例如,中国移动通信集团公司要求,当终端在国内时,开启的模式为TDL+TD-SCDMA+GSM,漫游到国外时,开启TDL+FDL+WCDMA+GSM,再例如中国电信要求在国内使用的模式为TDL+FDL+HRPD+CDMA1X,在国外非日韩地区开启TDL+FDL+WCDMA+GSM,在日韩地区要求开启FDL+TDL+WCDMA+HRPD+CDMA1X制式。

可选地,当终端设备搜索网络成功时,根据解析出的移动国家号MCC切换所述终端设备支持的制式和模式包括步骤S301~S302:
S301、当终端设备搜索网络成功时,终端设备解析搜索出的网络的系统广播消息,根据系统广播消息解析出MCC。
S302、根据MCC判断终端设备的当前位置,根据终端设备的当前位置切换到终端设备当前对位置对应的制式和模式。
例如,根据MCC判断终端设备的当前位置是美国,则将终端设备的制式和模式切换到美国对应的制式和模式。
可选地,该方法还包括:当判定所述终端设备不是首次找网时,根据所述终端设备上一次找网成功后开启的模式和制式搜索网络后,当终端设备搜索网络不成功时,根据协议和/或平台策略再次搜索网络M次仍不成功时,开启终端设备的所有制式和频段继续搜索网络;或者,
当所述终端设备搜索网络不成功时,根据协议和/或平台策略再次搜索网络N次后成功时,根据解析出的移动国家号MCC切换所述终端设备支持的制式和模式,其中,M、N为搜索网络的次数;M、N为正整数,0<N≤M。
需要说明的是,M可以是预先设定的再次搜索的最大数。例如,预设M为4,这样当终端设备搜索网络不成功时,根据协议和/或平台策略再次搜索网络,如果在第3次搜索网络成功时,则根据MCC切换终端设备支持的制式和模式。如果搜索到底4次仍然不成功,就不再根据协议和/或平台策略继续搜索网络了,而且终端设备的所有制式和频段继续搜索网络。
当然,还可以将M设置为0,这时,当终端设备搜索网络不成功时,无需根据协议和/或平台策略搜索网络,而是直接开启所述终端设备的所有制式和频段继续搜索网络。
如图2所示,为本发明实施例的移动终端101漫游场景图。
移动无线网络100、200可以是TDL网络、FDL网络等,网络支持标准的3GPP和3GPP2协议标准,能广播系统消息并携带MCC等网络参数等。
移动终端101支持多模多频段,例如支持TDL、FDL、WCDMA、TD-SCDMA、GSM,或者支持TDL、FDL、WCDMA、TD-SCDMA、GSM、HRPD、CDMA1X等多模式。移动终端101支持在非漫游网络和漫游网络之间进行多模式切换功能。
无线通信网络终端/无线发射装备102、202,例如基站,增强型基站等,能向终端发射无线信号和接收和解析移动终端无法信号。
在本发明实施例中,移动终端101从一个无线网络100移动到另外一个无线网络200时,如果网络丢失了,移动终端101会重新进行网络搜索,当搜索到网络时,尝试解析网线网络的系统消息,解析MCC等无线网络参数,移动终端根据无线网络参数MCC的值,确定当前终端所处的网络环境是非漫游网络还是非漫游网络,从而决定移动终端的制式和模式,其中还包含频段等信息。
如图3所示,移动终端找网的流程如下,包括步骤S401~S412:
S401、移动终端进行漫游地和非漫游地的场景切换。
S402判定是否是首次找网;如果是首次找网转步骤S407,如果不是首次找网转步骤S403。
S403、移动终端根据上一次找网成功后启动的制式和模式进行搜索网络。
例如,可以根据协议规则对RPLMN进行搜索。
S404、判断搜索网络是否成功;如果成功转步骤S409;如果不成功转步骤S405:
S405、根据移动终端本身策略反复进行搜索M次。
S406、判断搜索网络是否成功;如果成功转步骤S409;如果不成功转步骤S407。
S407、移动终端需要开启移动终端所支持的所有制式和频段,进行全制式,全频段的搜网。
S408、判断搜索网络是否成功;如果搜索网络成功转步骤S409;如果搜索网络不成功转步骤S407。
S409、如果移动终端搜索网络获取到相应的小区,那么尝试解析读取系统消息,并获得系统消息MCC等参数。
S410、读取到MCC后,根据MCC判断终端是否漫游。
S411、切换移动终端所支持的制式和模式。
S412、根据协议规则进行PLMN选择,小区选择以及向相应的网络上发起注册。
在本实施例中,次数M可由移动终端平台可自身设定,次数M设置的越小,那么移动终端开启全频段扫描的时间越短,在国际漫游情况下,移动终端进行全频段、全制式的搜网概率也就会增大,搜索到网络的可能性也越大,同时移动终端进行模式切换的时间也越短。
次数M最小可以设定为0,当M设定为0时,在步骤S404中如果判断搜索网络不成功时则直接执行步骤S407,而不需要执行步骤S405和步骤S406。
同时,当次数M设定为正整数时,也就是M不为0。
例如,设定M为4时,移动终端可以按照本身策略反复搜索最多4次,在这4次中,每搜索一次可以判断是否搜索到网络,如果在第3次搜索中搜网到网络了,那么就可以直接转入步骤S409,这样就不需要再进行第4次的搜索了。如果第4次也没有搜索到网络,则需要执行步骤S407开启所有制式和频段继续搜索。
实施例二
如图4所示,本实施例还提供一种找网的装置,设置于终端设备,所述装置包括:
搜索模块11,设置为在所述终端设备没有网络后按照预定的规则搜索网络;
处理模块12,设置为当所述搜索模块11搜索网络成功时,根据解析出的移动国家号MCC切换所述终端设备支持的制式和模式。
可选地,
所述搜索模块11在所述终端设备没有网络后按照预定的规则搜索网络包括:
当所述终端设备没有网络后,所述搜索模块11判断所述终端设备是否为首次找网。
当判定所述终端设备是首次找网时,所述搜索模块11根据所述终端设备支持的全制式和全频段搜索网络。
当判定所述终端设备不是首次找网时,所述搜索模块11根据所述终端设备上一次找网成功后开启的模式和制式搜索网络。
可选地,
所述处理模块12当所述搜索模块搜索网络成功时,根据解析出的移动国家号MCC切换所述终端设备支持的制式和模式包括:
当所述搜索模块11搜索网络成功时,所述处理模块12解析所述搜索出的网络的系统广播消息,根据所述系统广播消息解析出MCC;
所述处理模块12根据所述MCC判断所述终端设备的当前位置,根据所述终端设备的当前位置切换到所述终端设备当前对位置对应的制式和模式。
可选地,
所述搜索模块11还设置为:当判定所述终端设备不是首次找网时,根据所述终端设备上一次找网成功后开启的模式和制式搜索网络后,当所述搜索模块11搜索网络不成功,根据协议和/或平台策略再次搜索网络M次仍不成功时,开启所述终端设备的所有制式和频段继续搜索网络。
所述处理模块12还设置为:当所述终端设备不是首次找网时,当所述搜索模块11搜索网络不成功,根据协议和/或平台策略再次搜索网络N次后成功时,,则根据解析出的移动国家号MCC切换所述终端设备支持的制式和模式,其中,M、N为搜索网络的次数;M、N为正整数,0<N≤M。
可选地,
所述搜索模块11还设置为:当判定所述终端设备不是首次找网,根据所
述终端设备上一次找网成功后开启的模式和制式搜索网络后,当所述终端设备搜索网络不成功时,开启所述终端设备的所有制式和频段继续搜索网络。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如系统、设备、装置、器件等)执行,在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现,这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
通过本发明实施例的方案,能够在不改变协议搜网、注册标准的情况下,通过终端设备搜索网络,解析网络中MCC参数,判断当前终端所处的国家是漫游环境还是非漫游环境,使终端设备实现了动态的、快速的进行漫游和非漫游模式的切换。
Claims (11)
- 一种找网的方法,应用于终端设备,所述方法包括:所述终端设备在没有网络后按照预定的规则搜索网络;当所述终端设备搜索网络成功时,根据解析出的移动国家号MCC切换所述终端设备支持的制式和模式。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述终端设备没有网络后按照预定的规则搜索网络包括:所述终端设备没有网络后,判断所述终端设备是否为首次找网;当判定所述终端设备是首次找网时,根据所述终端设备支持的全制式和全频段搜索网络;当判定所述终端设备不是首次找网时,根据所述终端设备上一次找网成功后开启的模式和制式搜索网络。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当所述终端设备搜索网络成功时,根据解析出的移动国家号MCC切换所述终端设备支持的制式和模式包括:当所述终端设备搜索网络成功时,所述终端设备解析所述搜索出的网络的系统广播消息,根据所述系统广播消息解析出所述MCC;根据所述MCC判断所述终端设备的当前位置,根据所述终端设备的当前位置切换到所述终端设备当前对位置对应的制式和模式。
- 如权利要求2所述的方法,所述方法还包括:当判定所述终端设备不是首次找网时,根据所述终端设备上一次找网成功后开启的模式和制式搜索网络后,当所述终端设备搜索网络不成功时,根据协议和/或平台策略再次搜索网络M次仍不成功时,开启所述终端设备的所有制式和频段继续搜索网络;或者,当所述终端设备搜索网络不成功时,根据协议和/或平台策略再次搜索网络N次后成功时,根据解析出的移动国家号MCC切换所述终端设备支持的制式和模式,其中,M、N为搜索网络的次数;M、N为正整数,0<N≤M。
- 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:当判定所述终端设备不是首次找网时,根据所述终端设备上一次找网成功后开启的模式和制式搜索网络后,当所述终端设备搜索网络不成功时,开启所述终端设备的所有制式和频段继续搜索网络。
- 一种找网的装置,设置于终端设备,所述装置包括:搜索模块,设置为在所述终端设备没有网络后按照预定的规则搜索网络;处理模块,设置为当所述搜索模块搜索网络成功时,根据解析出的移动国家号MCC切换所述终端设备支持的制式和模式。
- 如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述搜索模块在所述终端设备没有网络后按照预定的规则搜索网络包括:当所述终端设备没有网络后,所述搜索模块判断所述终端设备是否为首次找网;当判定所述终端设备是首次找网时,所述搜索模块根据所述终端设备支持的全制式和全频段搜索网络;当判定所述终端设备不是首次找网时,所述搜索模块根据所述终端设备上一次找网成功后开启的模式和制式搜索网络。
- 如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述处理模块当所述搜索模块搜索网络成功时,根据解析出的移动国家号MCC切换所述终端设备支持的制式和模式包括:当所述搜索模块搜索网络成功时,所述处理模块解析所述搜索出的网络的系统广播消息,根据所述系统广播消息解析出所述MCC;所述处理模块根据所述MCC判断所述终端设备的当前位置,根据所述终端设备的当前位置切换到所述终端设备当前对位置对应的制式和模式。
- 如权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述搜索模块还设置为:当判定所述终端设备不是首次找网时,根据所述终端设备上一次找网成功后开启的模式和制式搜索网络后,当所述搜索模 块搜索网络不成功,根据协议和/或平台策略再次搜索网络M次仍不成功时,开启所述终端设备的所有制式和频段继续搜索网络;所述处理模块还设置为:当所述搜索模块搜索网络不成功,根据协议和/或平台策略再次搜索网络N次后成功时,则根据解析出的移动国家号MCC切换所述终端设备支持的制式和模式,其中,M、N为搜索网络的次数;M、N为正整数,0<N≤M。
- 如权利要求7所述的装置,其中所述搜索模块还设置为:当判定所述终端设备不是首次找网,根据所述终端设备上一次找网成功后开启的模式和制式搜索网络后,当所述终端设备搜索网络不成功时,开启所述终端设备的所有制式和频段继续搜索网络。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至5任一项所述的找网的方法。
