一种定尺寸倒角器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及机床工具倒角器领域,具体涉及一种定尺寸倒角器。
背景技术
目前,在机械加工领域对孔和槽的加工通常采用的是钻头钻孔、铣刀铣槽、单刀头镗孔和磨床磨削,在完成以上操作后,还需要将原来的刀具取下来,然后再安装专门用来倒角的刀具进行倒角,这样两步工序在加工过程中比较麻烦,需要做很多的无用功和大量重复拆卸装夹动作,不能充分利用有效时间,既增加了辅助时间和劳动强度,又不能有效的提高工作效率,常规嵌套式结构的倒角器的刀刃口距离轴心位置尺寸无法小于砖头切削刃尺寸,导致无法倒角完全,易残留,同时加工废屑易残留在倒角器中,阻碍加工与倒角。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种定尺寸倒角器,本实用新型通用各种类型、各种尺寸规格的机床用刀具,使用方便,结构可靠,在钻、铣、车、镗、磨等机械加工时,无需更换刀具和变动工作基准,主体加工和倒角一次性同步完成,无需额外操作,大幅提高加工效率,经济效益显著。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种定尺寸倒角器,包括锁紧螺钉、倒角圆套、刀片、刀片槽、 导耳、螺纹孔,其特征在于:所述的倒角圆套通过锁紧螺钉旋入螺纹孔锁紧在排屑槽中而固定;所述的导耳与排屑槽间隙配合,导耳顺排屑槽轴向螺旋导入;所述的刀片固定在刀片槽内,刀片的刃口伸进至钻头上的排屑槽内。
进一步的,所述刀片与刀片槽的连接方式为焊接或刀片与倒角圆套一体成型。
进一步的,所述刀片的数量为一个或两个以上,锁紧螺钉的数量也为一个或两个以上,所述的螺纹孔数量与锁紧螺钉的数量对应。
进一步的,所述的刀片的种类为圆弧形刃口刀片或直线形刃口刀片。
进一步的,所述的刀片的刃口为直线形刃口或圆弧形刃口。
进一步的,所述的刀片槽的底面与水平面夹角为0°-90°。
进一步的,所述的导耳的数量为一个或二个以上。

  1. 一种定尺寸倒角器,包括锁紧螺钉(1)、倒角圆套(2)、刀片(5)、刀片槽(6)、导耳(7)、螺纹孔(8),其特征在于:所述的倒角圆套(2)通过锁紧螺钉(1)旋入螺纹孔(8)锁紧在排屑槽(4)中而固定;所述的导耳(7)与排屑槽(4)间隙配合,导耳(7)顺排屑槽(4)轴向螺旋导入;所述的刀片(5)固定在刀片槽(6)内,刀片(5)的刃口伸进至钻头(3)上的排屑槽(4)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种定尺寸倒角器,其特征在于:所述刀片(5)与刀片槽(6)的连接方式为焊接或刀片(5)与倒角圆套(2)一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种定尺寸倒角器,其特征在于:所述刀片(5)的数量为一个或两个以上,锁紧螺钉(1)的数量也为一个或两个以上,所述的螺纹孔(8)数量与锁紧螺钉(1)的数量对应。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种定尺寸倒角器,其特征在于:所述的锁紧螺钉(1)的底部呈半球形或圆弧形。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种定尺寸倒角器,其特征在于:所述的刀片(5)的种类为圆弧形刃口刀片(51)或直线形刃口刀片(52)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种定尺寸倒角器,其特征在于:所述的刀片槽(6)的底面与水平面夹角为0°-90°。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种定尺寸倒角器,其特征在于:所述的导耳(7)的数量为一个或二个以上。
