となっているため、その分、強度を向上させることができる。
(9)中心軸CLを回転軸として2回対称性を有し、裏表がないため、向き(裏表)を気にすることなく、容易に装着することができる。
(10)貫通穴55を有するため、取り外す際、ドライバなどの先端を貫通穴55に挿入することによって簡単に取り外すこともできる。
Claims (6)
- 筒状をなすバレル内にコネクタが内蔵され、前記バレルの前端側の外周に、前記バレルの軸心方向に移動可能とされてカップリングが取り付けられているコネクタ内蔵プラグであり、
前記バレルの外周に形成された溝に着脱自在に装着されて前記バレルの後端方向への前記カップリングの移動を規制するCリングを備え、
前記Cリングは樹脂材よりなり、
前記CリングのC字の中間部の外周側部分は厚さ方向前後に突出されて厚さが厚くされている。 - 請求項1のコネクタ内蔵プラグにおいて、
前記CリングのC字の両端の外周側部分はそれぞれ厚さ方向前後に突出されて厚さが厚くされている。 - 請求項1又は2のコネクタ内蔵プラグにおいて、
前記Cリングの外周がなす円弧の中心は、前記Cリングの内周がなす円弧の中心に対し、前記中間部の中央方向にずらされている。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかのコネクタ内蔵プラグにおいて、
前記Cリングは内周がなす円弧の中心と前記中間部の中央とを通る中心線を回転軸として2回対称性を有する。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかのコネクタ内蔵プラグにおいて、
前記中間部の外周側部分に、厚さ方向に貫通する貫通穴が形成されている。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかのコネクタ内蔵プラグにおいて、
前記コネクタは光コネクタである。
